23/03/2024: We went to dinner at the hostel restaurant. The welcome is very warm and friendly, the setting atypical and cozy. The meal was incredible, tasty with fresh, local produce! If you are looking for a nice place to eat well, don't hesitate for a second! 👌 The hostel is well hidden but worth discovering.

01/04/2024: We had dinner at La Tour des Sens last Friday evening. I was there with my brother. What an experience! From the aperitif to the dessert and the different dishes, everything was delicious. We opted for the “Escape” formulas (135th per person) consisting of eight dishes, an aperitif, appetizers and two glasses of wine to which we added an additional glass of wine. The cuisine was innovative, the chef even managed to make me eat asparagus and trout which I don't usually like! The team in the dining room is both very professional and very pleasant, we were able to chat with one of the servers for a little while and share a discussion around the kitchen. It was flawless and we will come back with pleasure!

03/04/2024: Remarkable in every way. What strikes you at first impression is of course the setting of this large building which combines the charm of old residences with the modernity of more contemporary fittings, in a cozy atmosphere. The staff, then, is measured by the quality of the dishes served to you. Discreet, present, attentive, efficient and always smiling. Despite the brisk pace that we can guess from the number of rooms to be served, the waiters are pleasant and don't let anything show through, with quiet efficiency. The dishes, for their part, are tasty and original without overdoing it. The pan-fried foie gras is served with a perfectly balanced accompaniment. The flavors balance and intertwine in an ideal combination between the power of the foie gras, the bitterness of the endive softened by the slightly sweet sauce and the sweetness of the gingerbread toast. The arctic char, apparently more classic, is based on a Camargue risotto which complements it pleasantly. However, we are surprised to discover a preparation of foamy char under a toasted biscuit and, a mark of the quality of the dish, the toast, when cut, does not crush the foam as one might expect. 'wait there. I will not mention the surprise of the cheese platter so as not to spoil anything: the profusion makes the choice difficult. The dessert, for its part, is halfway between the sin of originality and that of gluttony. Unfortunately, disturbed by the (decreased) offer of coffees, we completely ignored the sweets which should have ended this pleasant experience. No problem without solution, the staff immediately offered to place them in a box for us without being upset about our false start. In short, if the setting and the quality of the food live up to what one has the right to expect from this type of establishment, the service breaks the ceiling in terms of welcome, efficiency and professionalism.

23/02/2024: This restaurant is now called Le Malezien. Good place to have lunch: plenty of menu options [some unique offerings or local dishes], fair pricing, lovely plating, and great service. The menu du jour portions are generous - we ended up not taking the dessert. The restaurant is a bit small, you may consider making a reservation. We recommend this place!
