12/12/2024: 10 € pour 4 nems et un plat accompagné de riz ,c'est très correct,mais ça ne vaut pas plus ,la viande est bouillie et sans saveur ,le service est lent et le chariot du serveur fait beaucoup de bruit

30/07/2024: +20 years of experience with zero professionalism in customer service. This restaurant owner was rude and treated me like untouchable throughout the few minutes in the restaurant. When I arrived at the restaurant, the restaurateur refused my request for a few tables even though there were some available, and this for no good reason. When I asked him why he couldn't place us at the tables that were free and not reserved he replied that he wanted to keep them in case others would arrive. That said, he chose to refuse a secure client and forgo this income simply because he wanted to do it that way. I felt that he was prejudiced against me and what's more, he didn't even make an effort to hide it. I quickly lost my appetite for eating at this place but I wanted to make him understand that his behavior was not in the right direction of a business that derives its future from welcoming and pleasing customers. I spoke to him about this fact, and unsurprisingly he was incorrigible in his attitude and he even went so far as to say that he was happy that I was going somewhere else. Which is easy to do because the village square is surrounded by other restaurants. Going elsewhere didn't bother me in the slightest and I was pleasantly welcomed just a few steps from this restaurant. But for the principle of cause and effect of customer service I leave this customer review. Prospective clients should know about my experience and they don't deserve this same treatment. Although this restaurateur has years in this type of industry, what he didn't know is that I too spent years in this same industry and what's more, I ate in a myriad of restaurants around the world. I know well, not only the restaurant world but also customer service, what should be done and what is unacceptable. The treatment at this establishment was inexcusable. If you have the choice I advise you to look elsewhere to eat when in Villard de Lans.

11/07/2024: A pure moment of delight with my husband. Fresh products, sublimely prepared by LA CHEFFE. The rillette is a pure sweetness in the mouth, and the dishes are a treat. 26/10/2024: Juste une question !!! Alors que nous étions entrain de commencer notre repas, deux couples ont été installés à coté de nous à qui le serveur a offert à grande voix le verre du chef en apéro !!! Est ce que c'est parce qu'ils parlaient anglais ? Est ce que l'on sentait le mazout ? Nous avons été profondément déçus par cette indélicatesse !!!!

12/09/2024: Date aléatoire, car dernière expérience en avril 2022. De très bon, dans un cadre aussi agréable dans la tourelle qu'en terrasse, les prix ont proportionnellement augmentés au regard de la baisse de qualité et d'une répétition déprimante des plats. Beaucoup de regrets et une certaine amertume d'avoir beaucoup perdu en perspectives de belles soirées.

11/08/2024: Very good food, but when the website indicates a children's menu for €21, and when you receive the bill it's €80, it stings!! The only explanation I have is that the website is obsolete! Great ! For wines also the pricing is obscure. There is no map. It’s only at the end that we are surprised to see that a glass costs €14… all this for a good wine, but not to die for either.

28/08/2024: Nous avons étés ravis par notre dîner dans cet établissement. Les plats étaient délicieux (en particulier la soupe), les prix tout doux et les service très agréable et efficace. En plus, on vous offre un apéritif à votre arrivée. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

01/07/2024: Wir aßen einen gemischten Vorspeisenteller und eine Glasnudelsuppe. Beides sehr lecker. Die Suppe hätte als Hauptspeise gereicht, Als Hauptgang gegrillte Garnelen und Hähnchen mit Knoblauch. Die Garnelen waren sehr gut, das Huhn trotz Sauce etwas fade. Dazu gab es gebratene Reis, meines Erachtens mit zu wenig Ei und zu wenig gebraten dafür mit jeder Menge seltsamer Schinkenwürfel. Die Chefin ist sehr dominant und bemüht sich freundlich zu sein. Wir fragten nach Honig für den Tee, sie meinte haben sie nicht, ebenso gibt es kein WLAN.

27/08/2024: Place to know! It's been a long time since I had a good and inexpensive restaurant. Both the chef and the waitresses are very friendly! The toilets are clean which is rare! Too bad he’s far from us!

24/08/2024: The frogs are very good, the quantities are more than correct. Smiling and friendly staff.

16/09/2024: Deplorable, if you want to get food poisoning, go to the pasha! My husband and I fell ill after consuming their dishes which apparently used rotten meat, hygiene standards were not respected despite the recent visit of the health services. To flee!!!!

13/08/2024: I've been going to Pacha for at least 5 or 6 years now. I've generally never been disappointed, but this evening I was really disappointed. I had several menus and there was a menu where there was clearly something to choose from in terms of meat and the second menu is all fat and super hard meat. I'm so disappointed I noticed it too late

03/10/2024: A real Italian restaurant, well run by an Italian family. Good atmosphere, attentive service and cuisine like in the country, with great availability. We go there and return with great pleasure. I highly recommend.

23/07/2024: To flee. 3 hours of waiting for melted camemberts, a Caesar salad refunded for lack of salad (rare positive point of the meal) and hot beers... All at a price worthy of a very good restaurant where you are served at the table and in time . The staff is very nice but inefficient and lacking in organization. Too bad, because the setting is really nice.
