12/07/2026: The welcome was perfect. The room was very clean and, most importantly, had air conditioning, which was perfect during the heatwave. It's well located, and the breakfast buffet offered a good variety of sweet and savory options. I highly recommend it! You won't find better quality and comfort in the Angers area.

25/09/2026: We were passing through Angers and stumbled upon this restaurant by chance! It was amazing! The food, the welcome, and especially the waitress's service were all fantastic! She even discreetly left us a drawing of our little dog! Very touching! Thank you to her and the whole team!

30/07/2026: We've always loved this restaurant in Bouchemaine, and we stumbled upon their new pop-up location in Beaulieu-sur-Layon, in a very pretty little château: a magical, magnificent place, beautifully restored and very well maintained. And as always, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal, at a very reasonable price, with the same warm and personalized welcome from the restaurant owner. We also happened to be there for the wine cellar at the Château: again, a very warm welcome and we bought some excellent wines. A memorable day spent in this idyllic setting. Thank you to the wine cellar at the Château and thank you to the restaurant L'Auberge de Chanteclair.

25/09/2026: A wonderful day at Baugé golf course as part of our annual "Golf in Freedom" outing. A warm welcome, a splendid and very green course despite the heatwave, and a superb lunch. 17/09/2026: This is the second time I've come and I'm disappointed; I won't be back. The first time was for a hot drink. It was good, but overpriced for the portion size. The café looked nice, so I decided to try my luck again, this time with food. I ordered a carrot cake. The man cut a TINY slice right in front of me for €4.50! I pointed this out to the waiter, telling him that considering the price, the slice was really stingy. Completely embarrassed, he didn't say anything, didn't apologize, and didn't offer to cut it again. No gesture whatsoever. I'm used to going to coffee shops; the price doesn't surprise me, it's the size of the slice that's outrageous! (See photo).
