29/09/2025: We came for lunch on Saturday and had a very, very good meal. The food was very good and very well prepared. We each had a Caesar salad, a blueberry tart, a real delight, and two scoops of ice cream. The welcome was excellent, and even better for the welcome from your wonderful dog (I don't know her name ;). Thanks to you, we had a very pleasant time in your restaurant. We will definitely be back. Thank you.

27/02/2026: My 2021 review: Very good restaurant, beautiful decor. Excellent pizzas and crepes. The only downside was the Lipton tea. The tables are close together and the stairs to the restrooms are a bit dangerous, as befits the medieval style. The avocado in the savory crepe was an excellent idea. Lovely atmosphere. My 2026 review: Excellent two-meat lasagna. The pizzas are generous. Children are very well looked after (coloring books to keep them occupied, preferences taken into account when designing the pizza), as are dogs! The service was as friendly as could be! A big thank you!

24/02/2026: Stop by, you're at the Château pizzeria! A fantastic welcome and incredible pizzas—the crust is on another level, light and airy, slightly crispy, and the toppings are amazing! It's been ages since I've had such a good pizza! Without hesitation, make a stop at this place; you won't be disappointed. Thanks again to our hostess and the chef; we had a wonderful time!

08/02/2026: Lisa, Lucas, and the whole team are simply delightful. I recently organized a seminar there, and my entire team, as well as myself, were thrilled. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the chalet-style rooms are very cozy, and the food is delicious, carefully prepared, and offers excellent value for money. I come here regularly for overnight stays, and it's always a real pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

12/04/2026: The best mountain refuge/hostel we've ever stayed in, without a doubt! Pierre is incredibly kind, cooks delicious meals, and was a huge help in getting us through to the emergency services (15) after a skiing accident! We ate like kings and slept in clean sheets (unlike at the Glacier Blanc refuge...!). The food here is local, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. In short, we'll be back! Thank you for everything!

07/03/2026: Terrible service and very unpleasant staff. We went to the self-service counter and asked what was in the burgers. The cook told us it was listed on the menu. Okay... great salesman's response. Then, for a children's meal, a crepe is included, but my husband was met with a very unpleasant response when he asked for it. Finally, when we asked to see the manager, she had the nerve to tell us that we were the ones with the problem and that no one else was complaining about the service... seeing the reviews... I'm not so sure. I absolutely do not recommend this place, and it will be my first and last time there.

05/03/2026: It was very busy, but the service was excellent. The food was of very high quality, the homemade hamburgers were superb, the ravioli were perfect... We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Excellent value for money.

13/03/2026: A wonderful experience at this ski resort restaurant! After a great morning on the slopes, what a pleasure to enjoy such a delicious meal. From the appetizer to the dessert, everything was delightful: flavorful, generous, and beautifully presented dishes. The service was equally enjoyable: quick, friendly, and very professional despite the resort's busy schedule. The staff were smiling and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. A perfect place for a gourmet break between runs. We will definitely be back!

09/03/2026: Listed as open on Google. Out front, large chalkboards advertise the restaurant as open for lunch between 11:30 am and 3 pm, asking customers to order at the bar and even listing the daily special, and yet... the restaurant is closed!

07/03/2026: This was our first time eating at this restaurant and we thoroughly enjoyed it. A delicious fondue made with high-quality, local ingredients and served with impeccable service. We will definitely be back.

17/03/2026: Excellent bakery! We bought 10 loaves of country bread, and they were truly delicious. The young woman who served us was lovely, smiling, and very professional. Honestly, a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it!

14/03/2026: Absolutely fantastic! The concept is great; you can make your own sandwich, and the same goes for the croissants. Everything is really delicious and very reasonably priced! The staff are very friendly!

15/03/2026: Very disappointed: customers are clearly not treated equally. A small charcuterie platter to share between two raclettes and two charcuterie fondues... all while admiring the charcuterie platters at the next table, which were twice as large... who knows why? Add to that the less-than-stellar service... I do not recommend it. Unfortunately, the owners seem to have also taken over the Avalanche restaurant... I desperately need a serious alternative in Puy...
