01/03/2026: We received a very warm welcome! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the meals were generous and delicious! We ordered two savory crepes ("Dré dans le pantu" & "sur une malentendu") which were very generously filled and then difficult to finish! We will definitely be back with our family! I highly recommend it!

04/04/2026: We stopped on the way to saint tropez. Pit stop based on Google reviews. What an amazing place. The matriarch was so sweet - felt like went to someone’s house. We all had the menu2 stake with salad and dessert. No photos because we ( wife + 2 kids ) gobbled the food.

22/02/2026: We stopped by for dinner on February 18th. A very warm welcome and a superb dining room. The bistro-style cuisine was excellent and a real treat. We had a wonderful time with our family. Thank you! No rating for the rooms as we weren't staying there.

16/02/2026: We spent two nights at this inn as a family of nine. It's very well located, and the decor is lovely. The bedding is very comfortable, good quality, and new. It's very clean. A minor drawback in the family rooms is the lack of a small refrigerator and a small microwave. Perhaps, due to space constraints, parents with babies could have access to the rest room (to store and heat food and baby bottles whenever they want), without having to bother the staff. Although they did so very willingly. The breakfast was very good, high quality, and unlimited, featuring local products. The restaurant is quite gourmet and very refined; the food was good, and the menu is sophisticated. However, the evening menu is not suitable for families (desserts with alcohol, a venison burger, and a second burger with a strong blue cheese from Queyras, which is too strong for a child). Perhaps a simpler dish for younger children could be added. Because it's true that we were expecting something less formal and more family-oriented, in terms of the meal, given that we were staying in a hostel. We were delighted with our experience and will cherish the memories. We recommend this place.

25/03/2026: For six years we've come every winter with pleasure… and this year, what a drop. The quality of the food has clearly declined, but the worst part is the service: cold, unpleasant, almost condescending. We really felt like we were bothering them from beginning to end. It's quite sad to see an establishment deteriorate to this extent, especially when we knew it to be much better. After so many years of loyalty, we expected anything but this. Next time, we might try Leclerc… we'll surely get better service.

Varied and sophisticated dishes that delighted our taste buds. Very efficient service in a cheerful and friendly atmosphere. 15/03/2026: This is by far the best restaurant in Guillestre (and even in the entire Hautes-Alpes department) where I've had the pleasure of dining. The venison with morels is a delight for the taste buds, the truffle tartines are a little gourmet luxury, and the cheese and charcuterie boards with their pâté are simply irresistible. As for the chef's desserts, you can taste the pastry chef's experience. The atmosphere is warm, the setting idyllic… and each winter closure leaves a painful void 😭. Alban, if you're reading this, reopen without delay: I'm dying before your very eyes!! ⚠️ Reservations are essential: without them, no table awaits you ⚠️ I can't wait for the winter season to end so you can open in Guillestre ☺️

08/04/2026: Passing through Briançon on holiday, we had the pleasure of stopping for a matcha and a cappuccino with some delicious pastries. The place is welcoming and everything looked very tasty. We'll be back on our next trip to try other dishes. I highly recommend this place 🇮🇹

23/03/2026: Good experience. The two servers, a man and a woman, were lovely. We went three times, for lunch and dinner. We arrived very late after our cross-country skiing session, but there was no problem; we were able to have a snack to share without being criticized for not ordering a full meal. We came for dinner and had the same experience, and we were even offered a complimentary digestif. The only disappointment was a rather mediocre daily special. Otherwise, everything was very good. Thank you.

01/11/2025: We've been coming for years—as a couple, with our children, with friends during COVID, or with the whole family—and it's always fabulous! This place, nestled in the heart of a magnificent valley, is magical and perfect for relaxation. The staff is incredibly attentive, the property is well-maintained, and the food is excellent. A true delight; we can't wait to go back!

31/10/2025: I just spent four days and three nights there. It's very pretty, beautifully decorated, and very well located. Numerous hikes are accessible even without a car. The dormitory is clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The staff is attentive, accommodating, and very kind. Special mention to Aurélie for the service and the friendly conversations :-) I highly recommend it! A real pleasure to stay in the Queyras region with you.
