21/03/2024: Booked the actual restaurant today only to turn up and the elderly lady knew nothing about it. From the beginning she was negative at our group and unhappy she had to serve 14 people. By insisting we look at menu whilst we waited for our friends she gave the distinct impression to us all we couldnt afford it. She served us wine whilst we waited for our friends who turned up on the reservation time only to make a fuss about how many of us there was! We rnded up habing to usecthe tske away restaurant Our ski school guide informed us this happened to her a few years ago. AVOID at all costs. The elderly lady gave the distinct impression she really only wanted to serve French people even though people in our party spoke fluent French....and when two parties of French people turned up they had no problem being served quickly. Shocking service!!!

21/03/2024: I had lunch at the self service section and the food was not great. I ordered the beef burger. The buns were soggy already. When I took a bite there was so much oil and water dripping everywhere. The burger tasted terrible. The fries were ok though. The view is great from the terrace outside. But sadly that doesn't make up for the absolutely terrible food.

04/06/2024: Not cheap at all (€40 for a burger) but one of the best alpine experiences. Great food, service, location whether indoors or outside. Keep revisiting & love it!

05/05/2024: I had the chance to eat in March. I was expecting a rather friendly service and welcome, especially for the price. I was very disappointed, however the dishes remained delicious. I don't recommend.

16/08/2024: 2 night stay in this hotel very clean room very good breakfast but hotel in the city center, non-air-conditioned room with large view and very noisy and busy street a good welcome all the same but there was no hook at all!!! In short, we won't come back

24/08/2024: Arriving at the restaurant, we were surprised to see most of the options on the menu not available -> crossed out & paper stuck on top. We had a tartiflette as well as a grilled piece of beef. The tartiflette was accompanied by two half sausages cut lengthwise (where did the remaining half sausages go? Reheated?) as well as green salad. Limited quantity... The piece of beef was alone on the plate with (fresh?) fries. The dishes were nothing more, not worthy of a restaurant, the value for money is not what one would expect. The staff is very friendly and smiling. I regret not having chosen the bistro opposite..

24/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant, the staff are welcoming and pleasant, the Swiss fondue was very very good, just slightly too liquid I would say, but taste levels nothing to complain about. Small downside on the cold meats served with it, not great and in very small quantities.

22/08/2024: Inn with typical alpine decor The food is excellent, Savoyard fondue with the family (5) to do without a doubt

I asked for a queen pizza for lunch, I wonder if they didn't go and get it In the frozen food section of the Leclerc next door then a welcome worthy of police custody, the smile is difficult To find at the waitress, the only positive point... There is no one to eat at McDonald's, it will go faster

23/08/2024: This small restaurant is located in the busy area of ​​the resort. It offers fairly simple dishes such as pancakes, sandwiches, etc. as well as hot or cold drinks as well as ice creams. In summer there is a terrace with a lovely view of the mountain. The bosses are considerate and friendly. The service is very efficient.

08/09/2024: Delicious pizza and great service. The crust is very thin here so if you're expecting fluffy crust, you might be disappointed. The toppings you can choose from are unique here and taste great.

14/08/2024: We ate as a family. The waiter who also acted as pizza maker was not very friendly but to his credit, he alone was overwhelmed. Having arrived late (1:30 p.m.), several pizzas were no longer available. We still found some pizzas that interested us. They were good. Thin and well-cooked dough. Well stocked. We were not disappointed.

21/05/2024: We spent a magical week in this magnificent place. Everything was perfect. The lovely staff always available, attentive…. Evenings by the fireplace, an extraordinary buffet, Italian restaurant…. A delight. We feel unique there, what a joy to find such a warm establishment. Many thanks again to the entire Airelles team, our stay is unforgettable, we can’t wait to come back 😍

01/04/2024: When I came in March, I tried to find out about brunch, without success. Neither the airside bellboy nor the telephone reception!! I had to travel to get more information. Incredible for a palace!!!
