21/12/2024: For the second time, we stopped there on our way to vacation. Always a pleasant welcome, excellent cuisine. We recommend without hesitation, and we will come back!

07/12/2024: Passing by by chance we had a blast with pizza 🍕 raw ham and mont blanc pizza a delight, the sea buckthorn ice cream too, we were very well received and friendly we will come back 😉👍 have a good holiday season year 🎉

07/03/2025: Sans hésiter, le meilleur restaurant de Valouise. Très bon rapport qualité prix et une salle très cosy feu de cheminée. La crème de génépi est incroyable. Encore merci pour vos conseils de ballades !

01/03/2025: Une cuisine qui correspond à ce que l'on peut et devons attendre d'un restaurant de famille situé en montagne dans une petite ville/ station de ski. Les spécialités haute alpines sont proposées. Les plats sont bons, copieux ( c'est peu dire) et à des prix corrects + un service fluide. Je ne suis pas en train d'expliquer qu'il est le seul restaurant a avoir dans le coin ces qualités là mais vous ne serez pas trompé en vous y rendant.

13/09/2023: Un accueil très chaleureux dans un cadre familial. Tout est fait pour se détendre et profiter de la nature. Un grand merci à toute l'Equipe ! Je recommande et j'y retournerai avec grand plaisir !

29/08/2023: Hotel familial qui ne paye pas de mine de l’extérieur mais l’intérieur est chaleureux et confortable. Chambres spacieuses et agréables avec vue. Spa super avec hamam, piscine et sauna. Équipe accueillante et bienveillante Restaurant avec cuisine locale honnête et service très sympa. Petit dej très bien avec produits locaux. Facile de se garer devant. Local pour vélos pratique.

24/08/2024: Gastrocosmic restaurant deserving of a star in the Michelin Guide. Small family restaurant developing a gastronomic power that is the pride of French cuisine. An unmissable stop in Briançon. Thank you to the entire Gastrologue team for showing that it is feasible on this scale and in the mountains.

12/08/2024: A very warm welcome and carefully prepared cuisine. Be careful, however atypical flavors that may not please everyone.

10/09/2024: Located in the heart of Queyras, this small hostel offers comfortable dormitory accommodation at an affordable price. The welcome is warm and ample parking is available next to the establishment. The breakfast seems to be of high quality, and it is also possible to dine on site. I highly recommend!

08/09/2024: Very charming refuge, ideally located at the foot of the GR58. I was warmly welcomed by the manager who put her guests at ease and whose cooking is excellent!! I recommend it to everyone passing through Aiguilles. Thank you 🙏!

27/01/2025: The welcome leaves something to be desired, not to mention the quality of the dishes which has deteriorated when we have known this place for years. It's a real shame for the quality and setting of the place.

25/01/2025: A very nice discovery after a walk among the snow-covered trees. The meal is delicious and the toboggan ride incredible.

14/09/2024: Good restaurant in the heart of Ceillac. Specialty of "matefaim", a kind of very thick Savoyard crepe, a bit like a pancake. Presented as a dessert, you can also find it as a replacement for burger bread, which is quite original! The restaurant also offers pizzas cooked over a wood fire. We ate there twice and had a great time while enjoying a very warm chalet setting. The staff is friendly, and I must say extremely efficient. Despite a very extensive menu, they manage to manage a Saturday evening service of 40+ seats for 3 (1 cook, 1 waitress and the boss who does service and pizzas), with fast service and dishes that arrive hot and well presented. We feel that there is experience, but we must recognize that it is admirable!

03/09/2024: I had an excellent season as a kitchen assistant dishwasher. Sabine and Yves are valiant people, upright and grateful for the work done by their employees. Jean-Philippe the chef and also a good person who taught me a lot for my first real experience in the kitchen. I don't regret packing my bags and crossing part of France for this establishment. Long live them, and we’ll see you again this winter with joy.😘

21/08/2024: Very nice restaurant, with typical mountain decor. Fantastic food!! We had the "chef's" fois gras to share (accompanied by spiced bread and onion jam, a dream!), followed by the duck breast (delicious!), tartare (better than many others) and the vegetable burger (much appreciated from our daughter), all with chips and salad. Delicious desserts (the apricot pastry freshly made by them, melted in your mouth). Waiting times a little long, but absolutely understandable with a full restaurant! Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!!!!

25/08/2024: We regularly take takeaway pizzas. Price quality is very good. Good welcome. Nice setting. The ravioli dishes are excellent, homemade desserts, after several visits we are still happy with this restaurant.
