09/09/2024: Very beautiful setting for dinner in Chorges! I chose the regional plate, a delicious specialty. Delicious homemade fries!
Only downside: the charcuterie inside was not mentioned on the menu, and it was bathed in the salad sauce.

18/09/2024: Regular customer for 30 years, we were a little disappointed with our last visit. The dishes offered were completely lacking in taste, whether it was the pie or the fondues. The morel fondue really didn't have a lot of morels.
On the other hand, the service is always so friendly (phew!), the view superb and the prices reasonable.
17/09/2024: For fondue and raclette lovers. Hearty and very good. Nice staff.
Huge cheese platter.
Plus possibility of buying all kinds of cheeses and other tempting products.

24/07/2024: Quelle déception. Une cuisine grossière et sans saveur. Le vin rouge au verre était un tord-boyaux. Quant à la profiterole vantée par le serveur, une cata : glace industrielle, chou du même acabit et faux chocolat. Ajoutez à cela un service hagard et des prix parisiens et vous aurez toutes les raisons d’aller voir ailleurs.
22/07/2024: Nog steeds een gezellige plek maar was aantal jaren geleden veel beter. Nu waren de gerechten niet goed. Toast was te hard en aangebrand. Een te groot stuk tonijn te doorbakken. Een groot stuk cotes-de-boeuf echt vol met taaie pezen. Een pavlova is een sorbet met 3 stukjes schuim onderin. Hoogtepunt van de avond was de rode wijn maar dat was dan ook de duurste van de kaart.

15/08/2024: A very good address! Came this evening with the family, everyone had a great time!! Quality products! A very pleasant waitress!! Note a very qualitative and quantitative children's menu, which is becoming rare! A quality/price ratio that beats the competition!
Well done to you, if we come back to the region we will not hesitate to come back!

30/08/2024: Very warm welcome, fresh and quality dishes, special mention for the “pork with caramel”, a delight, the best I have eaten so far. The lady was alone for the service and despite all the people it went well.
28/08/2024: We have been coming to Guillestre for years and finally we are taking the time to dine here! Very good value for money, good service, friendly welcome! The dishes are very good and there are even something for vegetarians!

15/09/2024: Quelques plats à la carte tous aussi bons les uns que les autres. Excellent filet de bœuf avec ses légumes et ses champignons à la crème. Cuisine traditionnelle de haute couture dans une vielle maison de ville qui ajoute à ce sentiment de tradition.
On est proche, tout proche de l'étoile selon moi

22/08/2024: Petite salle parfaitement tenue où l’on se sent à l’écoute de la patronne qui est une grande gentillesse.
Alors je ne parle même pas du repas qui était juste parfait. La qualité et la quantité sont au rendez vous.
Tout est fait maison ce qui est de plus en plus rare de nos jours.

08/09/2024: A meal taken in a magnificent August setting. But very very very long service, to the point that we did not have dessert. We had each chosen an entry, we were brought two identical entries. Then I asked for a rump steak with fries and it was served in the middle of a sauce that tasted like nothing. I ask what it is and he tells me it's the duck with blueberry sauce that I asked for. Never again never again....

28/08/2024: An exceptional discovery! An enchantment! A sublime room, a meal that delighted our taste buds. The swimming pool and jacuzzi were also there.
And then don't forget Martine, a person with great charisma and kindness so that our stay goes very well.
The breakfast was delicious and with the service and the smile of the person who takes care of it. We will come back without hesitation and enjoy the SPA and I am sure of good care

Hearty and very tasty cuisine.
On the other hand, the room resonates a lot with the dialogues of other customers and it quickly becomes annoying when there are people. Then, but perhaps this was exceptional, we waited quite a long time, already for the order being taken, but also for the service between each course.
The lady, who seems to be the boss, was alone, serving all the tables...
This explains it...
We had already been here a year ago and had already encountered this problem...
Otherwise, it's really good....!
