We were pleasantly surprised by the chef's visit to our table before we left to ask our opinion. If we return to Lyon, we will choose this bouillon restaurant without hesitation.

07/03/2026: This is a wonderful discovery that transports you to the Basque Country through the flavors of its dishes. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The tapas and desserts are generous and delicious. They leave you wanting more! We will gladly return and recommend it. 🙂

18/03/2026: I've been a customer for 4 years, and the delivery service is fantastic. Always friendly, always in a good mood. A true Croix-Rousse gem, just the way we like it. Special mention to the pizza chef "Pepet," not much of a talker, but what a helper!

26/02/2026: This is the third time out of the ten or so orders we've placed with you that the anchovy pizzas have either been under-topped or the extras we paid for are missing. The crust edges are also hard and rubbery. For a pizza that claims to be premium, this is very disappointing. I won't be back. (See photo) Our pizza, which is supposed to be an anchovy pizza, is outrageous for a €17 pizza with extras, and this is the third time, so it's deliberate.

13/02/2026: A true Argentinian gem in Lyon! The service was top-notch. The meat was incredibly tender and of remarkable quality. Special mention to my personal favorite: the beef ribs with Malbec sauce—a pure delight! I highly recommend it. My second favorite: the bottle of Malbec from the "Clos de Los Siete" estate. My third favorite: the empanadas. PS: Get your wallets ready ;)

The flavors complement each other with precision and creativity. The menus are intelligently designed, showcasing high-quality ingredients, treated with care at every stage. From appetizer to dessert, the cooking is impeccable, demonstrating true expertise. A big thank you also to the service, which was welcoming and warm. The staff takes the time to explain the dishes, sometimes surprising, but always delicious. A culinary experience as enjoyable as it is memorable!
