22/11/2025: Excellent staff, even out of season. Fast, efficient, and friendly. Good, generous portions, and plenty of choice. Most importantly, remember to book if you want a table.

16/10/2025: Hello, Madam, Sir, I've already been to your restaurant three times. I can assure you that your waitress, a blonde woman, spoke to us very, very badly. There was no hello or goodbye, never seen before. I have nothing against the food, because it was really good. But your waitress, a woman I think is the owner's daughter, was very angry every time, never smiled, and always put down. This is the last time. I won't be going back, despite the owner being super, super nice. Nothing to complain about, and the little girl who serves us very kindly too. Thank you for changing your waitress. Have a great day. 31/01/2026: The manager was very generous, warm, and welcoming. The mountain cuisine was hearty.

29/12/2025: Last night at the resort, everything was great until I ordered two pizzas for €22. To my great surprise, when I picked them up, they were each in a small cardboard box, and when I opened it, it was a frozen pizza like you'd find in a store. I felt ripped off! And on top of that, they weren't even good! Obviously, we won't be back.

14/01/2025: Very nice place, clean, spacious, nice background music not too loud. I took the breakfast menu with a hot drink, orange juice, a croissant, 2 slices of bread with butter and jam. Bread and croissant were fresh. The waitress is a very nice lady, welcoming and very polite. I recommend this place while waiting for your train or bus.

14/01/2025: The staff is very unpleasant and not smiling or available. Too much waiting to have breakfast. They are very poorly organized.

14/12/2025: We've been coming to Auris for many years and it was such a shame to see this place go downhill so rapidly. Burger was raw (not rare, literally raw). Croque was honestly the worst thing I've eaten in ages. Really expensive too.

15/02/2026: If I could give zero stars, I'd give zero! The toilets were filthy, the menu had very little choice, there was an extra charge for the toy and drink included in the Happy Meal, they forgot the sauces, and the staff behind the counter didn't respond at all! In short, don't go there!
