31/03/2026: The absolute best pizza - no joke. I honestly thought I shouldn’t even try pizza in France… but I’m so glad I did. This place completely changed my mind. Everything was just perfect - super tasty, great quality, and done with so much care. The team (I think it was a mum and her daughter) were working like machines - so fast, super organized, and still incredibly friendly. Loved it. Would come back anytime!

21/03/2026: I honestly think this is one of the worst value-for-money experiences I've seen in a long time! It's practically a rip-off (and I'm being polite when I say that). I calmly ordered three portions of fries to go from Le Dolilou… and then, surprise: €22.50. Yes, you read that right. For fries! 😳 And the kicker: the justification. “They're homemade and cooked in beef fat.” Really? So what? Does that make fries a luxury item? Are we supposed to applaud or break out the champagne? Frankly, either they're taking their customers for fools (which it certainly seems like), or they have a serious problem with their market positioning. Even near a ski resort, even during peak tourist season, there are limits, and here, they've been completely blown out of the water! As for the “homemade” claim… I have serious doubts, given the result. I definitely don't recommend it! Move along, there's bound to be better elsewhere for that price (and even for three or two less).

10/03/2026: When you pull up to this restaurant in the tiny village of Venosc, it looks very inviting... and it is. Unfortunately, we were expecting a proper regional dish, and the tartiflette was practically devoid of cheese with three or four lardons barely visible, the croziflette had little flavor (and hardly any lardons), and the duck leg was served with three salad leaves in vinaigrette... At €20 a dish, it doesn't exactly showcase the region's culinary expertise. We regretted our decision not to go to the two other restaurants in the village that had better Google ratings...

26/02/2026: €6.80 for a tiny lemon tart barely filled with lemon cream. That's highway robbery! Taste-wise, it's very similar to a lemon tart you'd buy in a supermarket. Outrageous and disrespectful to customers.

20/10/2025: Big place with ok beers on tap. Sad they don't have the Brooklyn IPA anymore. The atmosphere is not great, it's sort of that last resort bar you go to late in the evening when other places around are full...

10/04/2026: Earlier this week I bought a pack of baguettes. When I got home and took them out of the bag, I noticed that one baguette was 15cm shorter than the others. I weighed it: 170g, while another weighed 256g! Something's not right! I'm not happy at all; it's unprofessional.

02/04/2026: An awful saleswoman! No respect for customers whatsoever... it's unacceptable to behave this way in sales. You should consider a career change... perhaps working independently. I'm sure you'd be happier... and so would we :)

18/11/2025: Poor quality meat. The service is haphazard. One wonders if they're even professionals in this field. It's a shame because the location is excellent. But they really need to improve the quality of their food.

11/03/2026: I made a reservation for 1 p.m. for two people, arriving at 8:30 a.m. When we sat down and ordered the set menu, we were told it was sold out! I pointed out to the waitress that this was very inconvenient, forcing us to order other, much more expensive dishes (a meager salad at €16). She responded rudely that she couldn't prepare dishes that might not sell! And this is called a restaurant... This is the second time I've been there, and both times I've been disappointed.

16/12/2025: Separating customers with assistance dogs, like outcasts (in the conservatory and definitely not in the dining area with other customers), is unacceptable. People with disabilities are customers just like everyone else. It's very hurtful to feel different and excluded, especially with the sole argument that if you're allowed in, people will want to bring their dogs. The law allows you to refuse pets (which is a valid argument) and requires you to welcome assistance dogs (which you did). We simply regret the difference in treatment between able-bodied and disabled customers!

13/01/2026: So disappointed… I was a customer of the food truck when it first opened years ago. I left Grenoble and recently came back. I ordered through Uber tonight and what a letdown… It was frankly disgusting. I don't know if the owners have changed; I don't want to cause them any harm with my review because they were very nice back then, but what they're offering now is a real lack of consideration for the customer.

05/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. I tried it and I stayed! 🤣 However, please increase the portions of rice and sauces. It wasn't enough for us. 😪

25/01/2026: One of the last old-fashioned brasseries in Grenoble, with its banquettes and gilded decor. The same friendly management for decades. No music to raise the noise level. In short, paradise for a drink or a bite to eat!

08/03/2026: A fantastic experience at this restaurant! The staff are incredibly friendly, energetic, and welcoming, making the visit even more enjoyable. The dishes are well-presented, generous, and above all, delicious. You can tell they do everything to ensure their customers have a wonderful time. I highly recommend this place!
