30/08/2024: We stopped at this hotel based on the positive reviews. We strongly advise you to check the bill before paying it because there were two of us and the price of the room for three was €124 and the owner of the establishment charged us €129, this way of doing things was a big disappointment to us. displeased which will make us change establishments next time.

08/12/2025: Non-stop service (lunch at 3:00 PM!!), incredibly friendly service, delicious and generous galettes, Norman and Havanese crêpes… fantastic. The crêpe maker prepares everything right in front of you and is always so friendly!! Go for it!

22/11/2025: We came to this restaurant intending to eat inside, but we were refused a table without a satisfactory explanation, even though seats appeared to be available. This situation made us feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Whatever the reasons, we would have appreciated more transparency and better service.

24/01/2025: Thanks to this restaurant for their availability! In fact we came without reservation for 3 people, and the Toscana team made sure that we could eat even if we had to leave 1h30 later because the table was taken; which was more than enough to eat a starter and our main courses! 🇮🇹 The waiter is Italian and he makes sure to make himself understood and to understand you, it is very pleasant to chat with him, a mixture of English, French and Italian, he is sociable and smiling. As for the choice, there is just enough so that the dishes can be quickly served and everyone can find what they are looking for 🍕🍝 truffle pasta pizza meat fish... the pasta is fresh and made with eggs, their yellow color does not leaves no doubt and neither does their taste 🤤 the pizzas are prepared in front of us in a magnificent oven! The products are Italian and/or homemade! The prices are more than fair, at 3 for 3 cocktails / 1 pizza / 2 pastas / 1 burrata to share: €78 / €26 per person

29/07/2025: A little gourmet break after visiting the medieval town of Cremieu, the good tourists that we are 😉. A break for artisanal ice cream, crêpes and mint diabolo.... top-notch staff and amazing ice cream!

07/12/2025: The welcome was pleasant, the service quick, and the setting agreeable. However, the meat (both beef and chicken) had a strange, gelatinous texture that didn't resemble real meat at all… it seemed reconstituted! A jumble of low-quality pieces! 🤮 Nice setting, but a disappointment in terms of the food. I won't be going back! Never again!

10/12/2024: I came to Les Arcades with my mother for an evening dedicated to Jean Ferrat. As usual, an excellent evening: a delicious meal, a warm welcome and a very good atmosphere. We really liked the concert. The very beautiful interpretation of the magnificent songs of Jean Ferrat is accompanied by a very interesting story recounting the life of the singer: a beautiful staging accompanied by photos, the diction very pleasant. I highly recommend this address, having visited several times, I assure you that you will have a particularly pleasant time.

04/09/2024: A quatre en famille, nous avons pris les mezzo 12 (très faim et gourmands). Nous avons juste fini. Les plats étaient fins, avec des goûts un peu différents des libanais classiques. Par contre il ne faut pas être guindé, le patron vous explique par la démonstration comment prendre les plats avec le pain sans se salir les doigts et vous les apportent à la bouche.

03/09/2024: Great restaurant especially for vegetarian options. We were a massive party of people and they accommodated perfectly. The food was great and the service especially stood out as lovely. 02/11/2024: Horrible. Burger froid + option frite bacon avec fromage fondu encore plus froid. Je retourne au comptoir et on me dit que c’est normal que ça sort du frigo!!! Du fromage « fondu » sur les frites gelé, avec du bacon encore congelé… Pour le burger, normal, on le remet 2 mn sous « la chute » et au final on me ressert mon plateau aussi froid que quand je l’ai reçu. Alors pour faire mon bon repas chez BK j’ai tout mis au micro-ondes pour pouvoir manger chaud!!! Perdez pas votre temps, un burger sous vide de chez Lidl à faire chauffer au micro-ondes fera le même effet.
