14/08/2026: Invited by a friend, I loved the style of the room with its exposed stone walls. As for the food, I adored it and highly recommend the house-made chili oil for purists, a perfect blend of the sweetness of olive oil and chili. Highly recommended!

13/08/2026: Went here with friends whilst in Lyon for a holiday. Being the only vegan in the group I was unsure if they could accommodate me - but I had a lovely pizza with the cheese omitted. They also altered the dessert option vegan for me too, which was unexpected but appreciated Really loved this place, friendly staff and lovely food!

20/08/2026: The food was delicious, and the chilies were quite spicy. The service was quick and responsive. However, the only downside was the lingering cooking smell that permeated the dining room.

10/08/2026: Chez Pimousse is definitely a absolute must go in Lyon. The location is super cosy and designed really nicely. We enjoyed a really attentive, friendly and open service. The menu was just perfect, also the corresponding wines we have had. We sat to the kitchen and could see what happens there, perfect! Thank you!

The staff were exceptionally kind, attentive, and professional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. 14/07/2026: Excellent spot in Lyon. Simple but very good and very generous portions (be warned, the XL salads are really very XL). The owner and his team are very pleasant. In short, a great little French restaurant where it's a pleasure to eat!

31/07/2026: What a wonderful discovery of Mexican flavors and atmosphere! The dishes truly transported us. And we highly recommend the octopus tacos! What a treat! The service is so warm and welcoming. Piquin is absolutely worth the trip. Give it a try!

15/07/2026: The welcome and service are top-notch, with a great sense of business, but also genuine kindness. The setting is also very pleasant, and we enjoy ourselves every time (the cocktails are excellent and generous too): a sure bet for eating and feeling "at home".

27/06/2026: The place is wonderful, the food delicious (€33 for the set menu of starter, main course, and dessert), and the setting magnificent. Absolutely nothing to complain about! Go without hesitation!

26/06/2026: Maison Villemanzy is a classic on the slopes of Croix-Rousse, known of course for its exceptional view of the city! And what a view it is! It's a unique place that I enjoyed rediscovering after several years! The set menu is quite reasonably priced and offers a wide selection of dishes. For me, the pea soup as a starter was a delight! I was a little more disappointed by my beef tartare, which was the low point of the evening. Everything else was perfect: from the attentive service to the view, and even the dishes in general were very good (especially the pork with polenta). But clearly, the tartare was a huge disappointment. For the price of the set menu, one expects much better quality; it's definitely the area for improvement, in my opinion. This doesn't detract too much from my experience, and it would be unfair to deduct a star for it. I'll keep an eye on how the dish develops, and I hope to return soon and be pleasantly surprised! Thank you so much for the perfect welcome, exceptional service, and for being so attentive to our requests! We hope to return soon!

09/08/2026: If you're looking for a place that combines relaxation and delicious food, then you've come to the right place. The restaurant's decor transports you to the heart of Lebanon and Pakistan, the aromas of spices make your mouth water, and the dishes are simply divine. It's a place I wholeheartedly recommend.

07/08/2026: As a fan of Indian cuisine, I dined here but didn't find much to my liking. The samosas had a thick, overcooked pastry. The prawns were in a bland sauce. The price/quality ratio is high.

07/08/2026: Simply the best board game bar I've ever been to. Usually, you have to choose between the quality of the atmosphere and the quality of the food, but not here! The entire menu is tempting, often quite original, and above all, incredibly delicious. The selection of games is huge, and most importantly, the staff are just fantastic and offer excellent advice. So thank you to the whole team, and I can't wait to come back :)
