30/05/2026: A very warm welcome, a very attentive waiter with excellent suggestions (the fish of the day was superb and the dessert delicious). The icing on the cake: a magnificent view of the stream and the forest.

29/05/2026: I had the set menu at this restaurant for 19 euros and I loved it. For starters, a very substantial salad, followed by baby squid with a bowl of rice and another bowl of vegetables. Everything was delicious. The new team creates a fantastic atmosphere; they are very friendly and open to making changes to the menu if something isn't to your liking. We'll be back. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable.

22/05/2026: Excellent restaurant. The food is exceptional, and the chef clearly knows how to work with ingredients. A superb restaurant, worthy of some Michelin stars. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through.

20/05/2026: The chef is skilled and imaginative. The layout is a drawback, with two tables for two people near the entrance and the kitchen, and the background music from a radio station that doesn't belong in a restaurant. Nevertheless, the restaurant has potential. I'll be back soon.

27/07/2026: Beautiful beach. The only downside is the very limited supervised area, which creates a significant concentration of people per square meter... Difficult to move around in there for bodyboarders...

30/07/2026: A glass of water for the holidays at €1.50 (without the deposit, I should clarify, to avoid any confusion), a complete disgrace... Apparently, judging by the reviews, you're not bad at making sushi, but in that case, don't open your bar for the holidays. My daughter, who was playing tag, was incredibly thirsty. So I asked for a glass of water and put down a €2 coin to pay the deposit and the drink, which was supposed to be €0.50 max, and I was even going to say, "Keep the change." The waiter asked me for an extra €0.50. In the middle of a heatwave, this establishment only cares about profit and charges €1.50 for a glass of tap water! At that price, you'd at least expect bottled water from a major brand. Imagine someone fainting. They have to cough up €1.50 before they do! So much for solidarity! What's certain is that with such profit-driven behavior, I won't be ordering sushi at this establishment because everything must be done on the cheap! Zero stars for service and a so-so atmosphere considering the price of the water.

08/08/2026: Excellent restaurant. Dinner on the terrace overlooking a beautiful garden. Generous portions, full of flavor, made with local ingredients. The wine selection was perfect; each dish complemented the others beautifully. The service was refined and elegant. A lovely surprise: a small candle on the dessert to celebrate our wedding anniversary. A truly wonderful experience.

31/07/2026: Sometimes things just work out for the best, because it was right after our evacuation from the Gironde region, following the devastating fires of July 2026, that we booked a table at this establishment. We wanted a change of scenery, and we weren't disappointed, as the evening was most enjoyable. A lovely table was set under a centuries-old tree, with a beautiful countryside view. We chose the "Stilt" menu, and it was an excellent choice. It's difficult to describe each flavor and choose among the dishes offered, as everything was so harmonious and genuine. Marvelous bluefin tuna, a perfect eel egg, delicious monkfish, and a signature lobster dish to die for—in short, not a single flaw. The service was friendly, efficient, and cheerful. Bravo! A well-deserved 5 stars on Google, leaving us wanting to return, but hopefully this time without being forced to by a weather event.

03/08/2026: Only pizzas today because of clubbing but they were tasty, quickly made and at a reasonable price. It was to go. The staff was friendly.

The owner's welcome, the servers who raise the profile of the restaurant world: the lady with blue eyes and fair hair tied back with a clip this past Sunday, the 2nd, a gem that many would dream of having on their team. A smile, kindness, warm spontaneity, and all that without even trying, simply thank you. Thank you also to the chefs behind the stoves for these incredible dishes. One last question: would it be possible for you to open a location near La Rochelle? 😉 It's about time the rest of France benefited from establishments like yours. See you soon!
