25/02/2026: Truly disappointing. I've never had anything to complain about before, especially when the manager (Frédérique, I think) was super nice, but today he wasn't there and it was a disaster. I first ordered a bacon wrap at the drive-thru, without the bacon since I'm pregnant. When my order arrived, I checked and there was bacon in the wrap. I parked and went straight to the counter to tell them and ask for one without bacon. I was immediately greeted by an employee who was condescending, saying, "Are you sure there's bacon? Did you even check?" I told him that obviously I wasn't coming all this way for nothing. He ordered another one, so I took it and went to my car. When I unwrapped it immediately after receiving it, the wrap was cold, practically frozen! It was freezing cold, I was getting fed up, so my mother went to ask them to make me a hot one. She was received by the same employee, who told her he would call the manager. The manager arrived and told my mother (the icing on the cake!) that it was normal for the wrap to be cold because there was tomato in it! And so, the tomato slices were cooling the wrap! Even though I called him back, I had opened it immediately after receiving it, and besides, the first one with bacon was nice and hot. Anyway, the manager told my mother to go back to her car and that he would bring it to her. He brought it back, I unwrapped it, and once again, the wrap was cold! The inside was a little, and I mean a little, warmer, but the wrap itself was frozen solid. It's unacceptable! Once, I could understand, but this is clearly a joke. This is the first time I've experienced this in this fast food restaurant, but I'm not about to set foot in it again.

It was an excellent experience; we were served by very friendly and well-supervised catering students. They deserve our encouragement, because what they're doing is truly outstanding.

05/11/2025: A very pleasant lunch and a wonderful discovery of a welcoming place. The menu was a hit with everyone (generous portions, beautifully presented), and the staff were charming and discreet. I highly recommend this restaurant, which showcases young talent in a wonderful way.

16/02/2026: A wonderful discovery at Restaurant Henriette in Angers, where I had lunch. The atmosphere is pleasant and friendly, perfect for a midday break. The dishes are delicious, generous, and beautifully prepared, using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You can taste the care that goes into each plate, and everything was truly flavorful. The service is quick, warm, and attentive. An address I'll definitely keep in mind for my next lunch in Angers!

06/02/2026: Disappointing. Starter: onion soup... definitely dehydrated or freeze-dried, and extremely salty. Main course: cold fish brandade (not even lukewarm), we had to send it back to the kitchen. It was served with a salad swimming in sauce. The dessert was nothing special, but still acceptable (tart).

11/03/2026: The waitress with glasses (not the owner, I should clarify) could be a better waitress. She wasn't friendly, and she didn't say thank you. It left much to be desired. The service there should be faster.

15/02/2026: We received a very warm welcome. The gentleman found a solution to our problem with the Connect holiday vouchers. He explained that it was an online payment and guided me through the process so I could pick up my order on-site. Everything was perfect, absolutely delicious! The little onions were flavorful, and our Nutella burger for dessert was fantastic. It was our first time here, and I'll definitely be back.

21/02/2026: We ordered two panuozzo, a pizza, and a kids' meal. The panuozzo were excellent! The kebab meat was delicious. The pizza was also very good. The fries were good. One small complaint about the kids' meal: the applesauce and candy bag were missing. A shame. We recommend it and will definitely be back for our next order 😋

10/01/2026: We really like the pizza dough, they're quite generously topped, and we always receive a very warm welcome. We highly recommend it!

13/12/2025: Unprofessional evening service. We called for a table of 4 and were told not to come after 8 pm. We arrived and only had 6 covers (lol). Thinking they were full, we were told at 10 pm they were closing. Not recommended.

21/02/2026: A truly wonderful restaurant in Durtal. Les Plantes offers a cozy and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a pleasant meal. The dishes are homemade, carefully prepared, and of genuine gastronomic quality, with beautiful flavors and refined presentation. The welcome is friendly and attentive, and the service is quick without being rushed. All this at an excellent price. A restaurant I highly recommend.

02/09/2025: This establishment is truly charming. A very pleasant stay. Nothing to complain about. The welcome was perfect, and the receptionist was truly excellent, attentive, and helpful. It was a pleasure to be able to enjoy both the immense grounds and the swimming pool. The setting is magnificent. We look forward to returning.
