25/01/2026: We loved it! We ordered a Basque-style salad (the one in the photo) and the chef's antipasto. Both were excellent. The ingredients are high-quality, resulting in a generous, delicious, and incredibly flavorful dish! 😄

22/03/2026: We only had lunch (we didn't stay overnight at the hotel) and everything was perfect: the owner was there and managed to find us a table outside even though everything was booked, the servers were very attentive, friendly, and efficient, and the dishes were full of flavor with high-quality local produce. A rare find that we will return to with renewed pleasure. We would have loved to give it 6 out of 5. Nathalie and Laurent

A Landes restaurant you absolutely must try on the road to Mont-de-Marsan.
We'll be back!

18/04/2026: We came for a business trip and took the opportunity to come here and we have no regrets, the meal was delicious, the products are fresh and the waitresses were very smiling and super pleasant.
17/04/2026: While on holiday in the area, we took advantage of a stop at Lake Soustons for lunch. The staff were very welcoming, and since we preferred to eat outside to enjoy the view, they managed to find us a table on the terrace despite the many reservations. The food was excellent, the service impeccable, and the view of the lake stunning! A truly wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

A warm welcome, smiling and attentive service, and creative cuisine that's as beautiful as it is delicious! Colorful and flavorful dishes, all for a more than reasonable price considering the quality of the food.
To top it all off, the decor alone transports you; you immediately feel zen and relaxed in this retro-tropical-planty atmosphere. We loved our lunch at Surfing ❤️
