26/01/2026: Great bar if you want to go back to the good old days when everything was better. Unfortunately, I got the feeling the staff weren't fans of Pascal Praud, which made it hard to read the place's art direction. Otherwise, the open-faced sandwiches are delicious. I devoured a goat cheese, honey, and bacon one. The chef knows what he's doing, but I wouldn't recommend provoking him—he's a bit hot-headed. A little tip: come when there's a DJ set featuring electronic open-faced sandwiches if you want to enhance your experience tenfold!

21/03/2026: We went as a group (6 people) and the experience was excellent. For a set menu between €21 and €25, the value for money is unbeatable for an authentic Lyonnais bistro. Food: Starter: The poached egg in red wine sauce is excellent, very creamy with its bacon and mushrooms. The chef is generous with the wine in the sauce—a treat for wine lovers! Main Courses: The sausage in brioche is a delightful discovery. The tripe is classic but very well prepared (here too, the wine is quite present, as tradition dictates). Dessert: The praline tart concludes the meal on a very sweet but delicious note. The portions are generous and the setting is very pleasant.

18/03/2026: The food was good overall, although I suspect not everything was homemade, for example, the sauces. I was disappointed by the onion soup, which was sorely lacking in onions. The atmosphere was pleasant with good, soft music, and the service was adequate. Overall, a very decent bistro.

08/03/2026: I went to this restaurant for the first time with my best friend. It's a beautiful and clean establishment. The food is excellent. However, I really didn't appreciate the behavior of the man who was serving on the terrace. I felt very uncomfortable. This man was far too intrusive at our table, bordering on harassing and overbearing. I wondered if he had a problem with me. We hadn't even eaten yet, and he was practically forcing us to order dessert. I sensed a lot of hostility and contempt from him, and I confess that even today, I'm very angry about the situation. I felt out of place, and it's completely regrettable. I'm sharing my experience here, as a Local Guide, to denounce what I went through that evening and, hopefully, so that it never happens again. My best friend wanted to make me happy, but in the end, I can't accept the situation.
