25/05/2026: Excellent stay with full board and packed lunches for our hikes. Peaceful inn, Benoît and Christina are very kind. Homemade, organic, and high-quality products. Option to visit the farm and see the animals. Highly recommended!

16/03/2026: We had a wonderful week-long stay at La Ferme de la Clarée. The rooms are comfortable and tastefully decorated, and the meals and picnics were excellent, featuring seasonal produce, delicious homemade cheese, and dishes served with herbs that gave them a subtle and succulent flavor. Kristina treated us to some fantastic meals! I highly recommend it and will definitely return.

13/06/2026: Passing through Chorges aux Hyvans, the staff clearly told us to go there. The result? I will definitely be back as soon as I return. Idyllic setting. Top-notch cuisine (and products). Very reasonable prices. And a perfect welcome... It feels like home; it's truly wonderful to find gems like this when traveling. Thank you to all the staff, and we'll see you again for sure. 17/05/2026: The meal was served quickly, and the staff was pleasant. However, I'm leaving a review simply to point out the building's filth. There was food waste on the floor, tables, and table legs, and the staff did nothing about it. When I saw the state of the toilets, it was just disgusting: filth, dust, urine, and more... it just makes you never want to come back. Especially when you're there with children... It's a shame they didn't make the effort at this establishment, which is located at the crossroads of the ski resorts in the Southern Alps. I was truly disappointed.

14/05/2026: This is the last time we'll go to McDonald's in Embrun. The quality is getting worse and worse. Food was lying around everywhere, even near the bins. There were only about ten people eating, yet all the tables were filthy. It was impossible to find a proper place to eat. When we finally found a decent table, I looked behind the counter where you pick up your order: all the staff were chatting and laughing amongst themselves while the rest of the restaurant remained in this state. It's unacceptable. I've never seen a McDonald's so dirty. We'll never go back!

22/04/2026: We go to this crêperie every time we go up to Salle des Alpes. And we have for years. The crêpes are delicious. The owners are lovely. I highly recommend this place.

28/03/2026: My goodness avoid this place. The woman serving clearly does not like people or running a restaurant. She did not want to serve a single person 😢. Having had a fabulous week in Serre Chevalier this is the only time customer service has been non existent. Appalling - no wonder the place was empty.

21/04/2026: Overnight stay at the Hôtel de la Gare (Lacour) Where the room is perfectly adequate for a few nights, the evening meal is a delight, featuring simple ingredients prepared with taste and skill... The staff is pleasant and helpful. Excellent value for money.

14/04/2026: I had a very pleasant (too short) stay. The welcome was charming, the room very clean, spacious, and quiet with a balcony overlooking the garden. I had the pleasure of dining at the hotel restaurant: Châteauroux trout with butter and toasted slivered almonds, served with braised seasonal vegetables – a delight! I highly recommend this establishment and can't wait to return soon! Thank you for this rejuvenating break.

06/04/2026: Clean and practical room. Nice bathroom. A bit noisy on the boulevard side, and the pillows were much too big! Nice breakfast

05/04/2026: The hotel is very well located and very close to my work location. The staff I encountered were courteous and friendly, and the service was of a very high standard.

20/04/2026: Another terrible experience! The price is exorbitant: €55 for 3 hours, especially since the main baths were closed due to a technical issue. First, the receptionist, who introduced herself as the manager, offered us a 20% discount, which the other receptionist refused to apply. The result? A deplorable customer experience stemming from extremely poor management! Avoid this place at all costs; we also learned that they don't even use thermal water.

16/03/2025: Very warm welcome this day we had reserved for 12 p.m. our table was ready. Everything was perfect, the speed, service and quality of the meals. Champsaur plate, the best St Leger burger, the perfect hot box and my very good warm goat cheese salad. Total for 4 drinks.dessert dish 100th

22/03/2026: Frankly, I was very disappointed with my experience. The service really needs improvement: the staff were unpleasant, unfriendly, and made me feel like I was bothering them. The wait was long even though it wasn't very busy. The atmosphere was also completely lacking. The place felt cold and unwelcoming, making it uncomfortable and discouraging to stay or return. In the end, it was a rather impersonal and unprofessional experience. I do not recommend it.

07/02/2026: This establishment refuses dogs, even Chihuahuas. Too bad for them. They've lost customers.

24/05/2026: The good points: a young, welcoming waitress who seemed to be doing her best, thank you! The pintza was very good and reasonably priced. Not many people that day, so there was little wait for service. The terrace was pleasant this time of year (not much traffic). The bad points: hygiene... I didn't try the restrooms, the outdoor bench was a bit dirty. The lentil soup was far too expensive. The menu was illegible; some dishes were displayed outside but were not available? A significant effort needs to be made in this area so that customers know: 1/ what they can order 2/ how much it will cost These comments are intended to be helpful (as I have some experience in the restaurant industry).

23/05/2026: I can confirm a big change; it tastes like I ate a reheated, edible microwaved dish.
