You're always amazed by the quality of the food, whether it's traditional recipes or the many variations on the daily specials. The ingredients are of exceptional quality, culinary traditions are respected, and each dish is given a subtle touch that demonstrates profound mastery. With several seatings in one evening, it's a well-run establishment. Be sure to book in advance!

04/06/2026: I was craving a comforting, hearty meal served quickly on a weekday lunchtime... and I found my spot! The €14 lunch menu is a real treat, with a choice of small fried starters (spring rolls, croquettes, or ravioli) and a generous main course of vermicelli noodles. Personally, I loved the dish with the caramelized pork, cooked to perfection, accompanied by perfectly dressed, grated baby carrots and cucumbers.

From the moment we arrived, the tone was set: absolutely incredible service, at once warm, cheerful, natural, and exceptionally attentive. We felt genuinely welcomed and guided with great care throughout the meal. As for the cuisine, the experience was simply unforgettable. Probably one of the best we've ever encountered. Each dish was remarkably delicate, both in flavor and presentation. It was a truly suspended moment, a culinary journey that leaves a lasting impression! A huge thank you for this timeless interlude, where everything—the food, the service, and the ambiance—exudes refinement and care.

08/03/2026: A wonderful discovery! We opted for the "Intuitions" menu, a four-course meal consisting of an amuse-bouche, two appetizers, a main course, and a dessert. Everything was perfect: the flavor combinations, the portions, the taste. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. A special mention for the floating island with its incredible coriander jus! The staff was very pleasant and guided us through this wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.
