09/07/2026: A very disappointing experience. In my opinion, the prices are excessive for the quality offered: €20 for a burger with a frozen beef patty, €17 for a frozen beef patty with fries, and €8 for a bottle of Evian water. Regarding hygiene, I saw the cook wipe her forehead while preparing food before continuing to cook without washing her hands, which made me uncomfortable. Finally, when we asked for a few plates to share, we were told they cost €3 each, with the added comment, "Nothing in life is free." I found this remark unprofessional and unpleasant. Considering this overall experience, I do not recommend this establishment.

11/05/2026: A good hotel, but it could use a fresh coat of paint. Our room had been renovated in terms of bedding and bathroom, but a fresh coat of paint on the walls and woodwork wouldn't have gone amiss either. The staff was very welcoming (a special mention to the really friendly young man on the evening shift who gave us a great restaurant recommendation). A good, varied breakfast was offered. Note that the restaurant is closed on weekend evenings.

08/05/2026: Good location, excellent staff, only downside is the dated room and the bedding, which could use some updating. For a one-night stay, it's fine.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience discovering Black Forest cake in Grenoble. The pastries are truly excellent; kudos to the pastry chef who manages to convey genuine expertise through his creations. The server was kind and very pleasant, which is becoming rare these days. However, I'm deducting one star for two reasons. As a Black Forest cake enthusiast, I was expecting cherries instead of raspberries, but the cake was no less delicious. The price for eating in seems a bit high compared to the price of pastries to take away. Thank you nonetheless for a very enjoyable experience!

08/06/2026: We regularly get tacos and kebabs there. The lady is always smiling and pleasant, and the food is delicious. It's a shame the gentleman is so unpleasant; it's embarrassing for his lovely wife.

15/02/2026: Our children (16-year-olds) went to eat at 8:15 pm...5 teenagers. I should mention that it was pouring rain. They were refused service, supposedly because there were too many orders, even though all the tables were available... Unacceptable! I don't think adults received the same treatment! What a shame 😑

13/07/2026: A little disappointed, I didn't realize that with click and collect you had to pick up your order because nobody brings it to you, even though the app says a team member will bring it, and you're just sitting in your car waiting in the warmth. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but you have to exaggerate, it wasn't a big order and he didn't seem overwhelmed at the restaurant...

10/07/2026: Hello, I am writing to you as a loyal customer who comes every Saturday to pick up a takeaway meal for my family. Until now, I have always appreciated your service, but what happened on July 4, 2026, around 7:00 PM is unacceptable. Once again, several items were missing from my order. Most importantly, the Royal Cheese I received contained only the bread and meat—no sauce, no cheese. When I pointed out the problem quite politely, the manager replied, "If you're not happy, don't come back." I don't understand how anyone can speak to a customer like that. I request that action be taken regarding this situation. As a regular customer, I expect a minimum of respect and proper service. I expect a response from you regarding this incident and the poor quality of service I received. Sincerely, Nestor

23/04/2026: There's a huge difference between greed and quality… serving meat in a kebab shop that's been cut two hours in advance is unacceptable! Dry meat. And to top it all off, the waiter laughs in your face, telling you it's all the same! What a joke! One star because there's no zero!

11/04/2026: Excellent kebab, and the prices are reasonable. Don't listen to the haters; the quality isn't to everyone's taste. For me, the quality is simply incredible, and it's well located in Vienna (right next to Jazz à Vienne, very convenient). I highly recommend this kebab shop.

29/04/2026: The welcome at breakfast was appalling. This person, clearly upset that morning, practically threw me out. It's shameful to be treated like that in a hotel. I advised this person to find another line of work. However, given the previous reviews, I'm not surprised. Avoid this place.
