15/02/2026: Mixed feelings about our Valentine's Day evening aboard the Hermès II (Bateaux Lyonnais) The cruise was unfortunately canceled at the last minute due to safety concerns related to bad weather. It's obviously a shame for an evening like this, even though we were assured of a refund. The boat is pleasant, nicely decorated with pink lighting, a few (fabric) rose petals, and small (also fabric) bouquets on the tables, adding a romantic touch. The welcome and service were warm and attentive throughout the evening. However, the Valentine's Day meal was a disappointment. The amuse-bouche was uninspired. The velouté served as a starter lacked flavor; several tables even asked for salt and pepper. The vol-au-vent was quite good (one to share). The main course—John Dory fillet, Beaujolais sauce velouté, sweet potato mousseline, and baby spinach—was decent, but not memorable, with little garnish. The dessert was rather disappointing and failed to provide a memorable ending to the meal. Another major drawback was the wine. We opted for the drinks package, but the quality fell far short of our expectations, and we both experienced heartburn. In short, the atmosphere and service were acceptable, but the food won't be remembered fondly.

13/02/2026: A terrible experience. We booked a cruise for my birthday, which was cancelled at the last minute because the boat wasn't running. Already very disappointing. We decided to give it another try for Valentine's Day... and again, the boat didn't sail and simply remained docked. No compensation whatsoever, despite the two disappointments. You book a cruise to go sailing, not to stay put! For the price paid, this is truly unacceptable. I do not recommend it!

11/05/2026: For a package pickup: the store was open on Friday, May 8th, but refused to release the package. They told me to come back the next day without informing me that their code entry machine wasn't working. So I returned on Monday during opening hours, but it was closed. Finally, after a second visit that same day, they were there and I received the package without any apology or professionalism. Avoid this place for package pickups; they are unreliable and unpleasant.

04/05/2026: The manager smokes cigarettes inside. Avoid if you are a non-smoker.

23/07/2026: Our family has been ordering from Super Pizzeria for years, never had any problems, efficient delivery, top-notch service, honestly I highly recommend them 👍👍👍👍

16/07/2026: I chose this place because of its late opening time, advertised as 3 pm. I arrived at 2 pm just as they were closing up. I pointed out the closing time clearly displayed on the storefront and their website, only to receive the firm response, "Well, we're closed now." This behavior clashes with the friendly atmosphere they described. They call it a neighborhood restaurant, but I'll leave it to the neighborhood. The death of the "small shop," where only fast food will survive. What a shame.

30/07/2026: Bad timing when going for lunch today. Major construction work (see photos) in front of the entrance, drilling and dust on the table next to it, ladder in front of the entrance door (I had to go under it to get out). Questions asked: Is this a joke? Where's the camera? The staff's kindness and numerous apologies made up for it, but I'm still stunned... why didn't they close? PS: The daily special was excellent!

02/08/2026: A wonderful discovery for a morning coffee and freshly squeezed orange juice. The bartender, seemingly from another era, will welcome you and make you feel at ease for a moment immersed in history and history, all within the vibrant atmosphere of Lyon.

01/08/2026: Le Cintra is simply the best coffee shop in Lyon! From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with a smile by a warm and highly professional team. The atmosphere is elegant, the setting is magnificent, and the terrace is perfect for enjoying a wonderful time. The coffee is delicious, prepared with care, and everything offered is of high quality. You can tell that every detail matters, from the service to the presentation. It's a place you'll want to return to again and again. If you're looking for a must-visit spot in Lyon to enjoy excellent coffee in a friendly and refined atmosphere, I wholeheartedly recommend Le Cintra. A true institution that more than deserves its 5 stars!

28/05/2026: Excellent kebab, homemade, meat not too fatty or salty like most, fries definitely homemade and not frozen, very generous and fresh toppings, highly recommended! Compared to everything else, it's definitely the best, especially for the price.

17/07/2026: A very bad experience at a wedding. The venue was entirely private, and the groom had paid for the meal and drinks for all the guests. Yet, upon arrival, I was charged for a coffee and a bottle of water, which is unacceptable. The welcome was cold, the service unprofessional, and the atmosphere was ruined. After more than 16 years of hosting weddings in numerous restaurants in Lyon, I have never experienced such disappointment. It's truly a shame for such an important event. I do not recommend this establishment.
