We went for refreshments at this establishment. Next to us, there was a table with 2 people, the latter told us that they had been waiting for more than 15 minutes for us to come and take their order even though there were staff behind the bar. We waited as well and after a while my husband came to the bar to ask them to come take orders.
When finally someone deigned to come: no hello, no excuse for waiting, closed face. No consideration for customers. Run away, don't stop when passing by. Disrespectful staff
11/07/2024: We ate there for lunch, the meal was good and plentiful, nothing to complain about there. No problem with cooking, taste or anything. The welcome was ok and overall good. Nothing to complain about this restaurant, apart from the price which can sometimes be a little higher than reality. Other than that no problem.

01/09/2024: 1h d'attente en click and collect servi froid et avec des choses en moins sur la commande.
Donc nous nous sommes déplacer à l'intérieur pour le dire vu que du personnels en moins on s'est permis de nous envoyer baladé et très sèchement.
Le manager nous a dit vous êtes personnes !!! Car on râler. Aucun professionnalisme et pas de respect non plus. Je le déconseille à tous.
Fast food mais pas vraiment et malheureusement pas aimable non plus. Très déçues...

08/12/2024: Despite relatively good pizzas, never on time, delivery delayed by at least 30 minutes if it is not 1 hour. Last cold pizza delivery and deplorable telephone reception. In short, it’s over for this brand.
08/12/2024: Place to avoid and above all to forget!!! Late delivery time without any excuse, no commercial gesture... all that to end up not having delivery. Without forgetting the terrible telephone reception, you will have to think about retraining!

05/09/2024: Hello, being used to the Brest Port site I thought I would find the same quality of products, this was not at all the case, the Regina pizza which is so good in Brest had nothing to do here, very little topping, low quality filling and no taste, same for carbonarra pasta. It's a shame because the place is nice.

28/12/2023: Boulangeri (in French) or bakery (in Spanish), PAUL is a chain that you can find in different places in Nantes.
This one, in particular, is very central, just a few minutes from the emblematic Plaza Royale.
The place is not very big, there are barely more than 4 tables (it is only inside) but it is very cozy.
Everything we ordered was very good and at a very good price. Specifically, we tried the famous Petit Paul (a doll-shaped cake dipped in chocolate) I recommend having it with hot chocolate, a chocolate Neapolitan (pain au chocolat) and a cinnamon paste, it was good but with a chewy texture. All accompanied by a coffee with milk for each one.
They treated us very well. It does not have a public bathroom.
Recommendable :)

25/05/2024: il faut aimer la cuisine a l'huile brülée ... et l'accueil facon glaçon, l'eau tiéde ... à éviter ! l'ancienne Jonque etait top, celle ci est une torture !
j'étais tous seul à 21 heures un samedi soir, je sais pourquoi.
ce qu'on m'a servi etait immangeable !. quand j'ai demande de la sauce sja , on m'a proposé du viandox
je demande du piment on me propose une bouteille de truc thai aigre doux ...
17/04/2024: I have ordered several times, the dishes are very good and plentiful. Chicken with pineapple or shrimp with black mushrooms for example are excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.
