30/05/2026: Super Mexican restaurant 👍 I dined there on May 26, 2026 at 8:45 PM. Very, very happy and perfect, I was with my best friend 💕. I highly recommend it. Bravo to the whole team, the chef and his amazing dishes, and the perfect customer service 👍🤩. I speak from experience, having worked in the hotel and restaurant industry for 20 years. 02/06/2026: A very cozy restaurant with a good selection of Korean barbecue and à la carte dishes. The portions are generous. I had the spicy pork, and it was really delicious. The servers are incredibly friendly! I highly recommend it.

17/05/2026: I highly recommend eating here! We were served by a very friendly gentleman, the atmosphere is super pleasant, and the food is amazing! We also really liked the place, with its lovely lighting and decor. We felt very comfortable. If you're ever in Lyon, you should definitely go!

15/05/2026: Impeccable service. We had the €34 set menu, which was very generous and delicious. We had to take our dessert to go because we were too full. The restaurant is in the heart of Lyon and very clean. The waiter was lovely; we will definitely be back.

07/05/2026: We had a reservation and, upon arrival, were seated to a terrace that was still half empty. After waiting 45 minutes without the waiter returning, and while the terrace had by then become completely full, we had to flag him down. He then informed us that he could only take drink orders, as the kitchen was no longer taking orders because it was full. A very disappointing experience; I do not recommend it.

09/06/2026: Everything was simply outstanding. The food was incredibly delicious and perfectly prepared. A heartfelt thank you to the chef and the entire team for this wonderful culinary experience. I was particularly impressed by the dessert with black garlic – an unusual and very successful combination that truly surprised me. If I'm ever in Lyon again, I will definitely return.

The staff is lovely; despite the crowd tonight, they all had a smile and a kind word for everyone! A magical place with a superb atmosphere on Thursday nights!!!

17/06/2026: Looking for a shady spot to have a refreshing drink, I stumbled upon this place and decided to try the lemonade. I was drawn to the fruity lemonade, which looked so appetizing. And I wasn't wrong! The place is very charming; the interior is filled with antiques and resembles a well-arranged cabinet of curiosities. The view outside is delightful, opposite a church and shaded on this busy cobblestone street. The interior was cool in June, which was lovely. No loud music, it was very peaceful. Restrooms are available. I didn't try the pastries, but they looked delicious and were beautifully presented. I loved my lemonade—nice and cold, slightly sparkling, perfectly sweet, and beautifully decorated. Unfortunately, I was away on business, but I'll definitely go back if I'm ever in the area again!

10/06/2026: If you’re looking for an authentic Lyonnais bouchon experience, A Ma Vigne is a fantastic choice. This traditional Lyonnais restaurant serves delicious local cuisine in a charming, intimate setting. The place is quite small and fills up quickly, so making a reservation is definitely recommended. One of the things I appreciated most was the value for money. They offer set menus for around €30, which is very reasonable considering the quality of the food and the generous portion sizes. Everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and clearly prepared with care. My favorite dishes were the œufs en meurette, the steak tartare, and the chocolate cake. The steak tartare was outstanding—easily one of the best I’ve ever had. The steak itself was enjoyable and cooked as requested, although it was a little chewier and less tender than I had hoped. On the other hand, the fries were absolutely fantastic and paired perfectly with the meal. To finish, the chocolate cake was the perfect ending to a great dining experience. Overall, A Ma Vigne delivers exactly what you want from a traditional Lyonnais bouchon: authentic food, generous portions, excellent value, and a warm atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lyon.

09/06/2026: A delicious chef's terrine, andouillette gratin 😋, cervelle de canuts (a cheese spread), and a complimentary digestif. A very good Lyonnais bouchon (traditional Lyonnais restaurant). I highly recommend it. The welcome was top-notch; coming from the north, we weren't disappointed. We'll be back! 😊

22/05/2026: Too much cheese in the bagels! Kids and their cravings aren't always easy, but you still have to find a balance. Thanks to the staff, who are super friendly.

16/05/2026: A fantastic find! The bagels were absolutely delicious, fresh, and generously sized. A special mention goes to the gentleman behind the counter when we were there; he was incredibly kind from beginning to end – it was truly a pleasure to be welcomed like that. We were only passing through Lyon, so it's difficult to go back regularly, but it's a place I wholeheartedly recommend!
