07/06/2024: Si le cadre est agréable et plutôt prometteur, la qualité du repas proposé est très en dessous de ce qu'on est en droit d'attendre d'un menu à 45 € sans les boissons. C'est dommage dans une région où les produits de qualité ne manquent pas. Un gros effort à fournir dans ce domaine pour amener cet endroit à la hauteur qu'il mérite.

07/06/2024: Une honte . Soirée restaurant pour fêter une bonne semaine de randos et nous avons été très déçu par la qualité des produits , repas type cantine facturé 45 € par personne . A éviter .

29/07/2024: Toujours reçu avec le sourire de la patronne et le personnel et au top.salades pizza dessert,tout est fait maison je recommande fortement ce lieu

10/07/2024: Les pizzas napolitaines, pâte et mise en forme a ma main sont une tuerie. Dommage que la lecture de la carte ne reflète pas cette qualité, je m'attendais a une pizza surgelée et réchauffée.

03/12/2024: I'll start with the positive: I give 5 personal stars, the welcome, the breakfast, the maids...notably a lady with a short haircut and a dynamic young man. These are rays of ☀️ early in the morning. A little care. Nothing is missing in their presence. Smile, politeness, kindness!! Negative point: power outage, 1st floor bedroom, very cold floor, my son likes to draw and play on the floor, he ended up getting sick. Poorly heated room! We will offer you additional heaters. We have traveled (US, CA, a little in Europe), but for a 4 star it's a bit limited! We change rooms on the 4th, we are suffocating with heat, no hot water that evening, power outage throughout the host. Honestly, it’s a shame! The staff is very annoyed. We were housed by our insurance for 20 days due to a disaster.

03/12/2024: I stayed for work in room 420 and I don't recommend it at all, it's not my habit to post negative reviews, quite the contrary, but there... Arriving at the bedroom door, I'll let you see the photo... Poor wifi. To resolve these problems, obviously no hot water, I go to reception to raise the problem, there is nothing they can do apart from noting my complaint and that a technician should resolve the problem...

20/05/2024: It seems wrong to say our experience was 'average', but to say we enjoyed the experience and the food would not be the truth. We ordered the Tasting Menu with some tweaks. We appreciated the ingredients and the processes, but we didn't walk away from dinner thinking wow! There were highlights (scallop), but mainly 'what are we eating' (nettle and milk skin was strange and like eating plastic) and overwhelming flavours (Turnip Broth and Lake Fish Chervil) or too many flavours (Ballade 34). We are fortunate to have experienced a 3 Star Michelin restaurant, but for us it was anticlimactic.

14/03/2024: Réception incroyable, de la préparation 3 jours avant ou Luc vous contacte pour savoir quels sont vos préférences vos besoins pour venir ....jusqu'au jour J ou les plats les.plus fins se suivent et vous transportent par les papilles ..

26/02/2024: Depuis le changement de propriétaire cet hôtel a perdu de sa superbe. Salle de restaurant vide, 1h d'attente pour être servis. Les pâtes à la norma sont des pâtes au beurre trop cuites. Nous avons retourné les plats tellement c'est une honte. A éviter

19/02/2024: En pleine saison attente de 40mn pour une entrecôte très cuite et pourtant demandée bleue et erreur de légumes servis avec le cheese burger…les clients ne sont pas contents et déjà deux tables de partis…lamentable pour un 5 étoiles

28/07/2024: Un très joli endroit découvert lors d une randonnée, très belle terrasse, vue sur un panorama magnifique de montagnes, accueil souriant, très bonne cuisine et surtout à goûter le dessert crème citron frais avec chantilly , un subtil mélange de saveurs Rapport qualité/prix très bien A découvrir Au plaisir de se revoir

15/08/2024: Galettes généreuses, onéreuses qui manquent de saveurs. Service sympathique, cadre agréable. Dommage que le qualitatif manque dans les galettes!

22/06/2024: Hotel to absolutely avoid! I ended up in this hotel by default due to an unforeseen event. As soon as I enter, a nauseating smell hits my nose, a mixture of bad cooking and mold. The hotel is not soundproofed at all, it's a real nightmare. We can hear the neighbors as if they were in the same room. If your neighbor snores, watches TV in the middle of the night or goes to the bathroom, you will feel like you are sharing these intimate moments. As for the boss, in addition to being unpleasant, she claimed that my card payment had not gone through due to a sudden breakdown of her bank terminal... I had to pay in cash, only to discover the next day that my card had been charged. I had to object to the bank. In summary, this hotel is to be avoided!

26/09/2024: Arrived unexpectedly on a motorbike out of season... Despite this, the chef welcomed us pleasantly. An impromptu and excellent brunch. Be careful though, it's a deadpan, but after a few minutes we were having a good laugh together :-) A hell of a character! We will come back for sure!

22/07/2024: Excellent coffee, starter and dessert very well presented and good. Comfortable armchair. Very friendly waitress. Green terrace, very beautiful interior. To be perfect, the dessert could be a little more sweet :-)
