17/03/2024: A superb spot for lunch. The food and service was exceptional. We found Les Castors on our first day and returned each day of our holiday. The tartiflette was exceptional, as were all of the dishes. A special mention must go to our wonderful server Nina, who always remembered us and looked after us so well and made us laugh. Beautiful terrace overlooking the slopes on sunny days and a warm cosy fire inside for those not so sunny days. A perfect spot! Sue, John, Jon & Jemma

07/09/2024: Lieu très bien situé, mais la patronne est très antipathique. On n'a vraiment l'impression de l'ennuyer. Aucun sourire . Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié cet endroit, mise à part la vue sur les aiguilles d'Arves De plus c'est cher au niveau boisson

05/09/2024: came for a quick "Tyrolean" trip, we really enjoyed what happened next, the beers were good, Kevin gave us lots of recommendations in the shop, at the oven and at the mill with so much kindness, he took the time to chat with me and my daughter, good choice of products, a pleasure that I wish to repeat in 2025.

20/07/2024: Saveurs des cimes is a well-stocked grocery store offering quality regional products such as Savoie honey, blueberry jam, local cheeses and cold meats, wine...etc as well as souvenirs (postcards, stuffed animals , mugs..etc). It is also a place to quickly eat on site, deckchairs and tables are placed outside, it is also possible to take away. Sandwiches, paninis, cold drinks are offered at lunchtime as well as gourmet snacks. My family and I used to take takeaway waffles and coffee and enjoy them leaning against a rock in the middle of breathtaking mountain landscapes! The manager is pleasant and authentic, which doesn’t spoil anything!

15/08/2024: Nous y avons mangé une bonne fondue aux cèpes et avons aussi goûté quelques spécialités comme le farcement ou le farcis de Bessans. Bonne table service correct.
