The food was high quality and delicious; on top of that, I received a very warm welcome and excellent service. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of Breton crêpes or similar dishes.

27/08/2026: My partner took me to the new Grande Etoile de l'Inde restaurant for my birthday. It was a wonderful discovery. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, chic, and refined. The dishes were excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff is attentive to their customers; I appreciated the thoughtful touch for my birthday. Thank you for the warm welcome; I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: Le Carreau is a wonderful place; I've been going there about three or four times a week for almost two years now. The service is very pleasant, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. It's a place with excellent fresh produce, perfect for drinks with friends or for lunch. I highly recommend it.

06/08/2026: We had dinner there as a couple during the week. While the manager and waitress were very friendly, the food didn't live up to the prices. It tasted like pre-made Asian dishes from a chain store, not homemade at all. I didn't finish my meal, and neither did my wife, which is extremely rare for me. And even if it were homemade (which I highly doubt), I'm sorry to say it was rather bland, either too dry or too greasy. I'm giving it two stars because, although the ambiance and service were good, what you come for is primarily the food.

23/07/2026: Excellent value for money! The pasta was excellent and the tiramisu was truly delicious. However, the lemonade must have been on vacation because what ended up in the glass was lemonade in name only. The atmosphere was a bit too noisy for my taste, but what struck me most was the presence of enormous cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling. It's a shame! With a little more attention to detail in the dining room and some proper lemonade, the experience would have been almost perfect.

01/06/2026: The pizzas were very good, made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the manager's attitude; her welcome was cold and unfriendly. Upon arrival, she offered us a high table even though many other seats were available. Fortunately, a waitress from upstairs came to take our order and spontaneously offered to move us to another table, which we greatly appreciated. Another disappointing point: when we asked for ice, the manager told us the machine was broken. Yet, a few moments later, we saw several glasses served with ice. It's a shame, because the quality of the pizzas and the professionalism of the rest of the team deserve better. A little more effort on the welcome and service would make all the difference.

24/06/2026: I don't understand the negative reviews. Yes, the setting is simple, but the owners are lovely, and above all, their pizzas are excellent: thin crust, wood-fired, fresh ingredients. It's our go-to spot, and we recommend it 100%!
