07/04/2026: It was a must-see in town because of the history of the place, especially if you've seen the series "Band of Brothers." The service was excellent; we were attended to immediately. The atmosphere was interesting; several people were watching a horse race with great enthusiasm. It's a shame that there's hardly any information about the history of the place in the shop. I think they should promote it more; all I saw were lottery tickets and various flags from different countries, seemingly out of place. I hope they change that.

01/08/2026: Pizza is great! Its owned by one guy and he does everything by himself, he serves, cooks and awnsers the phone, he is really friendly and the food is cheap and good.

19/07/2026: Absolutely avoid this hostel! Unwelcoming, low-quality breakfast

16/07/2026: The hostel is ideally located for exploring the English Channel and the D-Day beaches. Our room on the second floor wasn't very large, but it was adequate. The bathroom is small, and I don't like showers in bathtubs. Breakfast was perfect, but entirely pre-packaged! We received a warm welcome, but we didn't see the owner again afterward, neither at breakfast nor upon our departure after two nights—that's not the spirit of a bed and breakfast!

24/07/2026: We're eating a hot meal. However, the two managers berating the employee in front of all the customers is really awful, it's incredibly off-putting. The poor guy gets grades and reprimands in front of everyone. Don't you have an office? What kind of way is that to treat people? And next to it, there are McDonald's job postings... NO WAY, what a humiliation!!

19/05/2026: Bought coffees but would not let us enjoy them on her patio because we had baked goods from next door. Coffee was good.

09/06/2026: I've been staying in hotels every day for nine years and I've never seen anything like it. The room wasn't clean, the walls were stained everywhere, the towel warmer was rusty, and the light fixture was hanging off the ceiling. I arrived at 6:30 PM and waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came. Even when you're first in the breakfast room, there are crumbs on the table that must have been there the day before. Paying €128 for a night's stay for this is a disgrace.

20/07/2026: The service was far too slow, which was a shame. We waited over 35 minutes between the starter and the main course.

18/07/2026: The meal was satisfactory, but too expensive for what it was: the quality/price ratio wasn't there.

08/05/2026: The restaurant is good 🧑‍🍳, but the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired. I noticed a clear lack of cleanliness 🧽, which is quite disappointing for a stay. 👎 The quality of the accommodation is not up to par. 😞

10/08/2026: Hello 👋. What's going on at the Festival Bar? We used to come every morning for our coffee. It was always clean and the welcome was warm. Now everything is dirty: the terrace isn't cleaned, the ashtrays are overflowing, the tables aren't cleaned, the parasols are never in use, the staff are unfriendly, and there's a long wait to be served. We won't be coming back.

10/08/2026: A bit disappointing, the quality has deteriorated. It's not being renewed.
