28/08/2024: Out of 4 portions of food ordered, only one portion (a heated quiche) came in 40 minutes even though we asked the staff to help us because we were in a hurry. Moreover, several people who came after us were served nonchalantly. It is unfortunate that such places exist.

On the other hand, once again disappointed by the minute maid drink in the menu it is 30cl but each time it is 20cl which is served given the price I am fed up
Once again menu ordered with a minute maid which should be 30cl and which only makes 20cl but of course you pay for 30cl it's pitiful I was told in person that the problem was going to be resolved as they tell you things but have nothing to do with them.....we are in September and the prb dates from April...

The first was very good, despite a long service.
The second, in December, was a disaster.
After an hour of waiting after placing the order (tartare), I left.
It's beresina in the kitchen, and it's not far from being the same thing on the service side. The waiters blame the kitchen, but they don't seem to do anything to improve the overall picture.
General table which, ultimately, requires good formatting.
10/02/2024: Table not clean and coke without gas but I am no longer surprised new generations who only think of the cash drawer while forgetting the basics of service.

10/09/2024: Honestly nothing to say the three times I went to eat there I never left disappointed the pizzas they are really good you can feel the flavor in the mouth and the service is really great with a very good atmosphere

20/04/2024: Couldn't find the menu online, I looked absolutely everywhere. Whether on the Facebook site or on other parallel sites, only special menus appear. I wanted to go but oh well... never mind. So I gave it an average rating so as not to upset the reviews.

18/08/2024: It's been months since I've been coming, I wonder what the easel provided is for since they only know how to shout out the CB number and that to the 2 macs do
In addition the trash cans are too small most of the time pukes never have ice during hot periods
In addition, I have already seen a Mac employee remove the sauce from the sandwich with his finger because he had the wrong sauce.

18/08/2024: welcome not too bad, the kebab is a little expensive and not particularly good, the fries are definitely not good for "home fries" they were both soft and burnt, we didn't taste the taste of the fries, in my opinion It was the wrong variety of potato and the pepper wasn't hot. Clearly it was a bad experience, it needs to improve because for €8 a sandwich, the quality must be present which was not at all the case. I might come back if effort is made on the sandwich. overall it's disappointing

21/09/2024: It had been a while since I had been there and it was a disaster. The guy who forgets to take our order at the terminal and then almost tells us that we have to queue again, that was absolutely out of the question. Then, 1 hour of waiting and the girl who comes to deliver to us tells us that given the quantity of the order it is normal that it takes this long given our dissatisfaction. Truly a disaster, I have never seen this before in any business.
14/09/2024: Dirty in the middle of the afternoon and incredibly slow, not to mention that you can't pay with a restaurant voucher card and the fries are cold

03/07/2024: The restaurant launches the decor and atmosphere from the reception, with an impression of quality of service. The staff, smiling and friendly, takes great care....
However, in fact, the wine was served at the time of dessert, no meat knife for the pieces of beef, nor tools for the seafood tongs. I am not talking about the waiters looking for the table to serve nor the promise of finger rinses never honored, nor the tea at the bar for which we waited 30 minutes
I hope that this unfortunate experience is due to the absence of an experienced room manager that evening.
The setting remains very nice!
17/05/2024: To avoid. Too little flavor. Really disappointing assembly of mezzes and desserts prepared in advance, having waited in the fridge. Not tasty, quite disappointing. Cuisine too fatty and not healthy enough - few fruits and vegetables dessert full of cream and whipped cream and with few fruits because probably too expensive
Nothing was cooked on the spot, everything was prepared in advance for quick assembly in the evening. Every evening, the whipped cream (since when did it constitute a dessert on its own?) had hardened in the fridge and was not light.
Staying at the hotel. we ended up having dinner in town the next evening, where we had a much better dinner, definitely tastier.
