09/08/2026: The café crème I ordered was disappointing. It clearly lacked the cream that characterizes this drink. It was just milk. The taste was bland. However, the iced tea, if I remember correctly, was good, and the service was really excellent. That's why I'm giving it three stars.

26/05/2026: The hotel is well located in the historic center of Briançon, making it easy to explore the old town and enjoy the superb view from the square. The staff is friendly and welcoming. However, several aspects were disappointing: We were not informed of the step at the entrance to our room, which is genuinely dangerous. The breakfast is also far too expensive for the quality offered; there are no local products, and overall it's quite mediocre!

20/08/2026: Overall, a good restaurant with a fairly varied selection of burgers and decent main dishes. The fries are particularly good, and the staff is generally friendly and welcoming. However, several things left me with mixed feelings. During my last visit, I witnessed a rather harsh remark made by the managers to a young waiter who seemed to be in training. The scene took place in front of the other customers, which made me uncomfortable. I think that any necessary corrections should be delivered more discreetly and kindly. I was also surprised to see burgers and salads being prepared without gloves or any apparent handwashing while I was there. Without questioning the overall hygiene of the establishment, this aspect could legitimately raise concerns among some customers. Finally, the background music could perhaps be better suited to a more diverse clientele. The exclusive playing of rap music containing numerous profanities may not be suitable for all audiences, particularly families. Ultimately, the experience remains acceptable thanks to the quality of the burgers and fries, but a few improvements in terms of professionalism, perceived hygiene, and atmosphere would make it a more enjoyable experience.

20/08/2026: My boyfriend and I ordered Burger and Grills for delivery. The order arrived quickly, no problem there. I personally enjoyed my meal (those are the only positive points). However, my boyfriend had several issues with his order. First, he ordered fries with cheddar cheese and fried onions, but he received neither and instead had bacon in it, even though he hadn't ordered it. Then, he ordered a burger without bacon, but it had bacon in it. The burger was also very dry (no sauce), and the bun was very hard. He was extremely disappointed, especially since he orders quite often.

14/04/2026: You should be carefully going there, they don't accept big groups. It's better to go in 2-3 people.

22/06/2025: Good hotel in a strategic location for us in the French Alps. With 58 Dutch biker friends we were very hospitably received here with good rooms, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Also the shower was for me one of the best I have ever had anywhere. We will gladly come back here again.

25/08/2026: Excellent food. The trout was very fresh, and the salad with smoked salmon trout was delicious and creatively prepared. Parking on the street is no problem, and there's a beautiful mountain panorama. We felt very welcome.

24/08/2026: The setting was superb. The food was beautifully presented, but we were a little disappointed with the dishes. A major drawback was the sheer number of flies, which somewhat spoiled the experience.

01/08/2026: I came for lunch yesterday, the service was very good, the owner was very kind, the little apple turnovers were excellent, the raisin bread was also great, and the orange juice was top-notch. I recommend it 100%, well done!!

04/08/2026: A very good restaurant that perfectly captures the atmosphere of Orpierre. The waiter was very welcoming. The owner, wearing a tank top, was very attentive. Ideal for a drink after a day of climbing.

01/05/2026: Great hotel with a very friendly and uncomplicated welcome. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The breakfast buffet is small, but very well selected. The hotel's own restaurant is particularly convenient. I really liked my room with its balcony and beautiful view – a successful blend of rustic and modern style. Everything was clean, and the large shower was a real plus. I'd gladly come back! 👍

We each had a Caesar salad, a blueberry tart, a real delight, and two scoops of ice cream. The welcome was excellent, and even better for the welcome from your wonderful dog (I don't know her name ;). Thanks to you, we had a very pleasant time in your restaurant. 05/08/2026: A fantastic find! We came for afternoon tea and had a wonderful time. The €13 set menu is very generous and offers excellent value for money. A lovely little extra was the free cotton candy for the children, which was a big hit! The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is pleasant. We'll definitely be back!
