22/03/2026: A pleasant restaurant with a good selection on the menu. One small drawback: it's a shame you can't enjoy a fondue or raclette on your own. That said, I chose the leg of lamb and thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you!

But the real treasure of this restaurant is its garden terrace: a verdant, calm, and incredibly romantic setting. You feel like you're in a little corner of paradise. The service is attentive and warm, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. An address I recommend without hesitation!

02/03/2026: Another great time spent at Hotel Les Peupliers, excellent food! Pleasant staff. The only downside was the spa; some people in front of us weren't really following the hygiene guidelines. Coming out of the hammam, all sweaty, they went straight into the jacuzzi. What's more, one of them didn't use a towel for the sauna... but it's difficult to enforce the rules despite the written instructions. Otherwise, everything else was very good.

We were immediately charmed by the 100% local cuisine and the warm welcome from a team that genuinely loves their ingredients!

23/03/2026: A true gem! If I could, I'd eat at this Vietnamese restaurant every day. The dishes are absolutely delicious, prepared with high-quality ingredients and great care. Every plate is a real treat. The owner is remarkably professional: always responsive, attentive, and very welcoming. You truly feel welcome every time you visit. Being from the area, we know all the best places, and for us, there's no hesitation: this is by far the best restaurant in Embrun. The service is quick, the prices are very reasonable, and we never have to wait long to be served. A little touch we love: the complimentary shrimp chips with your aperitif! The setting is pleasant, and the atmosphere is always warm. In short, it's always a great pleasure to go there. A place I wholeheartedly recommend!

14/03/2026: High-altitude location with a magnificent view. The accommodations are very nice and functional, apart from a cramped shower cubicle. There's a lovely terrace for relaxing in the sun. We were worried about being a bit far from the slopes, but a free and frequent shuttle bus gets you there in 7 minutes. Unfortunately, the ice rink was closed, and there was no swimming pool. The village of Ceillac is small and very picturesque, with a shop for groceries and other essentials. For everything else, you have to go to Guillestre (25 minutes). A wonderful holiday if you like small resorts.

05/03/2026: From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was perfect. Dishes as beautiful as they were delicious, with refined and perfectly executed flavor combinations. Special mention goes to the melt-in-your-mouth meat with its creamy mashed potatoes and a rich, flavorful sauce… a truly gastronomic experience. The desserts were simply sublime, as elegant as they were delicious. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional, and warm from beginning to end. Honestly, the best restaurant I've ever been to. Worthy of a Michelin star, with very reasonable prices for such quality. An exceptional place that I wholeheartedly recommend ⭐️✨

28/02/2026: A great set menu, €27, and very efficient! A lovely à la carte menu is also available for those with a bigger appetite, including truffle suggestions... The welcome was as pleasant as ever, and the waiter was attentive. A great time!
