26/06/2026: The hotel is a little outside the center of Mont-de-Marsan, but it's still very pleasant, with well-functioning air conditioning (a real plus during a heatwave). A small swimming pool allows you to enjoy the hotel's surroundings while cooling off.

08/08/2026: Unfortunately, we were given a table right next to the clearing area and the kitchen (noise and smells). We asked if we could change tables (the first one we were supposed to have), knowing that the people who were seated there hadn't stayed, but the waiter dodged the question and never came back. However, the food itself was quite good. The flank steak was excellent and perfectly cooked.

08/08/2026: Terrible service from the waiters simply because we were Spanish. A group of friends and I came, ordered several liters of beer and several drinks, and even then they didn't treat us badly. I absolutely do not recommend that anyone from abroad come here; they simply treat locals better.

30/07/2026: Excellent service! The owner is very friendly and extremely professional. The €16 set menu was very reasonable, featuring a quality cut of beef.

30/07/2026: This restaurant is simply exceptional! After a long journey, we stumbled upon La Côte à l'Os, quite by chance, with a craving for a good meal. It had been a very long time since we'd experienced such a high-quality establishment. Exceptional meat, full of flavor, remarkably cooked—and this is in the restaurant industry! Even late at night, you're welcomed with kindness and professionalism, a smile despite the often hectic pace. Everything is delicious, even the bread! The staff are dedicated and warm; the portions are generous and flavorful. We were blown away by the meats, the salads, and what can we say about the desserts! Bravo to this team, who truly deserve three Michelin stars! Go without hesitation!

05/07/2026: We have never been disappointed by La Taverne de Saint-Pierre-du-Mont, where, on each of our visits, we are warmly welcomed in a lovely, modern, and comfortable setting, and where the choice of dishes is extensive. We highly recommend the sauerkraut, of course, the duck breasts with their sauces, and of course, the must-try floating island for dessert. Don't hesitate to pay them a visit!

04/08/2026: A very warm welcome, friendly and professional service. You can tell there are regulars in a relaxed atmosphere. The daily menu is reasonably priced, but I personally ordered the seafood salad, and I've never seen one so generously filled with baby squid, shrimp, and smoked salmon. The dessert of the day was chocolate mousse. Keep up the good work!

27/07/2026: A lovely little restaurant, the food is delicious and homemade, and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The menu prices are very reasonable. The coconut mousse is to die for!! In short, everything is perfect. I highly recommend it.
