31/08/2026: ⚠️CHECK YOUR SALADS! I understand that sometimes things can slip through the cracks. But finding a large green caterpillar in your salad means it hasn't been cleaned at all. The staff's attitude was shocking. No apology whatsoever. The waitress mocked me: "You're like my daughter, you're afraid of everything, it's nothing." I asked to see the manager, but he didn't come. The waiter at the counter added insult to injury, despite the shock: "Did you find a piece of meat in your salad?" To top it all off, no real gesture of goodwill whatsoever! This is incomprehensible for a restaurant! They only offered to replace my salad on the second try, not even at the beginning! I still had to pay 11 euros, half the price of my meal. A complete lack of professionalism and respect. Avoid at all costs!

31/08/2026: Always a warm welcome at the garden with delicious food

15/08/2026: We were very disappointed with our visit this Saturday, August 15th, at 7:30 pm, right at closing time. We politely asked the saleswoman if it was still possible to come in quickly to buy just one baguette, and especially if she had any bread left. She replied that she did, but that 7:30 pm was closing time and therefore she couldn't serve us. We fully understand that working hours must be respected. But there's a difference between respecting one's schedule and categorically refusing to take two minutes to sell a baguette to customers who arrived on time. Having managed a bakery myself, I can assure you that we much preferred to take a few extra minutes to sell our products rather than see them end up in the trash. That's also part of being a good businessperson: knowing how to be flexible when the situation allows. What's particularly frustrating is knowing there was still bread available and yet leaving without being able to buy a simple baguette, even though we arrived at exactly 7:30 pm. We left with the feeling that our request was deeply inconvenient and that the priority was getting out on time, rather than satisfying a customer. Respecting opening hours is important, yes. But good customer service and a welcoming attitude are just as crucial.

01/09/2026: Simple and friendly. A colleague and I held our farewell drinks together at Clos des Marronniers and greatly appreciated the positive atmosphere and support provided by the managers and their team (a group of about 60 people), which allowed us to have a very pleasant evening. I highly recommend it.

13/08/2026: An excellent restaurant in Vienna. We had a wonderful time. The dishes were as beautiful as they were delicious, especially the squid ink tagliatelle, which was perfectly cooked. The setting is pleasant, and we particularly appreciated the attention to detail in the presentation of the desserts, with their fresh berries. This is a truly delightful discovery that I wholeheartedly recommend for a memorable dinner. We will definitely be back.

12/09/2026: Young, dynamic, and friendly team. The restaurant is clean and bright. It's great to see motivated and passionate young people like Chef Gauthier today. He served me well, quickly, with a smile and great professionalism. My only complaint is the limited selection of vegetables. For the price of McDonald's, you'll eat much better, so don't hesitate! ^^

17/08/2026: The wait staff were very welcoming, helpful, and responsive. It's a shame there weren't enough staff in the kitchen, as this affected the preparation of the dishes, particularly the sauces. We'll be back, hoping the food will be better next time.

05/09/2026: Meh. Disappointed. Apart from the smiles and friendliness of the waiters, nothing was great except for the small welcome salad. The burger was bland, the meat was processed, the brioche bun had no flavor, and the fries were a joke. They've even replaced the "gourmet coffee" with something else entirely; the coffee itself was awful. The men's restroom is okay, a bit dated, but don't look too closely—they're full of cobwebs.

05/09/2026: Terrible service. The woman with the false eyelashes wasn't very nice, she didn't say "enjoy your meal," and there was no "with pleasure" or "please." Nothing at all. I was tricked with the dessert because I ordered French toast with red berries, but she gave me the chocolate version. No apology, nothing. I noticed a couple next to me having the same problem, that the waiters sometimes misled me. Only the atmosphere and ambiance were good. I recommend you change the waitress, and everything will be fine afterward.

30/07/2026: A huge thank you to Morgan for his kindness and consistently impeccable service! It's always a real pleasure to go to Les 3 Brasseurs. The food is delicious, varied, and affordable. The atmosphere is fantastic with the entertainment (concerts, music quizzes, karaoke...), and it's a joy to come as a family: children are always warmly welcomed and very often get free meals. We always come back with great pleasure!

30/07/2026: We came last night (the two girls who didn't want to sing but were enjoying themselves from their table 😉). We were warmly welcomed by a charming waiter who made our evening even more enjoyable – a big thank you to him! The food was very good and served in a very reasonable time. A small suggestion for the karaoke entertainment: it might be better to move it to a busier day, like Friday or Saturday, for example, because unfortunately for the host, he had to sing for a good part of the evening. Perhaps it would be more successful another day, but maybe we just didn't come on Wednesday, the busiest day. Otherwise, it was a very enjoyable event! 😊

28/04/2026: A good spot for a quick lunch. Large outdoor terrace perfect for enjoying the sun. The dishes are beautifully presented and the ingredients are high quality. The only downside is the option when paying the bill: the additional percentage isn't for charity but for the staff, and it's not a rounded-up amount but a percentage starting at 10%. It seems to me that in France, service is included and tips are at the customer's discretion. Since the waitress is near you when you pay, you feel a bit obligated...

20/04/2026: We went for a cocktail at this restaurant and what can I say except that the bartender's creation was simply divine. We'll gladly return.

23/08/2026: Yesterday we went to Saint-Pierre-d'Entremont without having made any restaurant reservations. Unfortunately, two of them were full. So we went to L'Herbe Tendre. When we arrived, the aroma of 100% homemade dishes was wonderful, the terrace was very pleasant, and the waitress was very welcoming; it all looked very inviting. However, we were very disappointed when it came time to choose our lunch; there were only two options, and we hesitated to stay. Finally, given the time, we ordered anyway. The three of us ordered chicken curry with beans and sweet potato, which were simply placed on the plate. The beans were practically raw and cold; nothing had been prepared, they were completely plain, not even a little garlic or parsley. The sweet potatoes were the same; roasting them in olive oil would have been a nice touch. Only the chicken sauce was good, as the chicken breast was almost overcooked. However, the tarte tatin was very good, so I told the waitress what we didn't like and suggested they offer a third option for lunch, perhaps red meat, as many people generally enjoy it. I understand they might be mindful of food waste, but be careful, as this could quickly backfire. In any case, the waitress was very attentive and pleasant, which is why I'm giving it three stars. Since they are new owners, they can still improve if they listen to their customers. I wish them success, but they need to find a different approach to their dishes and menu.

27/01/2026: A very disappointing meal. The tian ordered as a starter turned out to be a very basic vegetable omelet, the fish fillet was bland with a texture reminiscent of defrosted fish, and finally the dessert—a pear served in a simple bowl—looked as if it had come straight from a can. An experience not to be repeated.

05/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent discovery! We had a very pleasant time at Le Seize with four colleagues. The welcome was warm, the service attentive without being intrusive, and the dishes were refined, generous, and beautifully presented. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the care taken with each plate. The atmosphere is elegant and convivial. An address I wholeheartedly recommend in Grenoble, and one I will gladly return to on my next visit.
