03/01/2024: We went to the hostel more than 2 years ago and we wanted to leave a review after our stay which was very very pleasant to us. The place is without any particular luxury but the necessary comfort is entirely present. The establishment is expertly run by a charming couple who have preserved all the old values for the well-being of their customers. We had a very good dinner, the service was impeccable and fast, the staff available, the food excellent and all this for a modest price.

05/04/2024: Great new Spring menu at the Buffalo Grill in Saint Sat!!! Congratulations to the kitchen and dining room teams. The marinated beef and chicken skewers are delicious and generous and the Fourme d’Ambert dishes (salad, burger) are truly original. Haven't been able to taste the desserts yet which are so beautiful (pancake, crumble, burger cookies!!!). Well done 🎉.

I recommend their Viennese chocolates, their chocolatines (yes, chocolatine) and their conticini-style Paris Brest (divine). Very warm welcome to customers, always smiling. The interior is original with a well-decorated ceiling, ideal for taking a break or having breakfast. THANKS ! I take my friends and family there when they come to visit me. An address to know!
