08/12/2024: Nous sommes venu ce soir je vous déconseille vivement cette établissement entre l'hygiène et le service aucun professionnalisme et qualité.En 20 mn d'attente j'ai observé le port de gant inexistant non seulement il touche les produits mais également s'essuie sur leur vêtement donc aucune hygiène et respect du service. La qualité désastreuse frite cramé donc immangeable. Un panini poulet (du pain et une tranche de poulet). L'accueil une catastrophe de part l'attente aucune interaction et surtout la qualité des produits proposés médiocre bref sincèrement changer de métier.

21/09/2024: It had been a while since I had been there and it was a disaster. The guy who forgets to take our order at the terminal and then almost tells us that we have to queue again, that was absolutely out of the question. Then, 1 hour of waiting and the girl who comes to deliver to us tells us that given the quantity of the order it is normal that it takes this long given our dissatisfaction. Truly a disaster, I have never seen this before in any business.
14/09/2024: Dirty in the middle of the afternoon and incredibly slow, not to mention that you can't pay with a restaurant voucher card and the fries are cold

25/01/2024: We came for a birthday. Very low-end meal for the price paid. (around 70e per person for 2 aperitifs per person starter and main course without dessert we had to add 15 euros per person to have 3 choux pastry and a glass of champagne) When we say chicken with olive we must smell the olives and not put 3 olives bathed in a sauce served with canned salad!!!! as a starter, a thin slice of pâté with a little salad. Serving bread to the children before the meal was not very good because they didn't eat much of the 4 nuggets and fries!
TO REVIEW THE DISHES, I don't know if the cook left with the previous owners but it remains low-end. Otherwise, parking was quite simple.
18/01/2024: The meal very good At the end of the meal the waitress took away the dishes and glasses while we were at the table. She told us that we had to change tables so that she could clean our table. She told us at the end meal that the exit door was this one with the implication that we had to leave. We felt that we had to leave the restaurant because she told us that she was leaving with the cook that he accompanied her to her home. The waitress was boarding too much in the discussion of customers, Finally the service needs to be improved and we must not encourage customers to leave the restaurant

After reading the previous comment (raw chicken) I am not even surprised by the condescension of the manager, the behavior of the chef (in total denial).
12/05/2024: The whole room had raw chicken, and the waitress told all the tables that they were the only ones who said that. Despite the fact that 30 chickens go back to the kitchen!!! We are offered coffee but several of us have been forgotten!!! When I went to pay for my Martini at the counter, I was charged more than the price on the card. Then a member of the team tells me so who's holding who now??? The whole room was fed only bread under the sarcasm of the team. There was a poor kid of about 13 years old who helped in the service. What did he learn, the condescension, the contempt, that customers are made to eat raw by sending them to waste???

03/07/2024: The restaurant launches the decor and atmosphere from the reception, with an impression of quality of service. The staff, smiling and friendly, takes great care....
However, in fact, the wine was served at the time of dessert, no meat knife for the pieces of beef, nor tools for the seafood tongs. I am not talking about the waiters looking for the table to serve nor the promise of finger rinses never honored, nor the tea at the bar for which we waited 30 minutes
I hope that this unfortunate experience is due to the absence of an experienced room manager that evening.
The setting remains very nice!
17/05/2024: To avoid. Too little flavor. Really disappointing assembly of mezzes and desserts prepared in advance, having waited in the fridge. Not tasty, quite disappointing. Cuisine too fatty and not healthy enough - few fruits and vegetables dessert full of cream and whipped cream and with few fruits because probably too expensive
Nothing was cooked on the spot, everything was prepared in advance for quick assembly in the evening. Every evening, the whipped cream (since when did it constitute a dessert on its own?) had hardened in the fridge and was not light.
Staying at the hotel. we ended up having dinner in town the next evening, where we had a much better dinner, definitely tastier.
