09/09/2024: Passing through Lyon for work, with a colleague I wanted to eat in one of its famous Lyonnais bouchons. After the disappointment of the market, by chance we came across this restaurant. From the start the welcome was warm, the waiter cheerful. The food is excellent, generous, typically Lyonnaise and served hot. The Lyonnaise salad draped in its simplicity was perfect, a successful seasoning and soft-boiled egg cooking. The pike quenelle and its hormardine sauce, served extremely hot, was a real delight, the pinnacle arrived when I put the white rice in the sauce. The praline dessert in two ways was the highlight of the meal. The floating island with the custard and pralines is too sweet for me, but in principle it's sweet! An acid could have balanced everything. And the praline tart, perfectly dark, well-cooked dough, not too thick, the not-too-sweet mixture of happiness in a bar. (I would love the recipe ^^) A fair price considering the quality ratio. Warm atmosphere, pleasant service, a real gem. The goodness and simplicity of the dishes reminded me of those of my maternal grandmother who also cooked simple and gourmet cuisine in my native Normandy. My only regret: not staying the week in Lyon to discover the whole menu! I will return there without hesitation during my next visit to Lyon.

10/07/2024: Everything I like, a cozy, committed place, with very friendly staff and good food! I was able to try the brunch which was simple but so effective! Regarding pastries, I was able to try the Swiss bread (first time I've seen vegan one!) which was good but lacked pastry cream which made it a little dry. Their brioches are great, as are the cookies and the chocolate cake! I recommend !

01/08/2024: Resolutely gourmet restaurant with a warm atmosphere and decoration. If the dishes are good (with a special mention for my part for the pan-fried foie gras), the service is downright exceptional both in attitude and efficiency: tact, kindness, a perfect balance between discretion and relevant communication. The sommelier plays a major part in this first-rate service. The wine list is fabulous. This place therefore deserves my most sincere recommendations.

21/08/2024: Merveilleuse petite adresse à découvrir au détour d’une balade dans le quartier des Fourvière, accueil très chaleureux pour 6 personnes même sans réservation préalable que ce soit par le patron ou les serveurs, cuisine locale excellente et copieuse, terrasse ou salle comble nous avons été dirigé vers la salle dans la cave qui était extra fraîche par la chaleur. Serveur disponible et très sympathique ouvert à la discussion. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

15/09/2024: Nous sommes venus hier pour la 1ere fois et nous avons été enchantés. Le menu était copieux, très bons et avec des produits de qualité. Un bouchon typique, un accueil parfait, nous avons hâte de revenir. Ayant travaillé longtemps pour la restauration, je sais de quoi je parle. Merci pour votre travail et votre bonne humeur.
