14/07/2026: A very comfortable hotel where we received a warm welcome. The facilities are great (pool, sauna, jacuzzi), the bedding is comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff are lovely. Being in the center of Tence, the hotel is close to shops and local attractions. We loved the hotel garden and plan to return!

11/07/2026: Disappointed, apart from the foie gras and the cheese. The fish had no flavor, the sweetbreads were tasteless and served like a hard, inedible fritter. Furthermore, the plates and cutlery were practically thrown onto the table. The desserts were just like the rest of the meal: chocolate mousse and tiramisu were dripping onto the plate and served with a trowel! And to top it all off, the welcome and service were terrible 😡 for a price of €36 per meal 😡😡😡😡😡

23/08/2026: I don't usually give bad reviews, but we definitely felt ripped off. The pizza I was served was barely edible; I didn't even think it was possible for a professional to sell a pizza like that. The dough was smothered under a 3 cm layer of canned eggplant and tomato (probably the cheapest kind), with a mushy texture, a bit of tasteless grated cheese, and some parmesan shavings (to try and salvage the whole thing). One slice and you're sick of it. The other pizzas were slightly better, but no better than a frozen, mass-produced pizza. And all this for at least 16 euros a pizza... It's not our first time here, and until now, while not exceptional, it was acceptable, but this time it's clear we won't be going back.

03/09/2026: A huge disappointment. We were regulars, but the way they spoke to us after a glass was accidentally broken was really unacceptable, especially after we apologized. A little respect for customers wouldn't have gone amiss. It's a shame, we won't be going back.

03/09/2026: We used to come regularly and had never had a problem before. But this time, after accidentally breaking a glass and apologizing, the waiter's behavior was frankly disappointing. There was no need to speak to customers that way. It was an evening that definitely made us not want to come back.

13/10/2026: Beautiful, authentic place with a warm welcome. The small brunch option included overcooked scrambled eggs, the bread was good, but the jams were just okay. A bit pricey for what it was.

26/10/2026: The manager wasn't smiling at all... The pizza was extra thin with a crust that splits in two and was so crispy that it was the first pizza I've ever had that crumbled... out of two pizzas, one was burnt and the other undercooked! The ingredients are good overall, but the dough and the pizza maker need to change!

14/10/2026: The service and welcome were lovely, but I strongly advise against it. My fish (fish and chips) smelled bad. Instead, I was served salmon that wasn't too bad, but cooked in burnt butter. I think this restaurant is struggling. But I just needed a little common sense: you don't eat fish in Grenoble. Not so long ago, I was eating oysters overlooking the sea with a magnificent sunset in northern Finistère. Sorry for the review, I hate to say it, but this is the first time I've ever sent a dish back, and I eat out very often.

27/09/2026: Avoid this place at all costs! The waiter was unpleasant, and the decor is outdated. The food wasn't good, and the wait between the appetizer, main course, and dessert was incredibly long. Plus, I wasn't served at the same time as my husband—a complete mismatch in service! 😡 I'll never set foot in there again!!!! 😡😡😡 I'm giving it one star because I can't give it zero.

20/08/2026: Finally, some home-style cooking! The spring rolls are delicious, the salads fragrant, the meat delicious, and the portions generous.

03/11/2026: Unfortunately, we will no longer be customers for several years. Between the seasonal pizzas, supposedly with whisky cheddar, being sold at a higher price than the others, and two out of three times the whisky cheddar is replaced with raclette cheese without any prior notice or discount applied to the pizza, and numerous missing toppings, again without any price adjustments or even a phone call to apologize, and to top it all off, a delivery driver who makes very inappropriate and unprofessional remarks. Delivery fees, advertised as free from Monday to Thursday, are nevertheless charged to the bill. Sadly, it's over for us, even though we used to love your products.
