30/05/2024: Seasonal worker in Cauterets, I had a sandwich before going to work yesterday. In great shape when I arrived, I went through hell after eating this not-fresh sandwich whose filling must have been a few days old and had to be passed from hand to hand (I've had some feedback since then, I'm not the only one to have fallen ill with their products) Breakouts of fever, nausea, nausea, and in the evening vomiting, diarrhea. Fortunately I'm young and in good health (I'm almost never sick), because I think this could all end very badly otherwise. In short, run away, there are other bakeries (the one opposite the Carrefour Montagne is very good, don't go to the one next to the ski bar, same owner) and even a triangle sandwich is better, at least by the standards of hygiene and cold chain are respected...

02/08/2024: Le Terminus,un lieu repris il y a quelques années par un nouveau gérant, qui laissait supposer un service et un accueil convenables pour une clientèle,en majorité de touristes. L'été 2023 permettait de consommer en terrasse jusqu'à 23h environ,de nombreux cocktails ou autres,de qualité,dans une ambiance musicale,douce,avec une petite affluence qui assurait de finir tranquillement mais convivialement de belles soirees d'été. On sentait encore,il y a un an,que la clientèle était à gagner et à fidéliser.. sûrement dans l'esprit du propriétaire. Ce mois d'août 2024,nous a présenté une toute nouvelle image de ce lieu que nous avions apprécié la saison dernière. Terrasse,prétendue ouverte et fonctionnant jusqu'à 23 heures..Équipe étant à table à 22h,rien à redire à cela bien évidemment, mais dans un premier temps,pensant qu'il était 23h,signifiant qu'elle ne servait plus...A la demande réitérée, indiquant qu'il n'était que 22 heures et face à une terrasse désertée, le service est assurée à l'intérieur. Jeune serveuse,qui a dû oublier ce que le mot accueil et service signifiaient,tant son arrogance et son irritation de servir quelques clients si tardivement...22h...en plein été,ont imprimé indélébilement,en nous,une image négative de cet etablissement d'Esquieze. En cela,non aidée, par l'attitude d'un gestionnaire qui ignore totalement sa clientele du moment . Quelle déception d'avoir traversé un pont pour faire travailler un établissement que l'on sent en perte de vitesse en deuxième partie de soirée sur sa terrasse,hors restaurant. La qualité des produits et de la restauration ne sera pas remise en cause,elle y est présente, mais le manque de chaleur humaine,d'accueil bienveillant et respectueux de celles et ceux qui font vivre un commerce,nous amèneront à ne plus franchir ce pont et à rester sur la commune de Luz où un nouveau établissement sait parfaitement répondre aux attentes des vacanciers: sourires,accueil,petits mots sympathiques,Respect! Quel dommage! Vraiment!

04/09/2024: Came to Lourdes for the beer and craic, this place didn't disappoint. Beer is fresh, and lads behind the bar are friendly.

29/08/2024: Pleasant service, expensive for what it is in my opinion. 2 cm pizza freezes too many ingredients stifling cheese in wire. The children's menu is correct but also expensive for something not homemade. The Burger the meat not good at all. Without comment, don't go there and pass by!

06/01/2025: Coming this Saturday with friends, we were welcomed by Léa, a very friendly young waitress! We will come back for his kindness and humor.

30/11/2024: Very condescending bouncer. The staff needs to be reviewed. Supposedly according to him he had to put the bags in the locker room even though everyone had kept them in the box. to flee

07/09/2024: Be careful for those who have a certain level of requirement. The rooms are catastrophic. After one night I had to leave my family and go to Andorra to ski in a nice Andorra Park hotel. The team is friendly but the rooms are like a boat. Of course I was not reimbursed and I lost more than €900.

25/01/2025: €22.90 for a plate with 10 frozen fries, a small salad and a piece of meat. Disappointing.

25/01/2025: A short visit The bar was quite full but a 2-seat table was free. Perfect for our group of 6. A first server asks us what we want to drink and we ask for the drinks menu. He brings it to us. A second comes and tells us that we should not be on this table, I then ask him what he can offer us because obviously our presence at this table does not bother his first colleague. “Your presence there bothers us”… I ask my question again “no worries, what’s the best thing you can offer us?” “Nothing but you’re bothering us.” My answer will be simple, "if we bother you then we leave", answer "you are offended for nothing but have a good day" Professionalism that speaks for itself and leaves something to be desired... Damage

04/09/2024: We arrived late to eat but the waitress was very professional, she prepared us a very delicious bikini, the parking is good and close if you go by motorcycle.

03/09/2024: Well placed cafe. On the other hand, the tremon which monitors everything and sends people wandering creates a terrible atmosphere. Otherwise the food is the worst in the world: at the entrance there is a fridge with all the Carrefour dishes and the crepes that they will sell you for 12€ :-)

11/01/2025: My partner and I usually go to Subway and there has never been a problem. On the other hand, it left something to be desired. My companion made it clear that he didn't want any sauce and the person added mayo so it had to be redone. For the second sandwich, he says he wants “tomatoes, olives” and the woman managed to hear “onions…” so not at all what he wanted. And it must be said that it seems to be new and the smile should be seen again...
