10/11/2024: We went there as a second choice even though we had noticed its remarkable facade in passing. We called to make sure there was space, no problem.
When we arrived, fast service, we were quickly taken our order for aperitifs. It was only later, when taking the order for the dishes, that we were told that there were no more burgers, no mussels and no shrimp, i.e. 1/3 of the menu. almost!
As it was the last day of the restaurant this is understandable but it would have been correct to warn customers upon arrival, rather than "trap" them.
So we took chicken tenders, which seemed to be homemade, which was nice.
10/11/2024: Tourist trap half of the menu missing sheet and chips with vulgar breading donut dough no respect for the traditional recipe

06/08/2024: What a magnificent taste experience. The burger: ultra-soft and delicious ground meat. The server was very professional, super friendly and incredibly kind. I'm Belgian and we stop saying that the French aren't nice, it's false! I have been on vacation for 9 days and it was difficult to return to my country. I will come back on my next vacation.

At €12.8 for a two-course lunch menu, you get two nice portions. Note that the entrance is not the poor relation. A small downside for those who choose dessert. Daily specials consistent in quality. A good address
Avranchinese...a little away (very little) from commercial and tourist flows. An address that is deserved and worth the (small) detour.

04/04/2024: I appreciated this little moment of break before hitting the road again for work in this establishment. The staff is kind, helpful and responsive. The time is more than reasonable and the dishes are very good. The tour has a really affordable price.
Barely more than €10 for a salad as a starter, a crepe as a main course and a coffee.
I highly recommend.

Icy welcome, lousy cuisine, atmosphere and comfort we are still looking for, and what can we say about the service.
Clearly, go your way, enjoy the alleys and the botanical garden, you will be much better off.
After that it’s called the Renardière…

26/10/2024: Une entrée prometteuse, mais nous avons été un peu déçus par les plats qui manquaient de raffinement. En revanche : cadre sympathique, serveur agréable, produits locaux et de saison. Option végétarienne appréciée.
16/10/2024: J’ai déjeuné mardi 15 octobre 2024 et dîné le même soir et à nouveau ce soir mercredi 16 octobre 2024.
La personne qui m’a accueilli mardi midi et l’autre qui m’a reçu chaque soir étaient très sympathiques. Le cadre est très agréable dans cette maison aux plafonds très hauts. C’est une adresse qui se mérite car elle est située dans la haute ville (le centre historique).
Consommer son repas au calme, c’est agréable. Même s’il y a du monde, l’endroit n’est pas sonore.
Après avoir parlé du cadre, évoquons le voyage gustatif et subtil des plats. Délicieux, avec une cuisson parfaite de la coquille Saint-Jacques en entrée. Une carte et une proposition d’entrée et de plat du jour équilibrée. Et l’on devine facilement que tout est préparé à la commande. Je cuisine et je sais faire la différence entre quelque chose qui a attendu en cuisine et un plat qui vient d’être élaboré après la commande.
Une chose est sûre, quand je reviendrai à Granville, j’y retournerai et je ferai partager cette belle découverte à mes amis.

Prix très correctes, laissez vous porter par le menu du marché.
Nous avons dégusté en dessert un délicieux financier (amandes et noisettes).
