05/09/2024: These are the first time I stop and I don't regret it. I took the panuzo du champaur. These are a homemade bread sandwich with cold meats and local cheese. I really enjoyed the gentleman who served me and was very friendly.
12/08/2024: So glad we missed a turn and ended up here for lunch. Absolutely the best sandwiches we've had in a long time. Everything is delicious and a friendly and welcome pit stop on a hot day.

18/09/2024: Nice restaurant with a good warm atmosphere. We had a very pleasant evening. The dishes were pretty and good, everyone was happy with their dish. Small comment however for the Royal chocolate which we found far too salty.

14/09/2024: The setting and interior decoration are pleasant.
The restaurant is positioned at a high price range but the presentation and quality do not match. Other restaurants in the same price range offer more refined cuisine.
The welcome was courteous and professional apart from forgetting to serve the drink ordered even though it was not a busy evening.

01/08/2024: It's a shame that the evening menu is not up to par with the lunch menu, the quantity of vegetables too low with the lamb, a little extra rice would have been enough and the duck leg is overcooked and dry without sauce...

23/08/2024: It is no longer called Le Petit Serre Che but rather Bistro & Co. A change of ownership and extensive rénovation inside from last time I was there. They don't serve food here( for the moment) it is mainly a cafe/bar. Good choice of drinks ranging from tap beer to cocktails with a nice, small riverside terrace at the back, plenty of seating inside and the front terrace is a work in progress as the local authorities are replacing the tarmac road with cobblestones in the autumn.

10/09/2024: Located in the heart of Queyras, this small hostel offers comfortable dormitory accommodation at an affordable price. The welcome is warm and ample parking is available next to the establishment. The breakfast seems to be of high quality, and it is also possible to dine on site. I highly recommend!
08/09/2024: Very charming refuge, ideally located at the foot of the GR58.
I was warmly welcomed by the manager who put her guests at ease and whose cooking is excellent!!
I recommend it to everyone passing through Aiguilles.

Much less copious just a minimum.
A slice of tomato in the salad and also a slice of onion.. Not very generous.. otherwise the service is not very friendly.. the bread took a long time to come and it's a matter of asking for more..

07/09/2024: The welcome is pleasant, but the food is a little disappointing, lacking in taste, not very refined.
On the other hand, the fromage blanc accompanied by the blueberry compote was good.
OK overall. But a little disappointed because one of the only restaurants to cook food based on cheese from the region.
