09/03/2026: Great place! We were just passing through on our way up to the mountains. Quick service, friendly staff, and parking nearby. We had a great meal with a stroller and high chair – generous portions and reasonable prices. We'll definitely be back!

28/02/2026: We chose this restaurant because it was close to our hotel, and we don't regret our choice at all! It was busy last night, but despite the crowd, the owners remained very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was truly a pleasure to be welcomed with such kindness. The food was excellent; the dishes were flavorful and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The only small thing I missed—and would have really appreciated—was a brief explanation of the ingredients in my regional salad. It was made with local specialties, and since I'm not from the area, I would have liked to know a little more about what I was eating. Well done to the whole team, and best of luck! 😊

16/03/2026: The meals were well-suited to the situation. Simple and hearty, served in a pleasant setting with efficient service. However, to get a drink, you had to carry your order to the bar (wearing ski boots). Not ideal for a large group, especially considering the prices should justify a minimum level of service.

07/02/2026: If you want to feel like you're bothering them and be served by a very unpleasant waitress who makes rude remarks, go ahead. If you want to relax with a hot chocolate in the middle of your ski day, I wouldn't recommend it. A real disappointment, which is a shame.

11/02/2026: Passing by Wednesday evening, the crêpes (both savory and sweet) were truly excellent. The buckwheat crêpe batter was superb, and the service and welcome were equally impressive. They also offered local products like cider, pommeau, chouchen, etc. Very good!

08/02/2026: On Saturday at lunchtime, my wife, my mother, and I went to eat at the crêperie. It was a place I hadn't been to before. I have nothing but praise: perfect crêpes, a very pleasant atmosphere, and impeccable service. I recommend everyone eat at this restaurant, and I'll be back soon.

15/03/2026: We came to eat as a family. We were not at all satisfied with the service. The waitresses were far too rushed; they practically shuffled us along. We even had to choose our meals quickly; it felt like they were under pressure to make a quick profit. It's a real shame because we wanted to have a quiet evening. Otherwise, the food was good, but being rushed like that by two hyperactive waitresses really ruined everything. In addition, the noise level was quite high. There was a constant hubbub.

14/03/2026: Lunch call at 1:00 PM, but clearly the target of 2026 has to be reached... because it's too late 😟 Luckily, some people are keen to work; I recommend Stabatio, it's excellent!

27/02/2026: Excellent and super welcome (see photos) winter and summer since the takeover by a young couple but disappointed during our last visit (October 2025) hence the correction: change of ownership I think and it was no longer the same, very little choice, a shame because we had spent excellent evenings and lunches there but the quality was no longer there: let's hope it's just a bad patch.

08/03/2026: A really lovely rustic restaurant with lots of classic alpine french food done well. The waiters are very friendly and service was quick. I had the confit duck leg which was divine. Definitely worth a visit!

07/03/2026: Absolutely perfect! The fondue and raclette were excellent, the setting very pleasant, and above all, the staff super friendly! I highly recommend it.

18/10/2025: Charming place, natural beers and traditional cuisine by definition. Without a doubt, if you have done a peak, a hike or just want to treat yourself, you have to stop at alphand. Very friendly staff. We didn't have time to take the photo, the food flew by 😛😆

28/03/2026: We ate at this restaurant twice during our stay. The food was very good, the service impeccable, and the prices reasonable.

10/03/2026: The owner was not very pleasant! We arrived for lunch for a group of six, and two of us were still on the slopes and arrived 10 minutes later! The owner told us that if all six of us weren't there, we couldn't be seated—unacceptable! Especially since we wanted to have an aperitif while we waited! Avoid this restaurant at all costs! RP

06/03/2026: We had an excellent evening with the family. The welcome was warm and professional, and the cuisine was delicious, gourmet, and sublime – a must-try and a true delight!

28/02/2026: Unfriendly and dismissive restaurant owners, I don't recommend it. It's a real shame if you're on vacation; you risk having a bad experience.

18/03/2026: A restaurant located on a sunny square in the old town center, near Gap Cathedral. You can dine on the terrace or inside in a dining room decorated in the style of a French brasserie. The staff is friendly, the service is quick, and the dishes, mostly made with homemade ingredients, are delicious. Plus, the quality-to-price ratio is excellent. A highly recommended spot!

26/02/2026: Great find! The food is excellent and the atmosphere is very family-friendly. There was a bit of a wait, but we were on holiday, so it wasn't a problem. The Champsaurine salad was delicious.

30/03/2026: We've been coming to this restaurant for eight years. We made a reservation and checked the menu on their website. Once seated (a party of seven), we realized it wasn't the same place anymore, that they'd gone upmarket, and therefore the prices had too, but the website hadn't been updated, according to the waiter. For me, a chicken supreme with fries was undercooked and cost €28. So we won't be back, and I imagine others have too, as the terrace was hardly full.

12/03/2026: We had a fantastic evening! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and had a great laugh, both with our waiter Jeff and chef Gabi. Everything was delicious and homemade: from the foie gras and tartiflette to the crêpes, everything was perfect, absolutely flawless! It's a shame we only discovered this welcoming place on the last day of our stay... because if we had found it earlier, we would have gone every day! Thank you to the whole team! 🤩

Special kudos to our waiter Jeff, who goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth, professional, and enjoyable experience! It's a real pleasure to have such friendly service that manages to stay motivated despite some downright rude and disrespectful customers (thanks to Zone C). In short, a great restaurant away from the hustle and bustle of the Claux ski area!
