15/09/2024: A super pleasant and friendly experience!! I rarely feel like I'm really being considered when I come to have a drink in good company in a place like a bar, but the Café du Gros Caillou has changed that! Helena and Vincent (the bartender) gave me a pleasant evening, are very efficient and professional with very good customer contact and make me want to come back to this friendly, well-located and warm place. I highly recommend it!

06/09/2024: I stay in this area for one week and I go to this boulangerie almost every day, I really like their croissants and that coffee is not too bitter. People who work there are very nice, I really recommend this place

05/09/2024: If I could put 0 I would put . Unpleasant looks at you from top to bottom and on top of that we ordered fries, these gentlemen didn't even want to let us sit on the terrace

I've never seen a taco as long as a giraffe and just as tasty!

15/09/2024: Un faux-filet xl qui n'avait rien de xl. Une sauce au roquefort marron et pas de roquefort. Tout ça pour 26 où 28€. Ça fait plusieurs fois que j'y vais et je suis de plus en plus déçu à chaque fois. Dommage j'irai ailleurs la prochaine fois

08/08/2024: The fries and chicken had a strong bitterness.. this is obviously due to the frying oil which must have been old.. I will not go back there
05/08/2024: We ate yesterday as a family Walah, 2 of us got sick, because of the wings or cheddar sauce we don't know what exactly but big stomach cramps.

Because you can sit there and have your coffee outside or inside (or the opposite)
And they even have toilets!!! (Rare for a bread-weaver ;))
And what’s more, we play Scrabble (no, I swear, it’s true!!)
And you can even read the newspaper in the toilets
(So I forgot that it was a toilet in the first place 😂)

04/06/2024: I think my pain au chocolat was frozen. No crunchy, mushy, undercooked stuff in there. In short, the typical frozen pain au chocolat that I can bake at home. This is not what I expect from a good bakery (even if it means paying more).
I haven't tasted the rest of their products so I can't judge the bread or anything. So I don't go below 3, but the pain au chocolat is not worth them.

Family cooking. Everything is homemade with fresh produce and the help of a real chef. The low prices keep you smiling until the very end of the meal ;)
