24/09/2024: Clients depuis 25 ans, nous avons été déçus🥴. Oublis dans notre commande, nous avons noté, que cela n'avait plus le même "prestige" que les années d'antant. Le pain pour la fondue n'était pas approprié, très en mie et bourratif. 😡 La fondue était encore en bloc solide, une fois arrivée sur la table.😡 Très très déçus, je pense que désormais les kilomètres effectués pour venir avec envie manger à la Lairerie ne se feront plus. Je ne recommande pas🥴😡

18/09/2024: Regular customer for 30 years, we were a little disappointed with our last visit. The dishes offered were completely lacking in taste, whether it was the pie or the fondues. The morel fondue really didn't have a lot of morels. On the other hand, the service is always so friendly (phew!), the view superb and the prices reasonable.

08/09/2024: Abbiamo cenato su tavolo fuori nel piazzale servizio perfetto e personale gentile abbiamo mangiato la carne sulla Pierrade ottima e abbondante con salse e contorno perfetto il tutto Innaffiato da un ottimo vino rosso .

04/09/2024: Très bonne adresse, la fondue à la truffe est juste exceptionnel, une très très grande quantité de truffe est mis dans la fondue, ce qui donne un goût remarquable, la meilleure fondue que j’ai mangé de toute ma vie

15/09/2024: Pas mal mais le jeune personnel à l'air un peu perdu , par contre tous très gentil et à l'écoute mais ça ne suffit pas toujours le restaurant pas trop mal , pas grand chose à dire

19/09/2024: We ate there last weekend with my partner, and what can I say... The impeccable service, the extraordinary dishes! The unknown flavors, the textures that mix in the mouth! Everything is perfect and frankly there is enough to eat on the plate so much that at the end of the dish we started to be full! I highly recommend! The price-quality level is impressive, we got what we wanted and what we paid for! Thank you to the waiter, the chef and the cook as well as the owner who all give of themselves out of passion!

30/01/2026: Here is an honest review from gen z tourists- one of the BEST places we have ever been!!!! Walked in at arround 20:30-21:00 without a reservation and managed to sit in a completely full restaurant. The food is out of this world, best raclette with a full chese cut machine, amazing tartiflette and meet fondu in red wine. Highly reccomend, will defenetly go back here.

06/09/2024: Really quality cuisine, with real research into the sauces. A super accessible chef (Claire) who loves her job, you can see (and feel) it on the plates! Flawless, from aperitif to dessert. Really homemade, which is increasingly rare, and high quality local products. We tasted the gratin of ravioli with Queyras blue cheese, a treat and very hearty, the absolutely divine homemade Burger (with its candied onions, homemade bun, excellent meat cooked to perfection, with Queyras blue cheese), the duck breast with sauce with red fruits, and tiramisu. The plates are very generous. Very good wines (and good food and wine pairing advice from our waitress), and the icing on the cake: an excellent génep. A great discovery, the Guillestrin will undoubtedly see us again!
