05/11/2024: Very good lunch buffet. The service is also very good. It's not that expensive either. You usually pay a lot more for a three-course meal. My wife and I like to go there when we don't feel like cooking. And we also like to support this restaurant because the employees are so welcoming. Kind regards 😇🧚‍♀

25/09/2024: Yes to pizza without hesitation. Be careful, however, with the risotto (miniature portion) and the pasta (rather strange Asian accent). Friendly staff. Remember to book, especially on Monday evening when all the other restaurants in Valognes are closed!

01/09/2024: Always great food at a very reasonable price. We visit here as a couple and with extended family every time we are in France 4/5 times a year. Menu changes frequently, we have never left disappointed. Staff are very attentive and restaurant welcoming with a lovely fire in the winter months. Would recommend a visit, you will return.

31/08/2024: My wife and I have visited L'Abbaye several times during our vacation. To say we were made welcome (despite not having made a reservation) would be an understatement. From the standard of the food and presentation to the friendly professional helpful staff, it all helped to make our stay more memorable. A little personal recommendation. I never drink Guinness outside of Ireland, especially in France. On our first visit, the owner, Peter, said he had the best Guinness in France. Always up for a challenge, I said would test his claim. So I watched him pull the pint, from the initial pour, to letting it sit before the second pour, to the creamy head, to the temperature, and above all else, the taste. I can't honestly say that he lived up to his claim to having the best pint in France. For your friendship and welcome Thank you. Ger & Connie

16/06/2025: Golden Brioche from the tourist village: Paid 12 euros for 1 coffee + 1 hot chocolate + 2 pastries. The chocolate was water and powder, and stale pastries probably bought in a supermarket. A tourist scandal. Avoid this destination. Mont Saint Michel is wonderful, but you shouldn't go there or into its tourist village. It's beautiful from afar. You might as well contemplate it while staying as far away as possible from this money-grubbing hoover. Too bad. Because it used to be a place of pilgrimage.

28/11/2024: Un joli restaurant chez Lili, Alliant exotisme par sa décoration florale d'orchidées, ses petites lampes tamisée sur nos tables,et une savoureuse cuisine traditionnelle asiatique. Nous aimont ce restaurant ,charme et simplicité ,c'est chez Lili 😊.

09/09/2024: Nous venions pour des moules. Il y’en avait plus… bizarre alors que s’est noté en grand partout dans le restaurant. Eh pour finir à 21h40 ils ont éteint la musique ça veut bien dire qu’il fallait partir😂😂😂😂…. La seule chose de positif vue sur le mont😜

11/09/2024: Visited McDonald's today, it's been a long time since I've been there. Result a best of double cheese menu, the sandwich is smaller than my daughter's in her happy meal. The price is still expensive though. Too bad, I wanted to try again but this will be the last time. A great scam.

11/09/2024: Malgré un temps affreux, nous avons mangé sur la terrasse bâchée. Super accueil...servis par Raphaël, jeune homme cool, pro, de bons conseils. 👍 Buns léger et copieux à la fois. Original. Dessert généreux. Bravo à toute l'équipe
