28/01/2026: 10 a.m. in this McDonald's waiting for our train. We tried to stay as long as possible by ordering occasionally. Even during rush hour, only 3 minutes passed between ordering and receiving our food at the table. SNCF (the French national railway company) should take note to improve the punctuality of its trains.

23/01/2026: Mmmh, not fast food... a looooooong wait. 25 minutes between my order and the service.

10/12/2025: I've rarely seen such a dirty establishment. Toilets, tables, floor. Everything is filthy.

18/08/2024: I came back from eating with my family and were provided with the correct drink size (0.5l). Without you, people in France will evaporate.

25/01/2026: Visit on January 24, 2026. Very bad experience. The tray was served cold. I took it back to the counter and the employee was already sighing. She touched my burger with her bare hands after I had already taken a bite, then handed it back to me reheated in the microwave, with a bite mark still visible. I asked for an exchange, which was initially refused. The situation started to get tense. I was then given a tray missing my daughter's fries. When I pointed this out, the response was: "Oh really? Where are they for the exchange?" I told her that she had taken the tray with her, so it was up to her to know. The fries were eventually exchanged... but still cold. I even asked her to taste them. At this point, her patience had clearly run out. To make matters worse, my daughter had ordered a book with her meal and received a deck of cards. Again, I had to ask for another exchange. It seems to me that the basic principle of food service, especially in a chain like McDonald's, is to serve hot, ready-to-eat food quickly. Furthermore, having worked there myself in my younger days, I know there's nothing complicated about reading a customer's order correctly. Fortunately, a colleague intervened, much more professional and respectful, which helped calm the situation. I don't understand how such a lack of hygiene, respect for the customer, and professionalism is possible. Very disappointed. Truly the worst McDonald's.

24/01/2026: Catastrophic 4 out of 9 kiosks out of order, forced to go to the counter to place my order, the server only understood half of what I said, so my order didn't match what I ordered 🤦‍♂️

17/01/2026: Overpriced, endless wait, toilets filthy, uncleaned tables, and the floor was a disaster... a breeding ground for germs, no heating in the middle of winter

16/12/2024: First time at this Mac Donald. I give it 5 stars simply in comparison with the others I know because it is clean, welcoming, the fries are hot, the staff is helpful and in a good mood. Surprising for a Mac Do. I congratulate the manager for the moment I went there because I was really surprised.

15/12/2024: Franchement, je préfère manger mon excrément … que de retourner la bas. Si mc Donald veut perdre en crédibilité, qu il continu a embaucher des incompétents. Sandwich degueu…., qui sont bien évidemment parti à la poubelle , boisson soda sans bulles et pas de goût…. Le tout en attendant la commande 20 minutes. En même temps, en voyant la dégaine des gens qui travaillent la bas, ça aurait dû me mettre la puce à l’oreille.

26/11/2025: The photo speaks for itself; selling this for €10 is a disgrace. I've seen more appetizing vomit. An undercooked pizza gave me indigestion bordering on food poisoning, and I'm still hesitating to file a complaint and cause you trouble until your "restaurant" closes, at which point you can then enjoy getting drunk with your colleagues in peace.

04/10/2025: Very good pizza, clean establishment, friendly atmosphere, reasonable price around €10 per pizza, welcoming staff

04/07/2025: Too bad we can't give zero stars... agency to avoid at all costs!!! We arrive in an "unfurnished" apartment: 2 keys for only 4 tenants, apartment cluttered with rubbish and lots of furniture in very poor condition in all the rooms, significant dirt everywhere, non-functional oven, water leak.... And the agency has been unreachable for 1 week to resolve these problems! For agency fees amounting to almost €1400!!!!
