03/05/2026: There were 10 of us, and we had a wonderful time with very pleasant staff. And of course, a very good meal.

01/05/2026: Dad, mom, and son at the helm. I can only say it was fantastic... I don't regret my choice at all. A true Lyonnais bistro with authentic cuisine... there's no rush, which is really appreciated... the dishes are homemade and delicious. We highly recommend it... especially make a reservation because it fills up quickly. Looking forward to returning...

21/04/2026: A very pleasant bar with a warm atmosphere

20/04/2026: I stopped by for a coffee. The owner is very friendly; it feels like being in an English pub. The service was very quick, the coffee was good with sugar cubes (for those feeling nostalgic), and the decor was very pleasant. Seems like a good place to watch matches.

16/04/2026: Lunch on the terrace, ideally in the sun between 12pm and 2pm! So many flavors on the plate without being too spicy :)

12/04/2026: Pleasant welcome, good and generous portions. We were enjoying ourselves so much that we were politely ushered out for the second seating, which was a bit rude. Prices were a little high, but we had a great evening!

26/04/2026: A Croix-Rousse experience awaits at Le Pailleron restaurant. The welcome is warm, a lovely chat, and helpful advice. I opted for the cervelle de Canut, delicious with its salad and toasted bread. The andouillette with sweetbreads is simply divine, delicate yet generous. And to finish, the praline crème brûlée, pure sweetness and delight. Thank you for your kindness and this wonderful discovery. 20/20 for the chef. I'll be back to try the quenelle! Next stop: the Rosa Mir garden.

25/04/2026: The owner is super friendly and tells you the story behind each dish. The Lyonnaise quenelles are a must-try, as is the pink praline crème brûlée. Not to mention the lovely decor. A place worth returning to!

17/05/2026: Found the restaurant by accident while looking for a nearby cafe and it looked promising with the reviews. We ordered the spicy fried chicken as the starter and it was good, although I haven’t had this sauce on Korean fried chicken before (my partner said it reminds him of the sauce used for tteok-kkochi). The batter style is also different from usual Korean fried chicken, feels more Italian-fried style. For the main, we both ordered the chil-hyang-gye. We liked it overall but it reminded me more of Chinese soups than Korean. Also wished there was more broth, we thought it would be similar amount to usual Korean soup dishes, and it was too salty. There were microgreens on top as well. We got the bingsu and soy tiramisu for dessert. The bingsu fell a little flat as the red bean used is the drier one typically use for other desserts and the shaved ice isn’t that milky. The tiramisu was so good! It didn’t have any injeolmi taste but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Not sure if there is much difference from the regular tiramisu that is on the menu apart from the powder on top. Overall, enjoyed the meal as a little break from back to back heavier French food and it felt more nutritious. Wouldn’t call the dishes authentically Korean but I can see how it would work for the taste palettes in the region.

15/05/2026: Although it's advertised as a Korean restaurant, the food strangely tasted like the kind of Korean food you'd find in Taiwan. The grilled meat was pretty good, but the mango shaved ice was just okay. I can understand that, considering it uses European mangoes, haha.

16/04/2026: The quality is there, plus the authentic Lyonnaise charm. The quenelle, the real deal, with a delicious sauce, and the praline tart is divine. What more could you ask for? Nothing.

14/04/2026: I'd give it 20 stars if I could :) Honestly, I was a little worried it might be too touristy, but I was late for my reservation and they let me in when it was almost fully booked. And I'm so glad they did, because I loved it. I had the onion soup and the Salade Lyonnaise. From what I understand, every bouchon has its own unique Salade Lyonnaise, but mine was definitely the best, no doubt about it. Definitely come hungry, because the portions are huge.

27/01/2026: Opening hours incorrect. Takes twenty minutes to change for the owner, but for some reason updating them seems a bridge too far. The ice creams are ok.

26/01/2026: I came with a large group. We were served very quickly. The crepes were delicious.

01/04/2026: A magnificent restaurant, a very special place, an excellent menu, and very professional service. We enjoyed an exceptional meal.

27/03/2026: A pleasant meal on a Friday at lunchtime; the restaurant was very quiet. The dishes on the menu were high quality and generous portions. We'll be back!

12/04/2026: A wonderful time at Albert restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, as is the service. The food is delicious, and for the price of the set menu, it's absolutely worth it! Go without hesitation.

20/03/2026: A 4.6/5 rating?! 😠 Honestly, I'm beyond disappointed—both by the quantity and, especially, by the quality. The meat? Totally inedible: way too salty and dry… what on earth was that?! And served in a bun that was clearly past its prime 🫣 This fast-food place is frankly shameful 😠 Seriously, the quality isn't good, don't go there
