01/04/2024: TO RUN AWAY! Disastrous service matched only by the quality of the dishes. No bread served at the table because, I quote: “we had only planned 10 baguettes”. Service carried out plate by plate, spread over almost an hour (for 10 place settings). Entrecôtes full of fat, served without a suitable knife, and without sauce because I quote: “we don’t have any left”. The Burger bun was close to coal-like, which was nothing compared to the steak inside, forget the concept of rare steak. However, the salads weren't that bad (it's hard to miss a salad, you might say). You will have understood, the quality of the dishes was not there. Our server kindly explained to us that it was the fault of, I quote: “the loser in the kitchen”. We are reassured! We noticed a great team spirit in this restaurant, embodied by our dear waiter who was as noisy as he was unbearable. In any case he didn't care since I quote: "it's his last day". After pointing out that the quality of the dishes and the service was very poor, our waiter kindly offered to offer us the steaks (a total of €44). A gesture entirely to his honor which was welcome, it must be recognized. At that moment we therefore wanted to pay the bill to achieve a rapid exfiltration of the place. This was without counting on our dear waiter, who, not content with having missed our service whatever happened, desperately tried to make us understand that we would have to wait 10 minutes more to pay, the time for him to serve a table arrived after us, whose service was not yet completely missed. Our dear waiter was dismayed. He had obviously never seen unhappy customers. Amazing. “I offer them €44 and they’re still not happy, I’ve never seen that. I hope to meet them again this evening...". Brief. Better to laugh than cry. This is why we will remember this experience as a Dinner Show with nothing to envy of the Moulin Rouge in terms of entertainment. To flee.

30/03/2024: Great atmosphere, great service and very pleasant. Lots of choice and the dishes offered are of high quality. 👍🏼😋

04/05/2024: A very bad place with very poorly functioning chefs. When you throw everything together in a fryer, the food doesn't get any tastier. So schnitzel was inedible and was covered in black grains of old fat. In addition, the staff does not understand the word "hamburger" when you try your best to order a hamburger in French. Then you get the question "meat with bread?"... then my ski pants fell off for a while. It almost seemed like they were trying their best not to hear you. In addition, it was visible that all prices had been increased slightly, so you paid almost 20 euros for a pizza margarita...

12/04/2024: Good atmosphere great location. Please don't order the tom yum soup. It's the worst tom yum I've ever tasted. They first gave me tomato soup with few chiken pieces then a hot coconut milk with no flavour of tom yum / tom kha at all. Please don't think we're idiots that we don't know how tom yum should taste like.

13/11/2024: I went to Ernest and Valentin’s house today, and I was very disappointed by the welcome. Although I was visibly waiting, a saleswoman chose to serve another customer who arrived after me. This lack of consideration surprised me so much that I preferred to leave. I can't say if this was due to discrimination... Very disappointed with this experience with Ernest and Valentin.

10/11/2024: I went to the bakery to take my order from a waitress with a smile, polite who understands us, thank you Alexandra. Not like a young girl max 20 years old who was there in the evening doesn't smile, pulls her head, not even polite. Frankly unacceptable morning team more polite than the evening one I would return that in the morning I put 5 at the service thanks to the morning team of 10/11/2024 etc but if I could have I would have put 5 stars everywhere for the morning but not for the evening I don't know where he finds their employee but catastrophic for the young girl who worked that evening. Looks like she didn't want to work

18/08/2024: Take away or delivery only. Usually very satisfied with their services, I order regularly. Last night we ordered via the official website, delivered more than 1h30 later. Unreachable by telephone at the two available numbers, it would be a good idea to warn when there is going to be a big delay knowing that we have an order tracking page that has not been working for several months already. Particularly regarding GPS tracking and delivery status. I will order again because I really like your pizzas but if it happens again it's over.

01/06/2024: First time for my son and I, the server was casual. No explanatory advice. Always on his cell phone or chatting with his colleague. We left before dessert. Too bad, nice flat concept, very good although it lacked heat. Moreover, rap music may not be the best choice to take us on a journey.

21/05/2024: Accueil d'un serveur inadapté Je recommande pas Il est sorti sans me demander ce que je voulais boire parce que je roulais une cigarette sur une table non occupé Il m'a dit que c'était réservé aux consommateurs j'allais commander dommage pour eux . J'ai donc fumé ma cigarette un peu plus loin sans boire mon café

30/01/2024: Unfortunately, the experience was terrible, first the original restaurant was closed and now it is called by a different name - La Passage, and apparently it is really not the same level. We ordered entrecote which was disappointing and inedible pasta dishes.

30/01/2024: THIS PLACE CHANGED OWNERS. The new name is LE PASSAGE. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Any where. Plainly and straight disgusting.

24/03/2024: Nous avons déjeuné de nombreuses fois à l' Altipiano lors de notre semaine.. Service rapide.Personnel top et professionnel. Cuisine très correcte. Super ambiance musicale.Les skis aux pieds . After ski en fin de journée très endiablée.. Terrasse ensoleillée. Clientèle sans chichi et sportive...

16/03/2024: Que dire ! Une honte, service exécrable, surtout le chauve chargé du placement des tables. Préféré mille fois celui tout petit plus en dessous : Le PrarionD, moins cher, meilleur et service sans stress !

13/09/2024: Cuisine simple et variée,de bonne qualité, personnel accueillant, je suis habituée de cet établissement qui a le mérite d'être ouvert toute la journée et toute l'année

26/08/2024: Our favorite restaurant for these summer vacations in Val Thorens! The managers are very friendly and welcoming. Whether it's the snack or the dish, everything is good! Especially raclette and crepes! Good luck to you!!!!

07/04/2024: As a long-time skier in Plagne. Impossible!! that you get a place at the beginning of April 2024 and then before receiving your order!! have to pay. A reception service that was subpar, but due to meetings of a group of 12, the location could no longer be changed. More expensive than other huts, the boss guy on the wooden terrace is unfriendly or unbearable. As always a beautiful valley but avoid this staff and hut.

06/04/2024: Change of rules for happy hours not very cool. In December/January, hot drinks (chocolates, mulled wine) were part of the 50% off drinks from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. In April, this is no longer the case, with the addition of a disparaging remark from the server when asked why this change! So avoid for the future.

07/09/2024: Be careful what you buy in this store, I came across food products containing small tenants that are almost invisible to children. I had to consult a doctor who advised me to go to the emergency room... Other shops are available including Carrefour City, rue République.

29/08/2024: Exorbitant prices!!! No smile from the seller, it doesn't make you want to buy.
