16/04/2026: A very nice family-run restaurant. The food is homemade. Set menu: starter, main course, dessert €18. I recommend it.

15/02/2026: Excellent restaurant, a very friendly waitress, truly nothing to complain about, with very reasonable prices. I recommend it without reservation. It's worth adding that we weren't seated a meter away from our neighbor, unlike some other restaurants... We also had lunch there for Valentine's Day, and we had absolutely no complaints, especially considering the very affordable price.

28/05/2026: I'm not from Grenoble, and honestly, this is a wonderful discovery. The products are fresh, the ice cream I had was excellent, and Marie, who was lovely, wouldn't let me come and taste it!

11/08/2026: I agree with the previous reviews; these are definitely the best pizzas in Villars. The crust is thin and crispy, the tomato sauce is delicious, the toppings are generous, and the price is very competitive. I highly recommend their house specialty, the Daraduv—it's simply amazing! Plus, the owner is lovely and very attentive. I went back twice in less than five days to get more pizzas. I highly recommend it.

22/05/2026: I placed a takeaway order, but it was incomplete. When I called you, I was told everything was fine... Anyway, I'm disappointed. Up until now it was good... but today, even the fried rice wasn't good and the shrimp weren't grilled, barely stir-fried!

27/07/2026: A very pleasant surprise! A restaurant with a lovely setting and beautiful grounds. The menu was very varied, the food was good, and the service was quick and friendly. It's a restaurant run by APAJH; kudos to them!

13/07/2026: We were in Le Freney for two days and were looking for a nice, family-friendly restaurant where we could eat something fresh on a summer evening… on a Monday night, no less! "Côté Terrasse" ticked all the boxes! There was something for everyone: the children ate excellent burgers (thank you for agreeing to remove the bacon! The owner offered to add onion confit instead… a really nice touch). For the adults, there were delicious platters available… grilled hallumi, zucchini blossom fritters, focaccia, salad, homemade tzatziki… all presented beautifully on a slate! The manager is absolutely lovely and very welcoming. The place is charming, and we even saw two chamois on the hillside: the icing on the cake! 🍰 Thank you and all the best! Elodie and her family

15/09/2026: The service was very slow despite the hotel being empty, but everything else was perfect: the air conditioning was set to the perfect temperature, and the atmosphere was calm.

07/12/2025: The savory crepes were good, but the sweet crepes were very disappointing. They were extremely thick and undercooked. Nothing like Breton crepes, contrary to what was advertised.

21/06/2026: It's simply delicious. We had the caramel chicken and the wonton and wheat noodle soup, which we loved! The challah for dessert and the pineapple were also perfect, especially in the heatwave. The service was excellent, very pleasant, and they were open on a Sunday with great value for money for homemade food. I highly recommend it!

04/06/2026: I came for the lunch special, advertised at €12 with a glass of wine included, plus an extra €1 for fried rice. When it came time to pay, they made me pay for the glass of wine, explaining that the special had changed, but it was too late, we'd already ordered and eaten. However, the €1 extra charge hadn't changed. 😉 It's definitely a scam to lure in customers. That's why I gave the restaurant such a low rating, despite the food being good and the service being decent. But still, I think it's important to point this out.

09/09/2026: It's delicious and good quality. The burger wasn't very tasty, but their other dishes were good. Unfortunately, the atmosphere isn't very refined.
