03/03/2026: The shop is very well stocked. The interior layout is cramped, especially when it's busy with ski rentals, but they can't exactly expand the space :)

14/06/2026: Extremely disappointed! We were expecting to discover "the best restaurant in Briançon" based on the reviews, but it was anything but. A very friendly young woman gave us a warm welcome, but then there was a very, very long wait to take our order and between each course (we almost left halfway through the meal). Our waiter was friendly but perhaps inexperienced; in any case, not up to scratch (aperitif glasses weren't cleared, so there wasn't enough room when the main courses arrived, no big deal, we just pushed everything in with our plates. The bread basket was carelessly tossed onto the table. They forgot to take our dessert order, etc.). The dishes were good, but not the treat we were expecting. The presentation was so-so, and the side dishes were always the same. Perhaps it's more of a winter restaurant, perhaps the waiter was inexperienced, perhaps the chef was new, etc. In any case, to leave faster, we didn't order coffee.

14/06/2026: The classic Caesar salad is elevated to new heights here! Generous portions, beautifully presented and fragrant, with high-quality ingredients... and the entire menu (our neighbors' plates) seemed to be of the same caliber! The dessert menu is small (homemade) but incredibly delicate. A truly wonderful place, with discreet and efficient service... We loved it!

28/04/2026: We thoroughly enjoyed the fondue and raclette. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the cozy decor was tastefully done! We had a wonderful evening. A great find!

06/04/2026: Dinner for two, warm atmosphere, excellent risotto and lamb shank. A very pleasant surprise.

24/04/2026: A beautiful, welcoming inn in a magnificent setting with sweeping views of the surrounding peaks. Everything is meticulously cared for and designed to ensure a harmonious stay. As for the cuisine: a feast for the palate and the eyes! Add to that a warm welcome, and you'll only have one desire: to return!

21/04/2026: A wonderful surprise! Beautiful setting, lovely terrace, and homemade dishes. I highly recommend it. The service was perfect and the prices are attractive, especially considering the quality of the food.

28/05/2026: A pleasant surprise! It was a work lunch, so I let myself be guided to Basta... I don't eat much red meat because I'm picky, but the flank steak was delicious. Generous portions. Friendly service. I recommend it.

10/04/2026: A truly top-notch restaurant! The service, the food! (The tartiflette and mountain burger were amazing!). We came every day of the week, whether for a quick bite, a crêpe, or just a drink 😝. As a bonus, the panoramic view is incredible, and with the sun shining, it's a fantastic combination!

15/03/2026: A truly wonderful place in Serre Chevalier. The porcini mushroom fondue was excellent and generous, which we enjoyed with their beautifully presented vegetarian side dish. We couldn't resist dessert, though, and their pecan and exotic fruit tart of the moment was absolutely divine! The waiters and waitresses were incredibly attentive, and despite a busy Saturday night, the atmosphere remained pleasantly quiet. A special mention goes to the sparkling tableware, even though we were perhaps not the first to forget to stir the fondue for a little too long. Thank you for a lovely evening.

30/05/2026: A restaurant perfect for spontaneous getaways! The waiter, cook, and owner were incredibly welcoming and kind! The meal was absolutely delicious. 01/03/2026: Passing through Châteauroux-les-Alpes, we opted for local cuisine. Excellent welcome, and excellent food too. I recommend it if you're in the area and enjoy good food.
