12/10/2025: At 7:30 p.m., I noticed that all the unsold items were being bagged and sent to the trash. A disgrace. FYI, they should be going to the biowaste collection, which has been mandatory since January 1, 2024. It's a real shame, such waste.

05/10/2025: I would like to leave a review following the particularly disappointing experience we experienced at this hotel, despite the "winner" at the end of our stay. We had booked two nights to attend a two-and-a-half-day event, the 24 Hours of Le Mans. Upon our late arrival, we noticed there was no hot water in the room. Given the time of day, we waited until the next day to report the problem to reception. The manager then confirmed by phone that he was aware of the outage, but offered no solution, merely suggesting a €10 discount per night—a paltry gesture given the situation. Back at the hotel that evening, we were disappointed to find that nothing had been repaired. We therefore spent two nights without hot water, without the possibility of showering or keeping warm, after entire days spent in the rain and mud around the circuit. Upon departure, the discussion with the manager was unpleasant, to say the least: no apology, no empathy, and a completely inappropriately haughty attitude. Not only had we never been informed of the problem in advance, but no concrete solution was offered once we arrived. Added to this were other inconveniences: - A freezing room, the heating not being turned on "until November, obviously"; - A major leak in the bathroom, simply ignored by the housekeeping staff. I was also astonished to hear that the manager had no solution to offer, when he could have simply called a plumber. This is a basic service that any hotel worthy of the name should be able to provide in an emergency, especially for a 3-star hotel. When I suggested paying only every other night, the manager gave a surreal speech, explaining that we were "disrespecting small towns and small hotels," that "the establishment was expensive to maintain," and that "it's no surprise that hotels are closing one after the other." But what about respect for guests who drive hours to get here, who sleep in the cold, unable to shower, and to whom we don't even apologize? We apparently should have "left if we weren't happy"—in other words, slept in our car, since all the surrounding hotels were full. He also told us that "some guests had accepted a €12 discount and a free breakfast." However, this offer was never made to us, and more importantly, just because other guests have accepted such compensation doesn't necessarily make it acceptable. In short: no anticipation, no sense of service, no consideration for the customer. In a 3-star establishment, this is simply unacceptable. Even for free, we will never set foot in this hotel again. It's very sad to have come to this... over a simple matter of hot water.

03/12/2025: Quite disappointed. Maybe I was just unlucky? The chicken and zucchini lasagna wasn't great, especially considering the price.

11/12/2025: Ordered through Uber Eats. One fry was missing, and the ones we received were really bad, tasting like rancid oil. The kebabs were dry, without sauce, and the meat tasted awful. We couldn't finish them. I don't recommend it.

08/12/2025: Good evening, I'm extremely disappointed with Pita Burger. It's not what it used to be, a disgrace for the price. We're disgusted. This is the last time for us; we won't be going back.

14/02/2026: If you have the chance to stop at this motorway service area with your own lunchbox or ready-to-heat meal, try to arrive around 11:30 am because this restaurant offers free microwave rental and then only four seats at the entrance, which is quite drafty. On a busy day in the middle of winter, it's a real treat. The reception staff is unpleasant and randomly usurps people from the dining area who aren't eating at the self-service counter, creating an unfair situation that's even more unwelcome when there's clearly enough space for both outsiders and other customers. We've had much better service at other motorway restaurants, so I wouldn't recommend this one, without, however, making any judgments about the quality of the food.

06/02/2026: You have to be really hungry to eat there. The fries are cooked the day before. Furthermore, they don't take criticism well and are convinced of their own quality. Avoid it.

04/02/2026: We stopped by for lunch. The server was very unpleasant and not at all friendly. She didn't listen when we were talking to her; it was almost as if we were bothering her. She didn't answer our questions. On the other hand, the sandwiches were still good, but the meat and fish fillings were rather sparse. At lunchtime, you have to arrive early to get a seat. The cleanliness and the dishes left much to be desired.
