18/11/2024: Our children treated us to a relaxing weekend at Les Peupliers. It was successful A lady welcomes you with a smile, providing you with all the information you need for this delicious weekend. Dinner in a warm room where the flames of the fireplace enhance the meal. A fine meal, as subtle as the staff. The boss takes the time to chat a little despite the desire to serve efficiently.... The room is very welcoming and relaxing with bedding that keeps you going in the morning.. Here everything is designed to invite you to come back, which we will definitely do, with our grown children.

22/08/2024: Il faut réserver pour être sur de pouvoir y aller. Un menu enfant à 11e et des plats à des prix corrects à la vue de la qualité et de la quantité. Les "jaillets" sont très bons de même que le Burger. Le service est très sympathique. Une carte des vins avec des vins locaux. A conseiller

14/08/2024: Nous retournons toujours très volontiers chez NANY. Accueil et services attentionnés. Bonne ambiance .Nous avions pris le menu du jour qui était très bien , plats avec une présentation très soignée et gouteux . Très bon rapport qualité prix , le sourire et la bonne humeur de NANY en plus .

26/08/2024: Nice people who moved the outdoor tables for us so that we could eat with 15 people. Delicious wood-fired pizzas, recommended is the Queryrassine with local cheese from Queryas. The draft beer is locally brewed Alphand blond beer in Vallouise. Lots of locals and good atmosphere. Recommended!

27/01/2025: The welcome leaves something to be desired, not to mention the quality of the dishes which has deteriorated when we have known this place for years. It's a real shame for the quality and setting of the place.

18/08/2024: Very beautiful place, very pleasant garden, quiet at the edge of a small waterfall, impeccable rooms, same bathroom, nothing to say, very welcoming and attentive staff.. only small downside, the table... Few local specialties, except donkey ears one evening out of 6... And the breakfast... No salted butter, only 1 jam... no cheese (ah yes, Kiri and packaged camembert...) not a little bit of cold meats... and fruit juice....(1 glass!) not always identifiable... I was happy to do without the pastries but the industrial pain au chocolat. ... Well no!!!! Well it's a detail compared to the quality of the rest of the stay...

08/09/2024: Not very expensive food but the quantities are very small and really not very good... So the price becomes expensive for what it is. Even the kids were still hungry when they grabbed an adult burger.

14/09/2024: Good restaurant in the heart of Ceillac. Specialty of "matefaim", a kind of very thick Savoyard crepe, a bit like a pancake. Presented as a dessert, you can also find it as a replacement for burger bread, which is quite original! The restaurant also offers pizzas cooked over a wood fire. We ate there twice and had a great time while enjoying a very warm chalet setting. The staff is friendly, and I must say extremely efficient. Despite a very extensive menu, they manage to manage a Saturday evening service of 40+ seats for 3 (1 cook, 1 waitress and the boss who does service and pizzas), with fast service and dishes that arrive hot and well presented. We feel that there is experience, but we must recognize that it is admirable!

03/09/2024: I had an excellent season as a kitchen assistant dishwasher. Sabine and Yves are valiant people, upright and grateful for the work done by their employees. Jean-Philippe the chef and also a good person who taught me a lot for my first real experience in the kitchen. I don't regret packing my bags and crossing part of France for this establishment. Long live them, and we’ll see you again this winter with joy.😘

21/09/2024: On a weekend in the Valgaudemard valley we were looking for a good romantic restaurant. We enjoyed ourselves both in terms of quality and quantity at an unbeatable price. The chef, a star, very welcoming and full of humor. We had a memorable evening. Go there with your eyes closed 👌
