08/12/2024: Good morning, We were extremely disappointed by our visit to the "Station Cité" restaurant on November 15, 2024. First of all, we made a reservation directly at the restaurant around 7 p.m., and the employees assigned us a table for 8:30 p.m. Although surprised, we were nevertheless happy because the restaurant had been highly recommended to us. Arriving at 8:30 p.m., we had to wait around ten minutes before someone brought us a tablet with the menu, without any presentation. We were just left to fend for ourselves. Then, 10, 20, then 45 minutes passed, and finally, after an hour of waiting, they took our order, claiming that there were too many people. This prolonged wait has already made us cold, but being a family, we decided to stay calm. Finally, we were served after a wait of 1 hour 45 minutes: we arrived at 8:30 p.m. and were served at 10:15 p.m., which is simply UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, half of the dishes were cold, and the portions served were far from those shown in the photos on the menu but also that of the other people present in the store. This was not yet the end of our misadventures. As we finished our dishes, we were left unattended, while a waiter chatted with customers upstairs while arguing with his boss (a scene we would have preferred to avoid). After a long wait of about an hour we decided to leave, knowing no one came to see us, we didn't even have the opportunity to order desserts or coffee. (Some people had arrived well after us, around 10 p.m., and yet had desserts, unlike us). Finally, when paying, we noticed that a bottle of wine, displayed at €12.50 at the counter, was billed to us at €24.50, which created a total misunderstanding. So I decided to go back to the staff to ask the question, and there, the lack of respect was blatant. It seemed that, given my young age, the owner wanted to minimize me. This was the final straw, and an argument broke out, with no apology from the owner or the young waiter. But that's not all: when I took the ticket, I discovered that the owner had rounded the price upwards, which is A SHAME (photo in support). We are deeply disappointed with this experience and will definitely not return. Finally, I can only strongly recommend this establishment. Despite the length of my message (and thank you to those who read it to the end), there are inevitably details that I have forgotten... Like this remark from the boss who told us that we should not come on a Saturday evening if we wanted to be served more quickly. The problem, sir, is that we were there on a Friday evening.. And there are many other details that I forget...

15/10/2024: Very nice hearty plate with a delicious Italian wine I find the atmosphere a little too subdued for my taste But it was very good.
