12/08/2026: Simplicity has won our hearts ❤️ It goes without saying that the simplest recipes are often the best, but here I think I've tasted the best pasta in the world! Pasta with olive oil and garlic that's as visually stunning as it is delicious! The atmosphere is fantastic and the place is incredibly cozy!

25/07/2026: We absolutely loved this place. We ate here a number of times during our two-week stay, probably five or six visits, if not more. A few of the employees were especially engaging, friendly, and fun. They were patient with my broken French as I tried my best to speak it, which I really appreciated. The food was incredible. The sandwiches were fresh and flavorful, and they had an amazing selection of breads. Their croissants and pain au chocolat were unbelievable. The standout for me was the flan, both the vanilla and the chocolate versions. I was genuinely disappointed to find out they were closed on Saturdays and Sundays because I definitely would have gone back even more often. I'm surprised the Google rating isn't higher because our experience was consistently excellent. In fact, this became the place we compared everything else to during our time in Lyon. It was only slightly more expensive than similar places, but it was absolutely worth it. The cold brew was excellent as well. The quiches, pizzas, sandwiches, pastries, and desserts were all outstanding. Not a single thing disappointed us. Thank you for being so welcoming and for making such consistently high-quality food.

14/07/2026: A good bakery with delicious, fresh products. However, the service is appalling, and you really get the feeling you're bothering them. No friendliness, no service whatsoever, which is a real shame because the prices are attractive and the products are of very good quality! Note that there's nowhere to sit once you're there, but the Place de l'Europe right next door is a perfectly good option!

02/05/2026: Bakery in Les Halles. The bread was delicious and reasonably priced. I also bought some "oreillets," very similar to those made in Spain.

11/07/2026: The service here is absolutely excellent. The two ladies working were extremely helpful, welcoming, and made sure I had a fantastic experience. On top of the great coffee and delicious treats, their wonderful customer service really stood out. I will definitely be back.

28/04/2026: The reservation text message sets the tone 😳 Personally, I go to restaurants to relax, not to put pressure on myself as soon as the reservation is confirmed. So I preferred to cancel my reservation and not try this restaurant.

21/06/2026: Happy New Year filled with joy and good cheer!! The Seb special is amazing. The team's great atmosphere, the restaurant is clean and hygiene is respected, which is rare for a kebab shop. Thank you to the whole team for your cheerful service, and I come often and will continue to do so. I highly recommend this little restaurant.

22/05/2026: Honestly, an unacceptable experience! We had reserved an outdoor table for eight people, and even received confirmation from them on Instagram. Yet, upon arrival, we were calmly informed that the reservation wasn't valid because we hadn't "confirmed"... even though we had already received positive feedback from them. The result: no table, no organization, and above all, no solution offered. Not even an effort to try and accommodate us, even though we were a group of eight. We were simply shown the door without any consideration. Nonexistent service, disastrous management, and a serious lack of professionalism. Avoid at all costs!

10/08/2026: The ice cream parlor in Old Lyon, for a very long time! One of the best!

09/08/2026: A friendly welcome, but disappointing ice cream The good points: * Friendly, welcoming, and pleasant staff. * Large, shaded terrace, very pleasant for enjoying an ice cream in peace. The bad points: * The ice cream arrived quite melted, which is a shame. * Big disappointment with the flavors we chose, especially pistachio, cinnamon, and ginger. * The cinnamon really tasted like it was made from cinnamon powder, with a rather unsubtle result. * As for the ginger, the flavor seemed to be made with candied ginger, much too sweet and lacking the fresh and slightly spicy aspect one expects from a true ginger flavor. I even found a forgotten piece of candied ginger in my scoop. In my opinion, there's also a problem with the labeling: if the flavor is based on candied ginger, it would be more accurate to indicate this rather than simply "ginger." Overall, all the flavors we tasted were relatively too sweet and lacked intensity and subtlety. One expects bold, sophisticated flavors from an ice cream shop, but here, we unfortunately found everything rather basic. We also felt that the ice cream-making techniques were stuck in the 80s: the recipes, textures, and flavor combinations gave a rather outdated impression compared to what you can find today from good artisan ice cream makers. This is all the more disappointing because the setting is pleasant and the service is genuinely friendly. There's clearly potential, but for us, the quality of the ice cream didn't live up to the wait.

05/08/2026: A restaurant located inside the market. It appears to be part of the same group as the food vendors selling ingredients in front of the restaurant. All the seafood is fresh and delicious. While the prices are on the higher side for market food, the freshness and quality of the ingredients justify the cost.

16/06/2026: We went for my birthday and had the best time! The lobster tail was cooked to perfection, not bouncy at all. Highly recommend the scallops too!
