05/11/2024: Arrived there by chance, because it was on our vacation route. Welcomed at short notice, at almost the end of the service, with our 3 young children, great welcome, everything was delicious and homemade. A warm place where we will stop again the next time we pass by.

12/10/2024: Excellent cuisine, atypical restaurant, very friendly owner and unbeatable value for money, in short! You can go there with your eyes closed.

24/01/2025: I didn't sleep at the hotel and this review is only for the restaurant. This small restaurant should be mentioned in the Michelin or Gault Millau guide for the quality of its dishes. Small menu in quantity but large in quality, which allows us to produce well presented and refined dishes. If you have the opportunity to pass through Saint Justin or spend a vacation in the region, or even a business meal, I strongly recommend this address.

18/09/2024: Cozy restaurant. It has some small tables inside and on the terrace, although it is more focused on takeaway food. The pokes were delicious as well as a large portion. We also ordered the portion of four gyozas with a spectacular sauce.

25/08/2024: We had marinated salmon poke. Fast service, the poké is even very good. So why only 2*? Quite simply the price... 22 euros for marinated salmon poké, it's roughly 40% more expensive than elsewhere, even in the surrounding area. I still find it abusive. edit following reaction from the merchant: 1) I see that you have read my other reviews, it is very good but you have missed my numerous 5*, 4* or other ratings. Vision problems? 2) You say that you put more marinated salmon than your competitors in your 500g poké. Either. So let's do a little calculation: let's say, being (very) large, that you add 100g of salmon (in my opinion we can divide this number by 2 or 3 but hey). Wholesale fresh salmon costs 10 to 20 euros per kg. Let's take 20, again to be broad. This means that your poke “costs” you 2 euros more than the others. So why sell it for 6 to 7 euros more? And you forget what you don't put in it and which is in your competitors' (mango, radish, edamame...) Why not just say your margin is higher? It's not a bad word...anyway.

23/06/2025: Welcomed by Océane, bubbly, full of humor, and super efficient, all you have to do is sit down and enjoy the fine and original cuisine... not forgetting the desserts. The always friendly owner will come by to greet you. A wonderful evening to repeat without moderation.

11/11/2025: The perfect hotel for a peaceful stay in Hossegor. Incredible sea view, absolute tranquility, and excellent breakfast. The managers are friendly, discreet, and attentive. A true haven for relaxation overlooking the ocean. This isn't our first stay, nor will it be our last… we love it!!

07/10/2025: We had an exceptional stay at the Hôtel de la Plage in Hossegor. It's a small, charming hotel where the welcome is always warm, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are impeccable, and the location is simply breathtaking: it's a feast for the eyes! The surf lessons take place in ideal conditions, with few students and a real focus on safety. Guillaume is there in the water with you, always offering good advice. We've been coming here for three years, and we recommend this place without hesitation. Family-run hotels of this quality are rare these days. Can't wait to go back! 🌊🏄‍♂️

26/11/2025: A comfortable hotel where you feel right at home. The room was clean and functional. Special mention for the meals (breakfast and dinner), which were very good. A very warm welcome. Friendly and smiling staff. A great place to stay.
