16/05/2026: I ate at Dynastie yesterday and arrived around 1 p.m. I was a little disappointed that the sushi selection wasn't replenished more often. I walked by several times (about four) to see if it had been replenished; two types of sushi were eventually restocked, but the selection was still quite limited. The same was true for the hot dishes: apart from the noodles and rice, many dishes hadn't been replenished. I think this is a bit of a shame for customers who arrive around 1 p.m. and pay the same price without necessarily having access to all the available options. I also understand that the staff can't be everywhere at once and that, in terms of organization, it might not be easy to manage, especially during peak hours. I would also add that it would be very helpful to have small signs in front of each dish indicating what it is and perhaps the main ingredients in smaller print. For people with allergies or dietary restrictions, it can sometimes be difficult to know exactly what's in certain dishes. Unfortunately, yesterday not all the dishes had a small sign indicating this... However, the restaurant is very well laid out, the atmosphere is pleasant, and I'm still glad I came to eat there. There's a wide variety of choices; everyone can find something to their liking and leave satisfied. These are just a few small points that could further improve the experience.

We ordered two pizzas (one with four cheeses and one with seafood) and they were delicious! Thin crust and very generous toppings. Absolutely delicious. And that's it! New customers guaranteed.

First you eat with your eyes and after it's a delicate flavor, a real experience of taste The chef here cook with passion,love and experience. The service is great and kind, Nath knows how to treat people. I strongly recommend this pearl!

16/06/2026: A truly wonderful discovery! The non-smoking/vaping terrace was a real plus, and the meals were exquisite and delicious (we ordered à la carte – thank you to the chef). We also had an excellent suggestion for a post-meal stroll along the Adour River (thank you to the waitress). We highly recommend this establishment; it's definitely worth a visit!

18/07/2026: Excellent restaurant in Biscarrosse! We had a wonderful time. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and the portions generous, made with quality ingredients. The local Landes cuisine is showcased beautifully, with authentic flavors and elegant presentation. The value for money is excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant and will gladly return on my next visit.

08/06/2026: My wife and I ate here the day before yesterday, simply delicious! Several three-course menus to choose from at an unbeatable price-performance ratio. If you're not particularly concerned about ambiance, this is the place for you. The owner is super nice; I'd say it's a hidden gem in Biscarrosse.

30/07/2026: We absolutely love the café on the square! It's even our go-to spot for weekend getaways and holidays. And if you like duck confit, tender, melt-in-your-mouth meat, and razor clams with parsley, go for it without hesitation. Right now they have a really nice seafood platter. I'm generally quite picky, and I'm never disappointed.

The ambiance is both refined and welcoming, perfect for a romantic occasion like a wedding anniversary. As for the food, the cuisine is simply exceptional: each dish is delicate, inventive, and perfectly balanced, with flavors that blend with remarkable precision. The influence of Michel Guérard is evident in this cuisine, which is light, elegant, and generous, served at an ideal pace, without any waiting or rushing. The service is on par with the setting: professional, attentive, and discreet, with a team that goes above and beyond to make you feel at ease while maintaining the high standards of a three-Michelin-starred restaurant. Every member of the staff contributes to making the experience particularly warm and personal. In short, a timeless experience, living up to its reputation, which made our wedding anniversary truly special. We will cherish the memory of this evening and will gladly return.

19/04/2026: A truly wonderful experience, both in terms of the rooms and the restaurants; from La Ferme aux Grives to the three-Michelin-starred establishment, the service was impeccable and the food exquisite. The garden is sublime—the most beautiful we've seen in France—incredibly lush and meticulously maintained. Special mention goes to Coralie and Virginie; their welcome was as warm as it was professional. The reception and restaurant teams (especially Mr. Guérard and L'Orangerie) were very attentive and kind, taking into account all our numerous requests. We will cherish the memory of this lovely getaway. Thank you to everyone we encountered during our stay (from the front of house to the guest rooms).

15/07/2026: A very nice little place to eat. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the food is delicious. The duck breast with foie gras sauce was a delight, and the prune and Armagnac ice cream was divine—I've never had anything like it. The ice cream is excellent; go there without hesitation, you won't be disappointed.

13/07/2026: Typical local cuisine. Short opening hours, like all the places in the area. They're closed Sunday afternoons and all day Monday. The duck is delicious, and their homemade foie gras is unbeatable.
