13/09/2026: I wish to express my dissatisfaction with an order I placed at the KFC in Sartrouville. One complete meal was missing, as were the fries from another meal, two drinks, and two sauces. While oversights can happen, they unfortunately occur quite frequently. However, I am particularly disappointed by the manager's attitude. When I pointed out the missing items, she replied in a rather haughty tone: "No, everything is there." After I detailed the list of missing items, she finally completed the order, but without any apology or explanation, and with an almost irritated attitude that I would simply ask for what I had paid for. Mistakes can happen, but a customer should not have to justify themselves to receive a complete order. A minimum of listening, checking, and apology would have been appreciated. I wanted to bring this incident to your attention because it is primarily the way my complaint was handled that I find regrettable.

06/09/2026: Hello, I wanted to order the €5 promotion, but on Monday, I was unable to order it because they claimed the ice cream machine was broken. I asked if it was possible to order the promotion without ice cream, but they told me it wasn't. I find this very unfortunate, as a machine breakdown shouldn't prevent a customer from taking advantage of a promotion, especially when a simple solution like removing the ice cream is available. I would therefore like to understand why my order was refused and if you can offer a solution in this type of situation.

28/06/2026: The woman at the counter was completely blasé about serving customers. In that case, she shouldn't open a restaurant to welcome customers. She literally ignored me twice, once I'd made my choice, only to tell me to get lost! Why? Because as soon as the menu was opened, she asked me to order without giving me time to properly choose. I asked her to give me some time, which she must have disliked. Run away and don't trust someone who acts like that. You could be putting your health at risk because this person has no scruples. Her feeling? All she cares about is money. No problem with that! But why have such utter contempt for customers? It's unacceptable!

13/05/2026: I go there regularly, about once a month, for a meal break. The quality is consistently excellent, the portions are always very generous, and the staff is always very pleasant and smiling. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a taste of Italy on your plate.

30/08/2026: A pleasant Japanese dinner at Toyama in Paris. We received a complimentary drink, which was a lovely touch. The sashimi set and sushi set both came in generous portions and were very reasonably priced. Each set also came with a bowl of plain rice and a tasty mushroom miso soup, making it quite a satisfying meal. Overall, not bad at all for a Japanese restaurant in Paris. Good value, decent portions, and friendly service. I’d definitely consider coming back on my next business trip.

23/07/2026: A disappointing visit; some areas were poorly maintained. We were told not to pick the few fruits and vegetables that were there, which is understandable. However, they were rotting either because they fell or rotted on the tree, like apples.

07/07/2026: I visited in early July 2026, and my memory of it was much more beautiful than it actually was! It seems abandoned. The central fountain is out of order. The trees are poorly maintained, there's tall grass, and general disarray around the buildings. A disappointing observation, especially considering there's an entrance fee. Stay at the reception area and admire the model, which is absolutely stunning... and it's free!

25/08/2026: Exceptional!!! I'm usually very picky about pizza and never satisfied, but this was orgasmic!!! Delicious pizzas, an unparalleled crust, truly homemade tomato sauce—the only problem is that you'll want to eat there every day!! The staff are so friendly and welcoming; a pure moment of bliss!!

22/07/2026: Fresh, delicious, local, simply perfect! The service was also fantastic, and they even had coloring supplies for the kids. And the ice cream was absolutely delicious 🤤 You can browse for ages in the shop outside and discover some lovely treasures. We cycled from here to the park of Versailles; it's a great place to park our camper. In short: A hidden gem, not too touristy, incredibly delicious and fresh, and a great starting point for exploring Versailles 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

16/07/2026: An enchanting place with warm and welcoming decor. A charming, shabby-chic, "English" atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. A lovely selection of drinks and homemade pastries. Impeccable service at very reasonable prices. I will be back. EDIT: I've been back several times since my first review and I'd like to add that the service is still just as pleasant, and the savory dishes are generous and well-prepared.

Last time, I ordered a strawberry cake for 10 people: everyone was amazed by how delicious it was. What I appreciate most is that it's not too sweet. A huge thank you!
