I can therefore affirm that this establishment is staffed by people rich in interpersonal skills and expertise, particularly in terms of courtesy, politeness, empathy, and other elegant manners. These fundamentals are, in my opinion, essential for engaging in business with others. Because an establishment can be perceived very differently depending on the individuals who work there. Their attitude, their way of communicating, are all factors that can influence one's experience of an establishment. Ultimately, it is the quality of human relationships within a place that determines whether it is "good" or "bad." If the individuals who "run" an establishment are respectful, genuine, and kind, there is a strong chance that this place will be perceived positively. Conversely, if the relationships are strained, conflictual, and often negative, the establishment risks being perceived as a difficult place to be. In conclusion, it's essential to remember that it's not the walls, furniture, or facilities of an establishment that determine its quality, but rather the human connections forged within it. A welcome drink at the bar immediately conveys the essence of my point. A spacious, simple yet very clean dining room allows everyone to enjoy their meal at their own pace, starting with soup, followed by an appetizer, a main course, and dessert (such as Poire Belle Hélène or apple tart). For those with heartier appetites, a complimentary second helping of vegetable soup and the vegetables that accompany the main course will be offered. The set menu for this home-style cuisine costs €13, including wine and coffee. Outside, a very large, quiet, and free parking lot allows you to park with complete peace of mind. Access is very easy for people with reduced mobility or wheelchair users. The restrooms are very clean and quite spacious. This restaurant is located at the intersection of four roads. It's close (10 minutes) to Samadet and its museum, for example, among other places. Hagetmau and the Halco lakes are 20 minutes away, among other attractions. I highly recommend this restaurant for a stopover during your visit.

30/12/2025: Romane's ice cream is always excellent! The flavors are varied and regularly updated, the portions are generous, and on top of that, the staff is always smiling and incredibly efficient, even during busy periods. In short, a superb place you can go to without hesitation!

23/12/2025: We ordered a Baked Alaska from Romane, which we enjoyed this evening, December 23rd. It was delicious! 🥰 A lovely lightness combined with a beautiful presentation; it was a hit with everyone, especially at the end of a rather heavy meal. A real gem! 😉
