06/10/2026: I didn’t book table and I was alone so when I come they offer me a small table for one. In general small place but with good vibe and waiter was nice. He was alone but gave attention to everyone Food is tasty, I took mains and staters. Desert is coming 🙃

10/09/2026: The restaurant was far too hot. There were several fans, and I appreciated the effort, but there was no difference in how well they blew from table to table. My table received no airflow at all, and I had a sweaty dinner. Several other customers were also using fans. I asked if they could direct the fans towards me, but they didn't do anything about it. I was really looking forward to the meal, so I'm very disappointed that I couldn't concentrate on the taste during the latter half of the course because of the heat. The foie gras appetizer was absolutely delicious. It's a taste I would love to have again and again.

09/09/2026: A truly excellent restaurant, great value for money, the tastiest food I've eaten in ages! We went for the 4-course menu, every course was good. In addition, we were surprised with 3 intermediate courses. Highly recommended!!

27/07/2026: A gift from our children, it was amazing! I loved it, I love anything to do with shows. Being part of a volunteer association where we also put on a show once a year, I thought it was fantastic that there was a magician, an impressionist, even the owners and the young waiters were great. We had a wonderful evening, I highly recommend it. It's an excellent remedy for depression. Well done to the team, Les Pieds en Plat, keep up the good work, we'll be back!

12/09/2026: Odessa Comptoir is by far my favorite restaurant in Lyon. I loved being able to try multiple dishes and pair everything with some really good wine. It’s the kind of place where you can order a bunch of things, share, and just enjoy the experience. The inside has such a fun vibe. It’s definitely cramped, but in a way that makes the place feel lively and leads to good conversations and great people watching. I’d absolutely recommend it for dinner, but make a reservation beforehand because this is a popular one! 🍷

30/08/2026: Positive points - I love the place and have been there about three times during my visits to Lyon. - Overall, the food is very good. Of the three dishes I ordered this time, two were really excellent (the chorizo ​​and pork loin buns) and consistent with what I had enjoyed on my previous visits. Negative points - I was very disappointed with the €11 tomato salad shown at the bottom of my photo. I find this dish quite inconsistent with the rest of the menu: very little apparent effort put into the ingredients and, above all, a truly tiny portion for the price. I almost felt ripped off. For €11 worth of tomatoes, one would at least expect a much more generous portion. As it stands, I would prefer to see this dish removed from the menu or at least double the quantity. Otherwise, objectively, it's highway robbery; forgive me, but it's too obvious with this dish. - The service was adequate but rather understated and uninviting. Nothing unpleasant, but a bit more friendliness would have made the experience much more welcoming. - Finally, the restroom bin was constantly overflowing, even though the restaurant was very quiet and several staff members were available. This is the kind of detail that could easily be checked and corrected. In short: a place I enjoy and where I've eaten very well before, but this last experience was too inconsistent to give more than 3 stars.

20/09/2026: A friend from Lyon had recommended this bouchon, a restaurant she's known her whole life. It's a family-run establishment. We weren't disappointed. Everything was delicious and homemade with quality ingredients. We started with cervelle de canuts (a cheese spread) as an appetizer to share, followed by oeufs meurette (eggs poached in red wine sauce), delicious pike quenelles, rum baba for me, and crème brûlée for my husband. A real treat!

You can tell the dishes are prepared with good ingredients... and with love! The prices are quite reasonable. A really great atmosphere. This is the second time we've had lunch at Bistrot d'Odette, and it won't be the last!

14/09/2026: Flawless from start to finish! We thoroughly enjoyed the set menu for two: everything was excellent and particularly generous. The €64 price tag is more than justified given the abundance and high quality of the dishes. To finish the meal, the dessert was perfect, providing a fresh and light ending. Special mention for the impeccable service and the great kindness of the waiters. Excellent value for money that I highly recommend!

29/09/2026: The food was OK, but VERY VERY expensive for what it is. The staff were very nice, but quite incompetent. The service was really bad. Anyway, at least I tried it. "Hello, Thank you for your response, which only confirms the level of service and lack of professionalism I experienced. Since you mentioned my budget and chose condescension instead of welcoming feedback, I feel compelled to detail exactly why the experience was disastrous: We arrived and were seated at a table in the back. Even with the restaurant practically empty, we waited between 10 and 15 minutes just to be served. We ordered two cocktails that took a long time to arrive, even though they were tasty. The peak of disorganization came soon after: the main course was served before the appetizers. Regarding the meats, the service was extremely spaced out, with the waiter passing by every half hour, making the pace of the dinner chaotic. I requested a Guaraná soda. I asked again, and again — at least 3 or 4 times. Instead of the soda, they brought a cocktail that we hadn't ordered. We had to reiterate our request for the Guaraná and wait again. After finishing dinner, we ordered the appetizers that should have been served." Initially, since they never arrived at the table despite our requests, we had to ask for them to be packed to go so we could eat them at home. To make matters worse, at the time of payment, we witnessed the waiter and the cashier arguing about a problem between themselves, in front of us, forcing us to wait another 2 to 3 minutes. This demonstrates a total lack of professionalism. The problem has nothing to do with the menu or the amount invested — we paid around 120 euros and expected at least organization. The staff may be nice, but the incompetence and inattention in the service were unacceptable. Have a good day.”

21/09/2026: The wine, beer, and food were all delicious. We were also notified in advance that there was a kitchen problem and we needed to change our reservation time. They even explained the menu in English to us, as we were unfamiliar with the language. Thank you very much. A friend recommended this place, and it was truly delicious. I especially recommend the octopus. The portions were generous, so we shared between the two of us. If I have the chance, I would definitely like to go again.
