29/06/2026: So this morning at 10:30, there was almost nothing in the display case! A pie! A few baguettes, two kinds of bread! But the worst part was the unpleasant waitresses. Never again will I set foot in that Longwy establishment. It's not the first time, but this time it's too much.

27/06/2026: Hello I went today, Saturday, at 11:30 am and the display case was empty, with just a few pastries here and there. The saleswoman wasn't very pleasant. It doesn't make me want to come back.

17/07/2026: The garlic bread was really disappointing… It's a shame the bread wasn't as generously filled as it looked in the photos…

06/07/2026: Terrible delivery…the pizza arrived without the plastic tip, so the cardboard was stuck to it…making it inedible. Also, the wings were spicy when I ordered plain…and barely cooked. It's not as good as it used to be; the quality is poor considering the price!

04/09/2026: We were very disappointed by our experience at this restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the welcome was particularly cold and unfriendly. Then came the unpleasant surprise when the bill arrived: we were charged extra for items that weren't clearly listed on the menu, and, more importantly, no one had informed us that these changes would incur additional charges. We had simply asked to replace the salad with some fries. The result: €15 charged for a portion of fries to share between two people, without having been informed of the price beforehand. And to top it all off, we found a hair in our food… Between the reception, the lack of transparency regarding prices, and the hygiene issues, the experience was frankly disappointing. For the price paid, one would expect a minimum level of professionalism and respect for the customer. We will not be returning and unfortunately do not recommend this establishment.

04/09/2026: Condiments are not included in the dishes. Therefore, fries are charged separately. Since when do you serve a meat dish without condiments or charge for them separately? 🤔

02/06/2026: Worst hotel of my life. The room was passable, but the cleaning staff left the sink filled to the brim with water and clogged. During this heatwave, the room was hot and humid, the air unbreathable. The ventilation system is connected to the bathroom light, so to get any air circulation, you have to leave the bathroom light on because the atmosphere is oppressive and the heat unbearable. The TV works for 10 minutes then turns itself off, and then it's impossible to turn it back on. The only positive point is the pool... and even then, it's questionable. In short, I do not recommend it.

28/05/2026: I was here as a construction worker; the price-performance ratio is okay if you're not planning a holiday. My room faced south and had no air conditioning, so it was very hot. There was no service in the beer garden, no music, and no snacks. It's actually a nice place, but unfortunately, it's very neglected. The rooms are basic, okay for a one-night stopover.

29/12/2025: I recently had a Milanese-style veal cutlet with mushroom sauce. I didn't notice anything unusual at the time… but when I got home, I vomited all night… I've never experienced that before. And just to be safe, I thought I'd mention it…

04/11/2025: We came to order pizzas, there was a long wait, so we waited. I was shocked by the pizza maker who was preparing the pizzas, constantly going back and forth to the bin, touching it with his gloves, and not changing his gloves to continue making the pizzas. I was very shocked by the hygiene standards of this restaurant; I won't be going back. Hygiene needs improvement.

11/07/2026: The bread is good, but it's a shame that most of the staff aren't friendly at all; you feel like you're bothering them. And having gloves but touching the bread and other items with them is unclean.

07/06/2026: The saleswoman was outside when I arrived, cigarette in hand, rummaging through her colleague's car trunk. She urinated on the sidewalk and then came to serve me. As I reached for the bread, I politely asked her to wash her hands so it wouldn't smell of cigarettes. She took it badly, put on a glove, and as she gave me my change, said, "Be careful, the coins will smell of cigarettes." This bakery's kitchen had already been shut down by the authorities for hygiene reasons. The lesson clearly hadn't been learned.

09/08/2026: McDonald's needs a complete overhaul; they clearly don't have a manager. Google says the restaurant closes at midnight. We arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 PM, 30 minutes before closing time, and were told that all the machines were already turned off and only ice cream was available. So I wonder how long the machines had already been turned off when we arrived at 11:30 PM… If service stops 30 minutes before the posted closing time, it would be better to clearly inform customers. A closing time of midnight normally means that service is still available at 11:30 PM. Very disappointed with this experience. They really need to review the organization and management of this establishment.

08/08/2026: Very disappointed with my visit to this McDonald's. The wait was TOO long! The burger was a mess; it was like I was at IKEA and had to assemble my own burger from a kit. And the fries... don't even get me started... hard, cold, in short, avoid this place!

28/08/2026: Last time I came to place an order, it took 1 hour and 40 minutes between entering the drive-thru and leaving with my (incorrect) order. The two-meat sandwiches only had one meat, yet I was charged for two. I understand the concept of rush hour, etc., but when two cars behind me in the drive-thru line end up in front, I question their internal management. The incorrect order is the icing on the cake... I tried to avoid this by pre-ordering through the pick-up service with numbered spaces, but the service wasn't working... For "fast food" with this kind of wait, they really need to rethink the concept of fast food. The wait time is equivalent to a very good restaurant without reservations... Avoid at all costs!

28/08/2026: Dirty, unclean, I've never seen a return so filthy. The table was never cleaned either.

31/05/2026: I came to the restaurant, but as soon as I was greeted, I saw crossed toes, which immediately put me off my food. Another man, barefoot in front of the reception desk, also made me wonder about the quality of the meal. The food was good, except for the tiramisu, which was actually ice cream. The woman should be asked to cover her feet.

31/05/2026: I am extremely disappointed with our stay. We were greeted by the manager; a barefoot manager with questionable humor: indeed, the guests bore the brunt of his rudeness. The cleanliness of the room was more than questionable (odor, cobwebs, stains). However, there were bottled water and a kettle that was only used for heating water, as there was no coffee or tea available. The bathroom was outdated (the faucet was reversed and the shower seals needed replacing). We did not eat there. The price for one night is completely exorbitant considering the setting.
