13/12/2024: Take the cable car up in a kind of train in nostalgic boxes. At the middle station you can take a walk and look around. At the top there is a restaurant where you can also pay by card. There is pizza etc. for sale. Toilet is without water. There is an ice cave with ice sculptures. You can buy a ticket downstairs at the elevator. We attended the first open day of the lifts in June. There was still a lot of snow. The snow cave was fun to see different sculptures and lighting. The walk there. Climbing back up was a job. Be careful when buying a ticket. You have tickets to the middle station and the end station. And whether or not to return and whether or not to visit an ice cave.

25/11/2024: During our stay, we noticed some areas for improvement. At the reception, the receptionist mentioned several times the small size of the reserved room. Given that the hotel was empty, a commercial gesture would have been great to compensate for this constraint and transform the experience into a positive return. In addition, during our stay, we had problems with the Internet connection, which was not working properly. The spa was under renovation, let's hope they will do what is necessary to make it up to customer expectations. Finally, the hotel seemed to be a little understaffed, which impacted the service. With some improvements this could become a very pleasant place.

10/11/2024: Nice location facing the mountains, on the other hand very average restaurant, 1 hour of waiting for the waiter to come back and ask us for a second choice because there was no longer what we had chosen, it's still very average... Let's talk about the almost non-existent relaxation area! Spa broken down so very disappointed because it was one of our criteria for our choice of hotel and sensory shower which only has the name... fortunately the water temperature in the pool was correct. The room was good however full of fly droppings on the white sheets it's not great but it can happen, but for the second night the sheets were not replaced and still black stains from flies in several places we don't couldn't miss them and we thought the maid was going to change them, well no, nothing to complain about the breakfast but still very disappointed with this 4 star

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, with typical mountain decor. Fantastic food!! We had the "chef's" fois gras to share (accompanied by spiced bread and onion jam, a dream!), followed by the duck breast (delicious!), tartare (better than many others) and the vegetable burger (much appreciated from our daughter), all with chips and salad. Delicious desserts (the apricot pastry freshly made by them, melted in your mouth). Waiting times a little long, but absolutely understandable with a full restaurant! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!!

30/08/2024: Thank you Marielle for this delicious birthday meal. A top-notch cook, delicious and hearty dishes. We all had a great time. What can we say about the starter with high Alpine products, duck breast 🦆 and vegetable tian 😋😋, the cheese platter and my favorite dessert, a lemon tart 🍋 meringue. A big thank you from all of us 😘😘😘

31/08/2024: To recommend, great welcome, kindness, service, good food for a very reasonable price, we chose fondues and really too plentiful, we will come back as soon as possible

22/08/2024: A pizzeria just outside the village which also serves regional dishes. The lamb is not always very big but the chef is very nice
