28/06/2026: First experience: service was very average from the owner and very good from the young waitress. We had to manage our own pizzas to take away, and when we finished our pizzas, the owner said, "Are you having dessert after all?" When we asked for a pistachio pizza for dessert, she curtly replied, "The ovens are off." Frankly, it deserves less than 10 stars. I strongly advise against it; avoid it at all costs.

01/08/2026: It's so hard to find a restaurant of this quality these days. Delicious, original, high-quality, freshly prepared, homemade dishes, welcoming staff... and all at a very reasonable price (€18 for the set menu, starter, main course, and dessert with several choices - summer 2026). There's also a children's menu (starter, main course, and dessert) offering meat or fish as the main course. In short, don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

14/08/2026: This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant, and everything is delicious. The oysters were very fresh, the salmon with its lemon sauce was excellent, and finally, the dessert was a marvel: a Pavlova with strawberries and pistachios, a real treat. The Pontoon coffee was generously portioned. The waiter and waitress were very kind and efficient. We will gladly return. The terrace is lovely. There was no wait at all.

25/07/2026: Excellent crêperie in Saint-Lô! The galettes and crêpes are superb, generously filled, and very reasonably priced. Great value for money! Special mention to the owner, always smiling, welcoming, and very accommodating.

13/08/2026: The setting is superb, right on the beach, with a magnificent view that is clearly the restaurant's biggest draw. The atmosphere is very pleasant, and the location really makes you want to stop by. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn't live up to my expectations. The welcome and service could have been warmer, and we waited a very long time, both for the appetizer platter and for our main courses. The appetizer platter was quite ordinary, with nothing particularly noteworthy. As for the burger, it was a huge disappointment: the bun, the patty, and even the cheddar cheese were very dry. Fortunately, the homemade fries were good and somewhat redeemed the meal. I had high expectations for this restaurant given its setting and location, but I left very disappointed. Despite the beautiful view, I unfortunately cannot recommend it.

31/07/2026: The best restaurant in Cherbourg! Unbeatable value for money: I've always eaten very well there, at a more than reasonable price for the quality of the food! Whether it's the bistro lunch menu or the more elaborate dinner menu, it's always a delight! Never disappointed, I recommend this place without hesitation!
