23/05/2026: The bar where I always end up… even when I promise to be home early. The atmosphere is perfect: cold beer, pool, darts, and a vibe that instantly puts you in the mood. The owner, David, is great, super welcoming, and always in a good mood. But Léandre, what can I say? He's clearly the heart and soul of the bar. Always a joke ready, boundless energy, and this magical ability to make everyone feel at ease. He turns every visit into a memorable experience, and honestly, without him, this bar wouldn't be the same. If you're looking for a friendly, lively place where you feel good as soon as you walk in… this is the place to be.

06/03/2026: A Michelin star, a magnificent dining room, beautiful glassware, and silver cutlery. Dinner promised to be a wonderful Valentine's Day! However, it was marred by several missteps. The cuisine was certainly creative, but stingy, using simple, inexpensive ingredients for four out of the six courses, and the desserts were disappointing. The cheese platter was excellent, though, and we didn't refuse it given the meager portions. From the very first bite, we encountered an ingredient we had specifically requested be avoided (in which case, why ask us a few days prior?), the wines were poor value for money, and the desserts were bland and uninspiring. Two members of staff were arrogant. Also worth noting: the only restroom in the establishment offered only cold water for handwashing. Only the chef seemed honest, although he was surprised that we weren't particularly impressed by some of the dishes. We expect better from this "starred" establishment, which would do well to improve. There are few reviews on Google, but I'm making the effort to prevent some people from having this very disappointing experience in the capital of French gastronomy!

05/12/2025: A €14 salad consisting mainly of lettuce leaves! The Caesar salad had mayonnaise dressing and a few breaded pieces of chicken. No croutons. The Parmesan had no flavor. Avoid it.

20/05/2026: Excellent, excellent, excellent!!! I've been lucky enough to know this restaurant since it opened. Every experience is unique. It's extraordinary to have such a talented and inventive chef. The ingredients are of excellent quality, the cooking is precise, and the presentation is magnificent. The wine list is carefully curated; you'll make some wonderful discoveries... Of all the great restaurants I've dined at in France, this is truly the one I recommend. Thank you again for all your attentiveness!

20/05/2026: A fantastic discovery, and absolutely flawless, this restaurant. The service is top-notch, with attentive, friendly, helpful, and generous waiters. The dishes are meticulously prepared, showcasing masterful cooking techniques and flavor pairings, along with some wonderful wine discoveries. The cheese course is exceptional in both quality and quantity. For whiskey enthusiasts, the wine list is breathtaking, featuring bottles of truly exceptional quality. All this is topped off in a minimalist and refined atmosphere, with a touch of elegance. Time flies by, and you'll leave with a warm and memorable experience. I highly recommend it.

06/07/2026: A very good buchon in the rather touristy area of Vieux Lyon. We had a late lunch & were happy to find our first buchon being very accommodating. The sets sounded good & we were introduced to most of the traditional Lyonnaise dishes in a gentle way. The dishes exceeded our expectation & we loved the quaint deco as well as quaint architecture & design. It was particularly fun to find one could get lost in the narrow stairs to the toilet as well as challenge to switch on the lights. Service was excellent. It was a happy encounter.

02/07/2026: We went for lunch on the recommendation of a local resident. Exceptional quality, friendly service, and a welcoming, warm, and peaceful atmosphere. We especially appreciated the lack of music, which is rare these days! Perfect for enjoying a quiet meal. Thank you very much.

23/05/2026: Great place. food was impeccable especially the duck, quenelle was absolutely spectacular. The service was amazing, Isabel was so friendly and welcoming. She interacted with us by asking a few questions and explaining things we didn’t understand about the city, she also asked for a few words in our home language asking us how to say welcome, Mabuhay in Filipino then trying some new words. She spoke to us like an old friend, we had the best time with her. The atmosphere was nice, it felt traditional and welcoming. We ordered Duck, Quenelle, tripe, and cassoulet it was delicious. The dessert was unimaginable, especially the chocolate one, and the crème brûlée too! After asking us some Filipino words, she tried having a conversation in Filipino with us, she mentioned that she would write Mabuhay on the window tomorrow morning! Our experience here was incredible, I definitely recommend going here.

22/05/2026: For dinner on May 21, 2026, we ordered foie gras, salmon, duck breast, and lemon tart. The food was delicious and met our expectations. The owner was very friendly and spoke a little Mandarin.

24/06/2026: The terrace is nice, the welcome was quite friendly, but otherwise it's very mediocre. My burger was completely dry and tasteless, and my partner's was the same—quite bland. Disappointed. We won't be going back...except maybe for a coffee.

10/05/2026: We've been there three times. Each time we were greeted with kindness and a smile. The atmosphere is relaxed, the service is quick, and always with a touch of humor. We've tried various burgers, single or triple, always hot and delicious. The portions are very generous. Highly recommended.

21/05/2026: Straight amazing. The food you get for the price you pay is simply out of this world. I had the best meal of my life here. There was such a variety of greens and mushrooms used in my dish and the duck was amazing. I really appreciated the bread and how opinionated it was, it went well with the reduction that came with the dish You will walk out happy, and welcomed, wanting to come back again. I wish I lived in Lyon, just so I can go here more often

05/07/2026: Really not up to the standard expected from the ratings... It's definitely not up to the standard of good Italian cuisine, and I live in Nice... What a shame...

01/07/2026: Unfortunately, the service was lacking; instead of Prosecco, Lambrusco was served. Then, a small salad arrived after the pasta, not as ordered beforehand. A bottle of red wine was opened and poured without tasting. The authentic Puttanesca sauce contained no coriander, and the tagliatelle was stuck together. Sadly, not authentically Italian…

09/06/2026: Superb place, the setting is very Italian with music, the service is top-notch, and the pizzas are delicious and generously sized.

07/06/2026: One of the best places in Lyon to enjoy good pizzas. The desserts were just as excellent.

30/06/2026: I really love this Korean restaurant. The food is delicious and very filling! I ordered the Boulgogi Dolsot Bibimbap, which I would highly recommend. I also enjoyed the extra serving of vegetables with the meal, just like it’s done in Korea. Reservations are recommended.
